Hotel Lilla'

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lilla in Terlago and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and our room was both very comfortable and well maintained. The location is fantastic, with beautiful mountainous landscapes and a lovely view of the lake from our balcony — a perfect setting to relax and enjoy the surroundings. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service and friendliness. Mauro, the manager/owner, was always professional, welcoming and genuinely willing to assist with anything we needed throughout our stay. His attention to detail and hospitality made us feel very well looked after. Breakfast was also excellent — everything was fresh, well organised and presented with care each morning. Overall, Hotel Lilla gave us a very pleasant and comfortable experience, combining cleanliness, beautiful surroundings and genuinely friendly hospitality. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Terlago! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Colazione favolosa, con omelette e frullati espressi. Camere molto accoglienti e curate, piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza, ciabatte usa e getta, sapone intimo, dettagli che spesso non si trovano neanche in categorie superiori. Estrema professionalità del suo staff, soprattutto del Sig. Mauro, pronto a supportare per qualsiasi richiesta.

L'hotel è proprio sulla sponda del lago di Terlago. Ha un giardino bellissimo, curato, ombreggiato, dalla quale si puo' ammirare il lago e rilassarsi. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Ottima colazione, ricca, prodotti freschi ( centrifughe e uova fatte al momento, yogurt fresco ). Camere confortevoli, pulite ( letti comodi ), ambiente elegante. Ristorante dell'hotel in cui mangiare sia piatti tipici, che pesce o pizza, il tutto di ottima qualità. Torneremo sicuramente.

Mi è piaciuto tutto!! dal servizio gentile,la colazione che spazia dal salato al dolce.Pulizia perfetta . Sono anni ormai che soggiorniamo qui e ogni volta che dobbiamo tornare a casa ci lasciamo il cuore❤️

Schönes, klimatisiertes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, Fernseher, Safe und Balkon. Sehr freundliches Personal. Hervorragender Cappuccino zum ausgiebigen Frühstücksbüffet. Ausreichend Parkplätze. Zum See nur wenige Gehminuten. Restaurant Lilla gleich links daneben sehr empfehlenswert. Allgemein faire Preise.

Hotel fantastico affacciato sul lago di Terlago. Camera e bagno molto ampi e pulizia impeccabile. Colazione ricca in grado di soddisfare ogni esigenza. Ottimo anche il ristorante sottostante, comodissimo per la cena! A due passi dalla struttura anche un bar che si affaccia sul lago. Menzione d'onore al proprietario: accogliente, professionale, cortese, davvero sempre pronto ad aiutare i propri ospiti e cercare di farli sentire a proprio agio. Fantastico!

Das Frühstück war hervorragend - eine sehr große & hochwertige Auswahl & mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet. Sehr freundliches & aufmerksames Personal. Wir waren als Gruppe da und konnten jeden Morgen gemütlich zusammensitzen. Geräumige Zimmer & bequeme Betten.

Die Lage am See ist nicht so ideal wie erwartet - es ist kein idyllischer Badesee der zum gemütlichen entspannen einlädt.

Das Haus , die Lage am kleinen Lago und vor allem die wundervollen Gastgeber machen ein Heim weg von zuhause Unser kleiner Junge war sehr willkommen , obwohl er mit 20 Monaten nicht lange am Platz Sitzen möchte. Das Restaurant direkt dabei ist sehr praktisch und ebenso zu empfehlen.

Camera moderna e accogliente. Staff gentile e disponibile. Posizione abbastanza buona, a 45 minuti da Molveno e Andalo. Ambiente super tranquillo, adatto anche a famiglie con bimbi piccoli. Parcheggio auto disponibile. Colazione ottima con prodotti freschi e locali.

Das Frühstücksangebot lässt keine Wünsche offen, selbst die wählerischsten Esser werden nicht enttäuscht sein. Alles ist sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich, und der Chef selbst kümmert sich um die Rezeption und serviert den Kaffee beim Frühstück. Ein überaus freundlicher und höflicher Mann, der stets hilfsbereit ist. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 17 Personen, und er musste bei jedem Frühstück unzählige Male unsere Bestellungen aufnehmen und bringen. Dabei hatte er immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht und war stets bereit, alle unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und ich kann das Hotel Lilla wärmstens empfehlen! Ich leide unter Spinnenangst, und jetzt im Sommer, abends, wenn man draußen auf der Terrasse sitzt, tauchen plötzlich unzählige Spinnen auf. Für Menschen ohne dieses Problem ist das nicht weiter schlimm, aber für Spinnenphobiker ist es doch etwas zu viel. Mir ist aber bewusst, dass hat absolut nichts zu tun mit der Sauberkeit oder das Management des Hotels! Und trotz das, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder gehen! Dieser Kommentar richtet sich ausschließlich an Spinnenphobiker; seid mental darauf vorbereitet. 😊

Das Hotel ´Lilla, ist ein wunderbares kleines italienisches Hotel. Der Besitzer sowie das gesamte Personal sind sehr freundlich und jeder Wunsch wurde uns problemlos erfüllt. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es liegt auf einer Anhöhe und man kann sehr schön über den See blicken, welcher über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen ist. Ohne Auto kann man aber keine Ortschaft erreichen. Die Parkanlage ist super um die Ruhe zu genießen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr schick. Das Frühstück war super, alles wurde frisch zubereitet und es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Nebenan gab es auch ein Restaurant, was wir jedem empfehlen können.

