uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, supervriendelijk personeel dat luistert naar je wensen, rustig gelegen en toch dichtbij Brussel

big balcony, very clean room, comfortable, breakfast was good a lot of vegetarian choices too, helpful at the reception with everything

the only thing that I'd improve is to get better hairdryers in the rooms, or bring your own because it was a weak one if you have a lot of hair

Acomodação absolutamente incrível! Confortável, calmo, café da manhã delicioso e staff muito amigável! Minha viagem tinha como objetivo bruxelas, e apesar de ser longe do centro, o ônibus 88 facilita a ida até a estação de metrô (fiquem atentos aos horários, o ônibus passa de hora em hora e não roda até tarde). Valeu muito a pena na verdade e não me arrependo. Os quartos são limpos bem como todo o hotel, decoração linda, comida muito boa! Se eu tiver oportunidade, definitivamente eu voltarei!

Het ontbijt , het was simpel maar goed. De kamer was goed.

Geen restaurant in het weekend , met het gevolg dat er bijna geen enkele plaatst vrij was in de omgeving , daar alles in de omgeving moet gereserveerd worden in het weekend.

This hotel is very clean and guest friendly. Personnel very nice and open to support. Breakfast is high quality; made to order eggs, beacon, cheese selection, fresh yogurt , orange juice. I have not tried the restaurant food. The localisation might be challenging when visiting without the car. Make sure you order the taxi or shuttle early, but reception ladies are very helpful in this regard as well.

Bij 't inchecken erg vriendelijk behandeld en duidelijke uitleg.

Kamer en badkamer echt fantastisch. Ik ben vrij lang met mijn 2.01 en het bed en dekbed mochten beide wel wat langer zijn.

Verrassing bij aankomst was dat de kamer gelegen was in het gebouw van het Restaurant. Super grote kamer.

Als men alleen is aan tafel in het restaurant, is het altijd fijn dat de verschillende gerechten, voorgerecht en hoofdschotel, elkaar sneller volgen.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The Team were exceptionally friendly & welcoming from the start to the finish of our stay. The room was stylish & the beds were really comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant in the evening, & the food was absolutely delicious, with brilliant service. The breakfast selection was great, with the added bonus of having anything we wanted cooked prepared for us personally & served to our table. We would highly recommend this hotel & hope to stay there again in the future. Many thanks to the excellent Hotel Den Berg Team!

Very nice hotel, relatively new with nice good quality woodden furniture. Staff very friendly. Balcony for smokers :-) Nespresso coffee machine on each floor, so coffee available 24/7. WIFI was good. Very good breakfast.

The only thing to improve was the temperature in the restaurant. It was freezing cold. In fact it´s a summer outside area just surrounded by a provisionary protection and heated with these ethanol fires, which obviously in winter is not enough. Also there could be a bit more than 1 dish for vegetarians.

the personnel working at the hotel are very friendly and helpful, they facilitated a room change late in the evening due to a broken air conditioner. Comfortable beds, good food and lovely service at breakfast and at the dinner restaurant!

the building at the street, separate from the mail building of the reception, has very poor sound insulation - between the rooms/corridors/staircase and to the street. it is situated above the restaurant which hosts large groups of people so it gets loud and not ideal for early mornings.

All in all a pleasant stay

Mooie moderne kamers. De locatie heeft ook een feestzaal. Ideaal voor gasten om na een event te kunnen gaan slapen. Het enige jammere vonden wij de 2 aparte matrassen.

We think they should publish and tell the customers that there is a train rail in front of the balcony and a big nice factory. You can imagine our soundtrack!!! Also a garden for weddings or any occasion under the terrace of the room. Also know, the beds are separated...

Fabulous room, spacious, clean and airy. Restaurant was fabulous - had a tasty and filling dinner. Breakfast was great with a good range of cereals, meat, and cheese. Egg chef available as well.

Excellent room and breakfast, it's a nice touch having your eggs and bacon cooked fresh. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice

I've stayed several times at the Den Berg and I know unfortunate but there was a large conference held on the day of my second night. The restaurant wasn't available and there was only three choices for dinner, I was given the choice of eating in the bar or my room!!!! There was no warning of this and considering the cost per night, very poor. Not of course the staff's fault who were always polite, friendly and professional.

