ibis Styles Genève Palexpo Aéroport Hotel

The staff I didn’t ask the name but one of the bar tenders needs to be fired. I ordered penne pasta, the lady takes the order and gives me a beeper. After that I’m waiting for nearly 30 minutes after she said it was going to take 5 min. After waiting I go up to the bartender guy and say where is the pasta? He replies and laughts to his other friend who is working the bar. They look at me and say it’s we ran out of penne. They proceed to laugh. It was really odd

Right next to bus stop & arena. Free Geneva City Transportation card! Left do not disturb sign out, but staff entered anyway. That was annoying. Locked the coffee up at night which was also annoying. Location for our purposes was great!

Clean room

Everything you need. Fair price. Airport adjacent.

Excellent 👍

Just needed a room close to Geneva for the night before my flight. This was the perfect affordable option

Clean modern hotel next to the airport. Perfect

Foods are delicious. The hotel is clean and safe.

Service was excellent

a very nice hotel, very close to Geneva Airport. not more than 10 minute walk. excellent Breakfast. clean rooms and very friendly staff I am sure that i will visit this hotel again. my thanks to all the staff.

Very easy to get to the hotel from the airport. The directions provided in a pre arrival email were perfect!

The property was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly

The hotel, staff, and breakfast are excellent as well as the convenience to the airport. It's a little bit away from downtown, restaurants, stores, but the guest pass allows free access to bus and train.

Very pleasant one night stop over close to the airport

Excellent hotel right by the airport. The 5 or 8 bus dropped us off only a few minutes walk away. Bright, clean and fun decor. Plenty of USB ports! Excellent check in service allowed us to check in early. Wish we had stayed here both nights vs the Ibis Centre Gare. Coffee was good but expensive. Our soap dispenser ran out.

Easy walk from airport. Super nice staff! Very clean with an amazing breakfast! Will be back.

Friendly staff and spotless room - great!

Stayed one night but everything was great. There is

Property was great.

Could walk from the airport.

It has convenient location

The hotel is super clean and looks sophisticated. Very nice decoration!

Great. Lovely room. Spacious shower. Good easy Wi-Fi. 5 mins from Geneva airport. Decent late night food til midnight. Friendly staff. Nice dining/sitting area. Easy to get into Geneva by bus.

Easy to walk to from airport although be aware Google maps does not provide correct directions. It is enough to follow the signs from the arrivals. It is literally five minutes walk. The only issue I had with the hotel was the food. Very processed and limited healthy, fresh options

Really enjoyed our stay here. Really close to the airport, and excellent transport services to Geneva. Hotel room was good, clean, and well appointed. Staff really friendly and helpful. Food always available, and good quality. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Ok, apart from the live music at 3-4 am being played nearby.

Easy and super close to the airport.

Nice staff, clean and efficient for stopover

The staff was all friendly and helpful. There was a little bit of construction around the property but not an issue. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Very comfortable bed in a clean and well designed room. Very quiet. The receptionists could have been a bit more friendly, but they were courteous. The only thing that was a struggle was figuring out how to walk there from the airport. Even with Google maps, I couldn’t figure out how to cross the highways. Eventually I found a way but it wasn’t straightforward, which was hard after a long flight (with luggage).

Very convenient- walkable from airport if you want.

Excellent location with ref to Geneva airport

Convenient location, easy check in, fooms clean, nice bathroom and shower. Beds a little hard and limited storage. Eaay walk from airport, no need for a shuttle.

Good hotel at a reasonable price

We were there in off-season, no events at the Expo. Place was quiet, clean, and served us well for the 2 nights we stayed. For longer stays we would look for someplace with a mini fridge, coffee maker, and safe. The price was good for being in Switzerland, with easy access to the airport, Geneva, and the highway. We would stay again for short visits there.

The Ibis Styles Hotel near Geneva Airport is an excellent option, especially for travelers dealing with canceled flights or needing to stay close to the airport. The hotel feels brand new, is impeccably clean, and offers a comfortable stay. The rooms are on the smaller side, but given the price, the value is absolutely perfect. For a convenient and hassle-free stay near the airport, this hotel is a fantastic choice.

Finding the hotel in the dark from the airport was difficult, but once you find it, it is a very nice place with great staff. The staff went out their way to help me once I arrived.

