Andalucia Beach Hotel & Residence

Service at the restaurant is awful, more than awful. Table is dirty with dust. The servive is so late. They are not welcoming. Service at the restaurant is awful, more than awful. Table is dirty with dust. The servive is so late. They are not welcoming.

We met the receptionist Abdallah . He was so helpful and welcoming The place was cool one of the best recommendations for a family vacation Food was not fresh so it’s better to eat somewhere else otherwise everything is good

This Hotel was booked for us by Travelichi travel agents, and did us proud!! Along with this excellent Hotel with wonderful views, we had a comfortable clean warm spacious room. The service was good and friendly and all stops were pulled out when they knew it was our Anniversary. Would certainly use this hotel again should we ever visit Bizerte again.

It was a good experience. The hotel is nice with a big pool and an open view of the beach. A good service and price are mid-range. great for family or business trips. this hotel doesn't serve or allow alcohol.

A great place to stay in Bizerte. Staff is friendly and the hotel is nice. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The location in regards to the market and the beach is great! There were a few problems with the amenities and features of our room (heaters, window locks etc.)

Grande chambre, prix abordables, bon petit-déjeuner avec jus frais !

The staff are friendly, the heating does not work in the cold nights, the breakfast is measly, would not use again.

The hotel is spacious, the staff are polite and friendly, but the rooms are very cold, I reported it to the reception the first day and went out, when I came back it was still cold, I complained, they sent an engineer who could not repair it and said he will send a heater, he did not and we slept under3 blankets, the following day they changed the room for us, and it was the same, this time they sent us 2 blankets, we could not have another night like that, we went out and bought our own heater, in conclusion, they take no notice of your complaints and the time to visit them should be in the summer season only, unless you're an Escimo, if you want breakfast have it in a cafe outside the hotel , very bad value in the hotel, also bad service, this is supposed to be the best hotel in Bezerte, I stayed in 3 stars hotels in the best which were far better than this 4 stars hotel, never again.

Absolutely disgusting No hot water plus the room was very cold

A lovely property on the beach, a pleasant walk into town. The suite was spacious and the overall condition was good but there was some dust, eg, tv stand and other surfaces. We had a bad experience after a late arrival and check-in from Tumis the night before. We entered a dining area on the way to Reception. It had a limited offering for breafast. It took several minutes before I saw the waiter through windows in another wing. I went to check it out and discovered a nice, varied buffet breakfast was available. We had breakfast but were handed a bill. The explanation was that the waiter did not know that we were guests. I think his default settings need to be re-set. Further, the Reception Manager was an impersonal, rude individual. When I suggested that our earlier misunderstanding could easily have been avoided, he said that they serve the included breakfast ONLY in the restaurant, not the café. When we returned to Reception to ask if they had a city map, one of the other 3 staff didn't know the answer, she had to ask the Manager. And they didn't have a map. They do not serve alcohol so we dined elsewhere as we enjoy wine with our evening meal. On chech-out, we asked if they could call a taxi and the answer was, "You can walk out, over the little hill where there will be taxis passing by."

Wonderful stay. Thank you. Easy and clean.

nice room, clean and great view on beach unfortunately, no indoor poor and no fitness facility

favoloso

This is actually appart-hotel. Room are in fact suite with multiple bed rooms and bathrooms. This hotel front the beach and has nice swimming pool. Including descent "italian" restaurant. Personals are friendly. One problem, they don't serve any beer here, this is so idiotic. See attached pictures from the hotel.

I traveled to Bizerte for a sporting competition, our group was big and we stayed in 3 different hotels. Andalucia was by far the best cost benefic as is was as good as the Bizerta resort but half the price. Nice, clean spacious rooms and good food, but by far the highlight of the hotel is hospitality and willingness of the staff, they really go out of their way to satisfy guests need. I recommend Bizerta Hotel and am definitively staying there again when I come back to Bizerte!

Personnel accueillant mais service lent. Travaux à effectuer.

It's too much to write...just avoid at all costs.. to go for the day is a rip off...paper cups, incredibly slow service, uncooperative reception staff..need I go on?..50 dinar per day, per person with a limited spend buffet....the poolside menu is so expensive, be prepared to pay through the nose

The room is very comfy! There is a kitchen in the room - which is good if you need to prepare your own food. The breakfast is very good and the service is very friendly. It is 5 minutes walking to the "port" - which is a very beautiful place in the city.

Tres bel accueil, excellent service.

we stayed there for two weeks as a family. we stayed in a two bedroom appartment. Everything was perfect specifically the staff on the swimming pool and the beach. I still remember the name of some them Yosri,Ahmed,Mohamed.. they were very friendly helping me with kids ,swimming with me , giving them towels, playing with them.... houskeeping was also good.Wifi wasn't good all the time. the bathroom had some leakage which made taking a bath a bi problematic as we would need to wait for housekeeping to come and clean the day after.Beds weren't very comfortable and finally the kitchen not really well equipped although when asking for something from the reception the try to do their best to help you.

Stayed here for a month on business. About the most "western" hotel in town. Toured a couple others but they were not as nice or clean as this one. The housekeeping staff does a great job keeping the entire hotel very clean, to include the rooms which are very nice and had very few issues. The food at the restaurants was very good and again the service was always spectacular. Only downfalls we have found at this hotel has been the staff at the front desk and the internet service. About 40% of the time our problems we addressed at the front desk were addressed. Asked for a month for a second key to our 2 bedroom apartment, never got it. Good luck finding anywhere nicer in town than this, just don't expect much from the staff.

what i liked the most in this hotel is the hospitality which is not easy to find in Tunisia. The staff is very friendly room are spacious, Clean and well furnished. The food was just amazing Free wifi in lobby and rooms I really liked and i strongly recommend this hotel

This hotel was a great disappointment. Don’t go if you do not speak French or Arabic. The hotel does have a great location and the restaurant is excellent. However, the hotel staff and service are a great disappointment. Windows are left wide open by cleaning staff. My room had a musty, moldy smell. The worst issue was laundry. I had no bags or order forms in my room so I left a bag with the front desk bright and early to get back that night for my departure next day. Long story short. Three different people promised my laundry would be delivered at various times before I left. One promised to have it delivered it to my Tunis hotel. It is still in Bizerte. And they charged me for the laundry on departure. If you want that sort of service, go to this hotel.

Very Good Service, smiling personnel, the hotel is usually quite but since they offer a venue to different types of ceremonies you might be disturbed by the noise which is usually stops by 1 am as part of city laws, the food is great, and the rooms are comfortable. very easy access to different part of the city.

The hotel is a residence composed of many apartments of different sizes (s+1,s+2,...). I took an S+1 composed of an equipped kitchenette (basics), big and nice bathroom (WC included ), a living room and a nice salon. A nice balcony with beautiful view is available ( can be sea view or pool view in some cases). The hotel staff was very cheerful and helpful. The restaurant is OK. The food was good although the choice was limited. On Sunday morning the breakfast buffet was special and a lot of local choices. The hotel is located directly on the beach and the quality or the beach and the sea is wonderful. There is no animation for adults and also for children (maybe because it is the beginning of the hot season however I have been to other hotels earlier in the year and the animation is always there). On Saturday night, a wedding ceremony took place in the pool area. It was a little bit loud but I personally didn't feel annoyed. My overall rating to this experience is good and I recommend this hotel. I would definitely go back.

It's a well located hotel, quite close to the town center. The rooms are spacious and confortable. I especially appreciated the restaurant, the served meals are well elaborated and taste really good. I was there for confrence matter but I would definitely go back on vacation.