Checked out at 8am breakfast did not start until 9am.

Reception closed upon my arrival at 4pm, had to wait for kitchen staff to arrive to let me into hotel at 5.30pm.

Das Hotel ist modern, sauber, ruhig gelegen, mit Parkmöglichkeiten, einem netten Personal und einem fantastischen Frühstück. Unser Aufenthalt dort war super und wir würden immer wieder kommen.

What a truly fantastic hotel. My wife and I stayed here during weekend 2 of the Tomorrowland festival and couldn't have been more impressed. To start we arrived late (past 11pm) after a delayed flight and the reception staff stayed up especially to check us in after giving us a call to check our timings. This was much apprecited! The room was really clean, very comfy and had plenty of space. The only slight strange thing was that you could see to toliet from the bed - there was no door to the bathroom so it made using the toilet a bit tricky at times!! The shower was amazing and the complimentary toiletries were great. There was no safe which would be useful but its not a massive issue. The breakfasts were also fantastic, everything we could have wanted including take away drinks! Finally the staff were all brilliant, helpful, polite, friendly and knowledgeable! If we get tickets again next year, we'll be staying here for sure!

The whole hotel is well designed with use of natural materials. Very nice and modern. For a long time, i did not have such a perfect and very good and fresh Breakfast really top!!

Could not fond something

There was a warm welcome at reception, the rooms were clean and comfortable and a nice selection at breakfast. Cooked breakfast made to order.

The location for me was fine as it was close to our office. However, there are no amenities nearby, for me that was not an issue, but just one to watch if that was an issue for others.

I don't know if the hotel is brand new or recently renovated, but it looks new and fresh. The design of the rooms is also very nice. Big room, big bathroom and a large terrace (in the summer time i suppose is nice to "waste" some time there). Also, the fitness room is equipped with everything that you need to maintain your fitness while away from home/usual training facilities. Breakfast and dinner absolutely delicious. Friendly staff. Also, they have a shuttle that can take you places (you need to discuss this upfront with them to check availability).

Maybe the location - i was travelling for business purpose to a customer that has their factory/offices close by. Being stuck with work i was not feeling the remoteness of this place (it is basically in the middle of nowhere). It did not bother me the extra silence, on the contrary, i have appreciated that, but nevertheless, you need to take an Uber or the train to go "out" for dinner (if you do not want to have dinner at the hotel). I think this is the only downside of this location.

There was nothing I didn't like. Probably one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Absolute recommendation

Superb breakfast

Spa avdelningen med bastu stängde 2020, men det står inte på Hotels.com sidan. Ligger väldigt ödsligt ute på landet. Vi fick byta rum från ett på 3 våningen utan hiss till ett på 2 våningen med hiss. Trevlig personal som ordnade det.

Ik vond de kamer te warm en kon de temperatuur amper omlaag te krijgen met behulp van airco. Had verder last van geluid van voorbijrijdende auto's en vrachtauto's. Zal niet snel meer voor dit hotel kiezen. Ik denk dat ze betere kamers hebben in het andere deel van het hotel.Dus erg slecht geslapen terwijl ik hier voor mijn rust was.

I’ve always been there for business and I always loved it. Stayed so many times, it feels like I know everyone already. Great, service, new everything. The only odd thing I can’t figure out is why there is no soap in the bathroom, but well, shower gel works also

Netjes en vriendelijk geholpen. Iets verouderde hotelkamer. Trein maakt veel geluid en trillingen. Ontbijt zeer goed!

Hotel was clean and tidy my room was very basic but nice, the food from the restaurant was very good and a good choice, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived at 11,30pm on a Sunday and the hotel reception was closes and all doors to the hotel locked, I had to call the number on the web site and the manger came within 40mins this was ok because of the warm weather but I can imagine in February this wouldn’t be very good. Overall a nice hotel excellent food I will be returning again but may be in a different room.
