הסדר והנקיון באזורים הציבוריים לא היה מניח את הדעת. בחדר שלנו היתה חסרה ידית לברז הכיור. כיור הנירוסטה היה עם כתמים שברור שלא ניסו לנקות אותו כראוי אי פעם שלש מתוך חמשת הנורות בנברשת לא פעלו בבוקר ירדתי לבית הכנסת שבמלון... הרצפה היתה מטונפת, עטיפות של סוכריות וטישיו היו מפוזרים על הרצפה.... חבל שכך צריך להראות מלון חדש יחסית

Excellent location. Hotel had an amazing, invigorating scent throughout.

I liked the location and the quiet atmosphere/ it is quaint and comfortable.

We travelled in December. Hotel was on the cold side, wall mounted heater and laminated flooring which caused a draft. I needed to request an additional duvet as first night very cold. Shower was smallish although always warm and the towels were changed daily. Hotel reception staff stayed on their phones when responding to a verbal question - which I thought very rude. Not helpful with trying to book a tour.

Nice room, helpful. Staff, frum environment. It met our needs very well, but we were so disappointed that their adjoining restaurant had terrible service and the quality of the food didn't correspond with the price.

The location was excellent. Accessible to every major site in Jerusalem either by foot or by transportation. The breakfast was generous by world standards - but not necessarily by Israeli standards. That said, you could eat a full meal for breakfast, skip lunch, and eat am early dinner. So the food was certainly adequate to good. The decor was bright and cheery but the cleanliness was very disappointing and I suspect that only linen and towels were changed but no actual cleaning occurred. The property needs new paint and carpet ata minimum. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible as far as I could see - contains four steps to walk up with heavy luggage at the front entrance. Additionally hailing cabs was not easy as there is no place for taxis to stop unless they drive around the hotel and come up the back to a side road. Ask the front desk to help you figure this out. The staff was generally friendly if not a bit lazy. Overall though it was a value for the money for two people sharing a room. For a family, don’t stay here - rent an apartment instead and forgo the feee breakfast.

the hotel was old and had water damage everywhere. It also had a wet mildew smell to it. I asked for a queen or king size bed and I got two twins pushed together and I felt the middle line all night.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location besides that it’s a very old building inside the rooms everything is very cheapie dirty and very old Some of the staff of very nice song are terribly rude

We were very happy with our stay. The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. Danny and Rut went out of their way to accommodate our requests quickly and above our expectations. The room and bathroom were very clean and the beds were comfortable with abundant pillows/blankets. In room coffee service and mini frig were definite pluses. Each room has its own safe so we could store our valuables while touring. The hotel is centrally located to many Jerusalem sites and readily accessible to all forms of transportation. Coffee was superb! We will be returning. Thanks for a great stay.

the rooms were extremely small. the only view we had was looking into back of the building. would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was hard to find someone to help you especially after hour and no one clean our room for 3 days claiming it was holiday time and no clean towels. No TV and iron in the room

I like the location and the breakfast but there are better hotels in the area I’m regretted not changing the hotel when I have the opportunity but I was too tired. It is a religious hotel but if you’re not Jews you’re not to feel welcome sad but true because they forgot the commandment on Levíticos 19:33 When a foreigner resides among you in your land, do not mistreat them. 34 The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself, for you were foreigners in Egypt. I am the Lord your God. 35 “‘Do not use dishonest standards when measuring length, weight or quantity. 36 Use honest scales and honest weights, an honest ephah[d] and an honest hin.[e] I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt. 37 “‘Keep all my decrees and all my laws and follow them. I am the Lord.’ Only 4 of there’s employees was very nice thank God but not every day they have the same employee so we have to deal with the others.

Hotel is old and unclean on the floor. I have to ask hair dry for 2 days. Finally I got it. Staff at reception are nice.

Location is great. Be careful at booking dates, if you have to change once at the property, they wont reimburse anything. Some of the satff are kind. The daliy cleaning of your room is upto you, they will only change towels and made your bed. Twin beds means, one bed with two mattress.

Room was a bit small as was the bathroom. Buffet was ok not great. But staff was very nice and it was immaculate with nice comfortable bedding . Location pretty good- about 15 min walk to Mahane Yehuda

Impossible to find parking But loved that u find everything u need as an orthodox jew Breakfast meager and not appetizing at all

A good location for the Old City of Jerusalem. We booked a suite for 9 adults, but had to ask for the extra bed. The layout of breakfast was a bit haphazard. Had to hunt for things like spoons. Limited parking options near the hotel. However, suite of rooms was an excellent choice for a group of friends. Staff were very friendly.

Room very small. . .reception not so friendly. . . .felt was being pushed out of room. . .was ready to pay for late checkout but was left roaming all day

Our stay at Litov was very pleasant with great customer service. The location of the hotel is unbeatable and the decor is lovely! In addition, their breakfast is fabulous : )

Check in process was terrible. I booked a suite was initially given a single room with one bed and the guy tried to put in a pop up twin bed.

Great hotel serving the needs of Orthodox Jewish clientele. Looks like an old apartment building that was re-purposed as a hotel but renovated nicely. Fantastic small restaurant in hotel serving dairy food. Bed was comfy, bathroom, clean and updated, and good room condition overall. The only complaint I have is that the pillows were hard as a rock and I had difficultly sleeping on them. Should have the option for softer pillows.

It is a low level hotel. Maybe good for ultra orthodox population that stays next the family but I don't recommend for tourists or business

Amazing location Very good value for families, due to each apt having a 2+ rooms Restaurant... very walk 2 blocks and eat in Yafo. There are a few kinks they need to work on, being a new hotel, but it's in great condition, very modern. I really recommend it

We had 2 adjoining rooms which were huge, as were the bathrooms, perfect for a family. Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Tasty breakfast with lots of choice but not until 8.30am We appeared to be the only Non-Jewish guests and English not spoken here as much as other places we had visited, however there was one receptionist who spoke great English and he was very helpful.

Great Location, Good Breakfast, Restaurant with Beda"tz Hechsher on promises, 24 hr free cold drinks in Lobby.

Overpriced for what you get. A little shabby e.g. broken floor tiles etc. The breakfast is 2nd rate at best at least compared to what is typically available at Israeli hotels. The location is good if this is the area you want to be in.

We landed, hired a car and drove straight to the hotel. Disappointed to find no parking. Our room was small compared to what we were used to but this did get us straight out. We walked to town had dinner and then walked to the kosel and back again. Breakfast was more than adequate. We were were ready to leave, staff helped load car which I had to park on the pavement as we loaded.

Very nice staff, hotel close to city centre. Rooms basic but comfortable.

We had a great stay. The service was especially remarkable. The daily breakfast was plentiful with abundant variety as well as delicious. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

LiTov is an excellent hotel. The friendly staff is sure a plus to the comfortable, clean rooms.

The staff was very personable, for more 2 day stay. Got the included breakfast, which was so food and filling it lasted us until dinner.
