Reviewed Nov 14, 2019I accidentally left my jacket in the room we were staying in. The staff was so kind to courier my jacket to home address. I appreciate their diligence and promptness in this matter!

Reviewed Mar 5, 2019

Reviewed Dec 20, 2018

Reviewed Nov 22, 2018

Reviewed Jun 24, 2018Dou House way exceeded our expectations in terms of its amenities and hospitality! The scenery as seen from the room is to die for and the room is spacious for the four of us. The only star missing is due to presence of insects given it’s a mountainous area so do prepare lots of insect repellent. I will still highly recommend Dou House if staying in Sun Moon Lake.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2018