This is a great hotel for easy airport access….Bus 5 comes and goes regularly. All staff we had interaction with were off the charts helpful - great people. Restaurant is wonderful for quick/easy food/drink and the room - although small was extremely clean and functional. I’d stay here again in a minute when wanting easy hotel to airport access.

Perfect for Palexpo. Great bus links into city and convenient for airport.

Okay for night before flight. Approx 12 min walk to airport. Room very small, no storage just some strange hooks on the wall. Front desk staff fairly lackluster. Place was clean and extra pillows provided when asked. Overall just okay.

The room was perfect for a quick jumping off point for our visit to Switzerland. Access to local transportation and the airport was great via the bus. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was ok too….a little overpriced, but everything is expensive in Switzerland.

It was very convenient for the airport. The free travel voucher for transport in Geneva was very helpful & most appreciated.

It was as pictured and the hotel staff was nice. I took uber so don't know much about the parking. No pool.

Suited my agenda to have a comfortable bed for the night before catching a flight the next day. Room was spotless clean and tidy, no noise ,staff professional can't fault my experience staying at this hotel.

More than fine for an overnight stay in transit, but dining and transportation might be problems for a longer stay. Buffet breakfast is pricey but anemic. Consider eating at the airport.

Thank you!Nice people. Walkable from airport

Industrial area

Very nice hotel, comfortable. I have a single negative comment about the coffee in the breakfast-included stay that was weak and not very good.

Excellent stay

The staff is absolutely the best. All smiles all the time. Very kind.

This hotel always delivers. Unlike so many in the region, when there's a large event going on, this place offers great value without kiking up their prices. The staff are pleasant and helpful, they have some good beers on at the bar, breakfast is simople but fresh and delicious and the pizzas are pretty good, too. I always choose the Ibis Syles when I visit Palexpo. No need to go anywhwere else.

Walkable from the airport. Friendly staff. Perfectly sufficient for a long GVA layover.

Clean, comfortable respite for an airport overnight. It takes a bit of maneuvering to find, but definitely walkable from the SBB station, which is connected to the airport. Selection of restaurants in the SBB station.

Great value. Very clean, great breakfast and friendly staff. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Great. Convenient.

Great stay

The rooms need room safe, in room coffee, and in room fridges. Also guests should be admonished by staff when doing obviously inappropriate things like putting bare feet and dirty socks on lobby tables and chairs.

The hotel was great, rooms was clean and very comfortable. Shower was super good! Parking is at the convention center, so there were plenty of spots. I was able to walk to the airport - 10 min walking in a straight path from hotel to airport lobby with smooth floor, which made easy to roll the luggage. Public transportation is also available in front of hotel.

The hotel is super nice an modern. Super clean an next to the airport. I love it. 100% recommended.

Very well located for work in the U.N. agencies area, nice park to walk around, very easy bus transportation.

Amazing stay - super clean and comfortable hotel. Updated bathroom with a good shower and amenities. Very comfortable stay, good safe location of the property - near to bus, airport (10min walk) and restaurants. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

Very convenient, quiet and comfortable for a 24 hour airport stopover

The breakfast was too expensive for our budget. Otherwise we loved the stay at Ibis. Everything was top notch. The location was very convenient to "transport public" as our relative lived at Grand Saconny

Clean facilities with efficient usage of space within the room.

Handy location, an easy 10 minute walk from the airport or even easier on the regular buses (bus 5) from right outside the airport to right outside the hotel. All Geneva hotels will email you a free city wide transport pass (worth 10CHF a day) on check in which means you can use the bus from outside the hotel to the city centre/airport for free, or the regular trains from the airport station a few mins walk away too. The staff are really helpful and the rooms are quiet, modern and comfortable with a nice lounge/bar area too. There is a supermarket open late in the airport station a few mins walk away too along with cafes, shops and restaurants. Very handy hotel for a stay before a flight or for the city as it's only 15 mins on the free bus to/from the city! I'll be back no doubt!

Quiet, but there was no free coffee or drink as hotel said

It is very difficult to find the property from the Geneva airport. The directions for walking from the airport were very difficult. Finding the No. 5 bus was not easy either, but the bus was fine once we found it. I would not advise having people walk unless there is a safer and more clearly marked and lit path for pedestrians.

