Todo el personal es súper amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y muy pendientes de nosotros. Nos pusieron facilidades en todo momento. Todo muy limpio y habitaciones cómodas y con AC. Acceso a 5 minutos a pie del zoco y con servicios cerca para comprar agua y alimentos. Repetiríamos seguro!

Todo genial pero si hay que decir algo, el desayuno fue lo que menos nos gustó, aunque buena experiencia para probar la comida típica marroquí.

Разположението беше централно , близо до пазара и в малка и тиха уличка. Самия рияд беше много автентичен и приятен за престой. Персоналът също беше учтив и усмихнат. Храната също беше много вкусна.

Praticamente tutto, imparo ragazzi sono stati tutti gentilissimi e molto disponibili, la posizione ottima, buonissima la colazione e la nostra stanza mi è piaciuta moltissimo.

The location was great! Really easy access to everything that you need. The road was clean and well presented. The staff were really knowledgeable and friendly. They offered great recommendations… Yunis was incredible at languages and we enjoyed talking with him… an interesting and kind man… Thank you! Nothing was too much in this riad, the breakfast was fab and they even made provisions for my husband who is diabetic… To sum up, this is a fab riad, the staff were polite and courteous and offered helpful services whenever needed and the location is great!

Our room was quite small and cramped due to the configuration of the room the bathroom is behind the bed head but it really wasn’t that much of an issue. The pool is a dipping pool (very small - think hot tub size). In the riad garden area the wasps were annoying… this was frustrating during breakfast or of enjoying a drink.

La amabilidad de los trabajadores, desde el transportista que nos recogió en el aeropuerto que era muy simpático, pasando por el chico que nos fue a recoger a la furgoneta para acercarnos al Riad y darnos la bienvenida, por supuesto el chico que estuvo por la tarde en la recepción Jonás creo, y las mujeres de allí con las que nos cruzamos. El sitio una pasada muy limpio y muy bonito, el jacuzzi en la azotea nos dio la vida en un día de calor y cansancio tras el viaje. Nos recibieron con un desayuno tradicional de dulce y tortitas que a pesar de las abejas que hay en todo Marrakech se pudo disfrutar

Nous y sommes allés entre copines , à 2 , franchement mieux qu’un hôtel sinon ça sert à rien de venir à Marrakech. À 5 minutes à pied du souk, Typique et joliment décoré , dépaysement assuré, vous êtes directement dans l ambiance. Personnel au petits soins. Petit jacuzzi rooftop.

Pas assez d informations sur l’heure et le mode de rentrée la nuit. Juste pensez à leur dire que vous allez sortir le soir tard et ils vous laisse les clefs pour pas réveiller le Riad en sonnant 😅

Tout était parfait

The accommodation does not exist. I arrived with my family in the middle of the night. I told the accommodation upfront and that I had a car. They told me its no problem and that the parking was 2 minutes walking away... when we arrived at 2:00 the riad wasnt there and the man insisted we should take a taxi to the "right location". I filed a complaint at booking.com and I want to warn everyone to not stay here. This man will leave you on the streets in the middle of the night with your family because you dont want to get in his scamming taxi!! Do NOT stay here

This man is a scammer! I arrived in the middle of the night. I rented a car and drove to the adress... the Riad does not exist. He insists on letting you take a very expensive taxi... I was with my family and he let us sleep in our car on the street. DO NOT BOOK HERE!! ITS FAKE

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Le Jardin de Léa and would happily recommend it. The riad is charming, the atmosphere is relaxing and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We especially appreciated that they are cat lovers. There are many stray cats in the area, and the staff were even happy to let us leave some food for them. If you visit, we encourage you to buy some cat food from BIM or one of the nearby shops in the newer part of town and help care for these cats-they really need it. The breakfast was traditional and very tasty. It was on the sweeter side, which may not suit everyone, but we enjoyed the quality and authenticity of the food.

One piece of advice for future guests: confirm the airport transfer details in advance and ask for clear information about the pickup. We experienced some difficulty finding our driver upon arrival and the phone number provided was not working, which made the process more stressful than expected. Overall, despite this small issue, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

Riad très joli, personnel très présent. La chambre est parfaite. Merci de l'attention portée pour nous avoir préparé un petit en cas car nous partions à 6h pour l'aéroport. Merci pour nous avoir trouvé un taxi en urgence.

L'adresse n'est pas la bonne, il n'est pas près de la place Jemaa el fna. D'où le taxi réservé qui n'avait pas la bonne adresse. Attention ça peut vite ne pas être agréable. Nous avons payé et ne seront pas remboursés.