Ci sono posti in cui si dorme bene, e poi ci sono posti che riescono a regalarti un'esperienza che porterai nel cuore. L'Hotel Lillà di Terlago è uno di questi. La prima sorpresa? Per la prima volta nella mia vita mi è capitato che la realtà fosse molto più bella delle fotografie viste sul sito. Il luogo è semplicemente incantevole: immerso nella tranquillità, circondato da fiori meravigliosi e da prati di un verde così intenso da sembrare dipinti. Ovunque regnano ordine, cura e una pulizia impeccabile. Ma ciò che rende davvero speciale questo hotel sono le persone. Un ringraziamento particolare va al Sig. Mauro, una persona di una gentilezza e di una disponibilità rare. Lui e tutto lo staff ci hanno fatto sentire non semplicemente ospiti, ma persone accolte con sincero affetto. Io e il mio compagno non abbiamo soltanto soggiornato all'Hotel Lillà: abbiamo vissuto un'esperienza meravigliosa. Qui non troverete il lusso ostentato di certe strutture, ma qualcosa di infinitamente più prezioso: un'attenzione autentica ai dettagli, la cura di ogni particolare e il desiderio genuino di far stare bene ogni ospite. È una qualità che, purtroppo, oggi sembra sempre più difficile da trovare, persino negli hotel più esclusivi. In questo luogo ci si sente davvero i benvenuti. Ci si sente coccolati, quasi a casa, pur godendo della privacy e della pace che solo un ambiente così tranquillo sa offrire. È un equilibrio perfetto, raggiunto con una naturalezza che non si può improvvisare. Non credo di riuscire a trovare le parole giuste per descrivere tutte le emozioni che ho provato durante questi tre giorni. So soltanto che, al momento dei saluti, ho abbracciato Mauro dicendogli "arrivederci", perché sono certa che torneremo. Grazie di cuore per averci regalato un soggiorno che ricorderemo con il sorriso.

Really cozy hotel, worth at least four stars. Excellent service, good breakfast, very spacious, quiet, tidy environment. It was so good that I didn't want to leave.

Hotel molto carino e accogliente! Proprietario gentilissimo e colazione super! Le stanze molto pulite e bagno perfetto. Nel prato di fronte c'è una fantastica zona relax sul prato con vista lago. La sera a fine passaggiata è una goduria! Sotto l'hotel c'è anche un buonissimo ristorante/pizzeria che è decisamente comodo. Ci torneremo sicuramente appena possibile!😍

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is very cozy and relaxing, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and caring throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to feel at home. There is a great pizzeria nearby that is definitely worth visiting for dinner, and a beautiful lake within walking distance. The surroundings are truly stunning and create a peaceful setting for a relaxing stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Accoglienza e professionalità: si vede che Mauro e il suo staff "hanno tanto mestiere" ed il risultato è che l'ostpite si sente "coccolato" ben oltre quello che t'aspetteresti in una piccola struttura a conduzione famigliare. Esempio: un piccolo fiore ha accolto i miei genitori che festeggiavano l'anniversario di matrimonio...gesto non dovuto ma apprezzatissimo!

A lovely and romantic stay in a beautiful lakeside setting. The atmosphere was peaceful and charming, with comfortable rooms and a great breakfast to start the day. Everything felt welcoming and cared for, including our dog. A warm and kind host made the experience even more special. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back

We stayed at this hotel for one night with our dog and had a wonderful experience. The location is peaceful and relaxing, with beautiful views of Lake Terlago and the surrounding landscape. The lake is within walking distance, offering the opportunity for lovely walks and enjoying nature right from the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We particularly appreciated the excellent selection of gluten-free products. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank the gentleman at the reception, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel restaurant was also excellent, with a wide choice of dishes and something to suit every taste. Overall, this was a fantastic stay in a beautiful and quiet location. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway near Lake Terlago.

Das Hotelzimmer hatte ein sehr bequemes Bett, das Bad war groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Personal war überaus freundlich und das Frühstück sehr vielfältig und sehr gut.

Unser Zimmer ging nach hinten auf eine Art Hof, auf dem sich ein Gerät befand (Aggregat, Wärmepumpe??), das auch nachts Geräusche machte.

La struttura bella, silenziosa e pulita. La cortesia del personale veramente eccezionale. Tutti i giorni ci veniva riempito il mini frigo di 4 bottigliette di acqua. Colazione buonissima. Vista lago. La posizione sul lago di Terlago molto comoda per raggiungere altre località. Siamo stati veramente bene.

Kleines, feines Hotel in einer schönen Umgebung . Haben ein tolles Wochenende hier verbracht. Frühstück war sehr fein und durch den freundlichen Besitzer und dem Personal war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Wollen uns auch noch mal für ihre Hilfe bedanken, für die zur Verfügung gestellte Garage für unser kaputtes Auto .

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und geräumig, es fehlt an nichts.. Das familiengeführte Hotel liegt liegt angenehm ruhig oberhalb eines kleinen Sees, nur wenige Autoritäten von Trento entfernt. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend der Chef selbst immer erreichbar und ausgesprochen freundlich. Neben dem Hotel befindest sich ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant

كل شي حرفيا لا يوجد اي شي سي موظفين ودودين جدا جدا مهتمين ب عملهم بشكل كبير لم أره في اي فندق من قبل كانت لاقامه مثاليه بدرجة لم احلم بها أبدا في أوروبا لو كان هذا فندق في كل مكان لكنت اعتمدت عليه هو فقط لان كل شي مثالي من لإفطار رئع جدا ولذيذ الي نظافه الي خدمات و تعامل جميل 🤩 افضل اقامه انصح اي حد ب سكن فيه وهو مغمض العينين