Perfect from a transportation perspective. Bus service is immediately outside the hotel.

Great service! Accesible to the airport.

The staff was really rude -- whatever you've heard about the way French people treat tourists, you can expect at this hotel, particularly from a woman with brown hair at the front desk. Made the mistake of asking for the free transit pass and she acted as if printing that for me would be akin to kicking a dog. Maybe ask for your pass before you arrive as the airport was not giving them out the day we arrived and this hotel does not have a shuttle so we paid for the bus. The area around the hotel & airport are not walkable so you should plan to take the bus. The hotel is behind the bus stop, directly across from the park. Follow signs for the Ibis and Hilton. The property is modern and cute. The shower is a nightmare - water got all over the bathroom.

Lacked certain basic conveniences in the room like no teakettle/coffee maker, no iron and ironing board, not even a bag to keep your dirty laundry. Bed was comfortable but pillows were not. Bathroom was nice. Property location close to the airport but otherwise in the middle of nowhere making you dependent on the food (limited choices) available in the lobby.

Perfect location if you are flying out of Geneva airport. Was able to walk from hotel to check in counter at airport in just under 20 minutes to catch an early flight.

Property is really close to the airport and provided a great, quiet place to sleep for weary travellers.

Close to airport

Excellent proximity to GVA. Security was above expectations.

Its good

Very nice place. Staff was super friendly. Would be good to have a kettle and slippers in the room.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every regard. The whole place had a super cute decor — very stylish and more than I expected based on it being a “budget” hotel. Rooms were clean and quiet. Easily walkable from the airport and there is clear signage. Highly recommend if you need a place for a night near the airport.

Spacious rooms, clean, excellent Wi-Fi and a short walk to the airport.

Good bed, convenient location though depressing walk to it. Nice shower, quiet most of the time

Clean, close by the airport, excellent price value

Clean and convenient

For an airport hotel, really £90 this place is great, super clean, better than expected breakfast, great staff

totally adequate washcloths absent no place to set open luggage- so I used 1/2 of the bed. wierd shower door( or lack thereof) engineering guarantees too much water on bathroom floor.

Stayed here for a few nights for business (UN agencies, short bus ride away): location is practical (right next to airport + train station - just jump on the #5 bus - same bus also takes you into the city). Mindful that this is mainly serving the conference centre and so is a working location, not for touristy purposes. Hotel itself is cool and boutique-style; staff friendly and accommodating (last checkout, luggage storage, etc.); breakfasts pretty wholesome; rooms clean and practical (for the price). Loved that this all allowed me to just focus on work (and not stress re practicalities). Two thumbs up.

Very neat & clean. Super friendly staff..will stay for sure next time when I go to Geneva

Very closed to the airport and it’s good for those passengers with 10 hours lay over.

The hotel was very clean and close to the airport which was perfect for our last night in Geneva.

Clean, let me check in early at 9am with no issues, very helpful staff.

Really good for the intended purpose. Clean, quiet room with basic amenities. We got everything we needed for a quick overnight stay close to GVA, at a good price. Food/bar options could have been slightly more elaborate, but ok.

It was very convenient to walk to the property from the aeroport. The dining options were extremely limited and nothing else was walkable. No shopping was walkable. But, all we needed was a place to sleep because of a missed flight. For our needs of the moment, it was an excellent choice.

Very convenient hotel within walking distance to the airport. There's a park across the street. The food available is good for a simple, quick, dinner.

Very convenient to the airport. Easy check in and great service. We ordered food from the cafe' and the food was very average, but the prices were very high. Would definitely stay here again but would go out for a meal.

Close to the airport, easy to catch bus. Appreciate the hotel for posting all the bus times. Staff is very friendly. Clean and tidy amenities.

A quick overnighter. Checked in late. Checked out early. Didn't really get to experience much. Great king bed. Ok shower.

Nice hotel

Great clean hotel. Super convenient if you are going for the expo which is literally a few steps away. Close to bus station for local transport.

Excellent location within a 10 minute walk to the airport. The number 5 bus stops outside and will take you to the centre of Geneve in 20 minutes or so. Clean. Friendly staff. It’s an Ibis. You get what you pay for. No frills. We thought it good value.

Good location, walking distance to the airport