No me gusto que tienen una jaula con pájaros y no le tiene agua ni comida , deberían estar atento a estos detalles pues tener animales en esas condiciones no está bien , mi pareja y yo le pusimos agua y comida los 3 días q estuvimos allí

La posizione: appena fuori dalla Medina, che si raggiunge in 5 min a piedi ma perfetta per evitare il caos cittadino. A 15 min dalla piazza principale. Struttura: Riad semplice ma completo. Terrazza con piscina e angolo relax, ospita poche persone (se non erro ha 5 o max 6 camere) quindi abbastanza intimo e riservato. Camera molto molto bella. Staff: i ragazzi della struttura sono molto bravi e disponibili, facilmente si fermano a parlare o a scambiare qualche opinione al di là del rapporto cliente/fornitore. Musica tipica da metà mattinata alla sera, crea l’atmosfera e permette a tutti di tenere il morale molto alto. Servizi: abbiamo cenato lì, mettono a disposizione un piatto del giorno (sempre diverso) e noi abbiamo provato il Tajin di pollo. Molto buono ma prezzo leggermente leggermente più alto (12€ a persona) ma comunque opportuno considerando che eravamo gli unici a mangiare quindi hanno cucinato solo per noi.

La ubicación está mal puesta en el mapa de booking, está a veinte minutos andando en una zona oscura y apartada. No nos gustó nada la ubicación.

Les petit-déjeuners et repas du soir étaient variés et copieux - Compréhensif pour faire un repas (pâtes etc..) pour enfant - La chambre faite tous les jours - personnel sympathique à l'écoute et en aide si besoin, pour faire passer un excellent séjour à ses clients. Une traversée rapide des souks pour arriver à la place et aux différents monuments ou activités. bien situé

Estava tudo muito bem

Lokalita je super aj personál je celkom fajn. Pán na recepcii ktorý je večer si púšťal hudbu dosť na hlas a nedalo sa vôbec spať. Raňajky slabé veľmi slabé.

Na ubytovaní sú šváby. Myslím že to hovorí za všetko.

My stay at Riad Le Jardin in Marrakech was genuinely one of the best travel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of staff made us feel incredibly welcome, valued, and at home. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, offering a peaceful and authentic Moroccan atmosphere right in the heart of the bustling Medina. Every corner of the property is stunning, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, creating the perfect place to relax after exploring Marrakech. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality provided by the staff. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our visit exceeded expectations. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and every request was met with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. I would especially like to thank Younus and Walid, who were absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were second to none. They took the time to get to know us, always greeted us warmly, and were constantly checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was providing recommendations, helping arrange activities, assisting with directions, or simply taking the time to have a friendly conversation, they made a huge difference to our overall experience. Younus was incredibly attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. His local knowledge was invaluable, and his friendly nature immediately made us feel comfortable. Walid was equally amazing, consistently demonstrating exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for making guests feel welcome. Both of them represent the very best of Moroccan hospitality and are a credit to the riad. What impressed me most was how personalised the service felt. We never felt like just another room number or another guest passing through.

All staff was great. Always very helpful and available to assist. Calm and peaceful environment, perfect for relaxing. 2 minutes walking and we are in the Souks area.. Very safe walking from the Riad to Souks. For our first time in Marrakech, it was a good experience. Like I said before, everyone from the staff was great, but I have to give a special thanks to Waliid. He was really helpful and give us a lot of tips to our next trip to Morroco. Obrigado from Portugal 😀

La bellezza del posto, la gentilezza nell'accoglienza e la ricchezza delle colazioni. Inoltre è un punto strategico per lasciarsi letteralmente rapire dagli scorci più veri di Marrakech

Os pequenos almoços e o almoço/jantar foram maravilhosos. Comida típica marroquina caseira e cheia de sabor. A hospitalidade dos funcionários foi soberba, sempre prestáveis e atenciosos. Riad muito limpo e quartos com ar condicionado. Tem uma pequena piscina no piso superior para refrescar e umas espreguiçadeiras. Já recomendamos a amigos que irão em breve a Marrakesh.

Ao pequeno almoço devido ao calor, havia muitas abelhas… mas são coisas que ninguém consegue controlar. Não interferiu com a nossa experiência.

Le Riad est bien, les chambres sont jolies et propres.

Le petit-déjeuner a emporter ( départ avant 8h du matin) a été commandé bien a l'avance et confirmé le jour de notre arrivée mais malheureusement on l'a pas reçu car il n'y avait personne dans le Riad a 7h50. Le repas commandé et payé a l'avance ( entre + plat + dessert) il manque les entrées et aucun remboursement proposé. Refus de venir nous chercher sur le parking car on a pas réservé le transfert avec le Riad ( heureusement que on avait un chauffeur au top qui nous ai aidé a trouver l'endroit ) Le personnel nous a aidé a monter les valises mais pour le départ, vu que il n'y avait personne, on a du se débrouiller tout seules

A localização era muito boa. Longe da confusão mas central e muito perto dos souks. O pequeno almoço foi sempre bom e num dos dias que tínhamos uma tour mais cedo, eles prepararam um pequeno almoço “To go”. Muito atenciosos e o espaço em si é maravilhoso.

Location molto accogliente e ben posizionata in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la piazza. L'ambiente é tranquillo e lo staff é molto disponibile, ci hanno supportato in ogni richiesta che avevamo. Da provare il cous cous di Imed.

Inizialmente la struttura é un po difficile da trovare perché non ben localizzata su maps ma una volta arrivati poi é possibile vedere l'insegna del riad.

Tipico Riad, posizione discreta a poche centinaia di metri dalla Medina. Personale gentile e molto disponibile, ha cercato di soddisfare le nostre richieste, nessun problema di orario. Stanze grandi, alcune con aria condizionata, letto comodo.

La pulizia delle camere è tipica della zona, quindi livello basso: in una stanza abbiamo trovato degli scarafaggi, federa del cuscino non presente.

La struttura è mappata in pieno centro sulla cartina di Booking, invece si trova ai bordi esterni del souk, a 30 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale, in un vicolo stretto buio e basso, a giudicare dalla porta sembra la casa dei nani, la pulizia delle stanze non era un granché insetti blatte nel bagno e uno sciame di api africane che mangiavano la nostra colazione,, l’host ha poi anche sbagliato un po i conti, insomma sopravvivenza…

Le Riad est très agréable, très beau et idéalement situé. L'équipe est vraiment formidable, gentil, intentionné que ce soit l'accueil le service de chambre et la cuisine est extrêmement délicieuse. Le petit déjeuner le dîner est différent chaque jour. Un grand merci à Mesdames et à vous Messieurs pour cet agréable séjour passé en votre compagnie. Encore merci.

Leider sind die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss sehr hellhörig, man hört Geräusche aus dem Innenhof dadurch sehr stark (Musik/Gespräche andere Gäste). Zum Teil ist sogar Zigarettenrauch in mein Zimmer gezogen. Ich hätte mir mehr Rückzugsraum gewünscht.

A home away from home! We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful Riad in the heart of Marrakech. Everything was well organised, from pick-up at the airport, breakfast wishes and organising day trips. The riad is spacious, both with indoor space and a beautiful roof terrace. We had a big room with a well-sized double bed and an extra lounge bed. The location is great too, just a little stroll away from the lively streets, very quiet at night. We felt warmly welcomed all throughout our stay and look forward to coming back next time. <3

Ottima posizione appena fuori dalla medina, comodissimo per pick up per tour. Pulito, accogliente, tutti molto gentili, colazione tipica ricca e buonissima. Ottima spremuta e ottimo caffè e marmellata d'arancia. Musica lounge

x 2 notti ci hanno fatto cambiare la camera dicendo che Booking ha sbagliato ( impossibile ) la prima che non era la suite prenotata da noi, aveva un letto singolo per un adulto troppo piccolo, la doccia faceva uscire acqua nel bagno allagando il tutto, le finestre non chiudevano del tutto - la mattina dopo ci hanno dato la camera che avevamo prenotato senza che no si chiedesse : era proprio organizzato cosi : 2 notti 2 camere ... solo disturbo ! - la colazione è nel cortile interno aperto, bello quando c'è il sol, mentre piove non è un gran chè ma nessuno dei ragazzi ci ha chiesto di spostarci. NOn c'è un proprietario vero proprio.

Séjour exceptionnel au Riad Les Jardins de Léa à Marrakech. Endroit calme, paisible et idéalement situé dans la médina. Personnel adorable, accueil chaleureux avec thé à la menthe et douceurs maison. Repas faits maison délicieux et variés, bravo à la cuisinière. Mention spéciale pour l’anniversaire de notre fils : une attention incroyable avec un gâteau maison. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ces vacances inoubliables en famille !

L’heure du petit déjeuner est assez tardive 8h00 mais nous a permis d’apprendre à prendre le temps… Après nous avons compris qu’il s’agissait du bien des autres chambres car le petit déjeuner est servi dans le patio qui donne sur d’autre chambre ..

Staff at Riad Lea are friendly and helpful! And its garden is so tranquil with birds chipping in it.I also had a good chat with Yunas over dinner and exchanged our life experiences, which made my travelling experience in Morocco more positive.

Shame about the plastic over the roof, it should have been open air.. the details said there was a pool, but there wasn't, we found something that might have been on the roof, empty, covered in a tarp with rainwater in it, I also don't know why these Riads say 'and spa' there is no spa, just an empty thing with a tap that might have been a communal bath at some point, another Riad had the same we stayed in, also empty, but that was a quarter of the price with free tea.. it was also really hard to find and down a dark alley, and then down another really dark alley, I wouldn't have felt safe on my own walking around trying to find it in the dark. It's quite a walk out of the main Souk/square and taxi's drop off about 5 mins away and then you have to try and navigate to it - Apple maps showed it in a completely different area a 9 minute walk away. Google maps was better - we came across it only by asking someone and retracing our steps..
