Nothing

Location , the breakfast, the loopy , rooms , bathroom, the tube in the bathroom, it’s not worth it at all

Все было замечательно. Очень чисто, приятный персонал, вкусный завтрак

Ren, centralt, trevligt välkomst, prisvärt och personalen vid frukost möter kunderna med smitsam glädje.

Evet

It was nice and clean .

Breakfast had very few options.

Bardzo zadbane i czyste miejsce. Personel przyjazny i pomocny. Tradycyjne śniadania, bardzo dobre. Pokoje przestronne i ciche. Polecamy!

All good.

No speak english.

Very satisfied.

Good location and free parking. Comfortable room & nice sitting area in the room. Comfortable king size bed. Good WiFi. Friendly staff. Close to town center where there are shops & restaurants. Fridge in room with kettle & tea & coffee.

Location was in the center.

I would not recommend this hotel. I checked in by myself without issue. When my husband joined me the next day, the receptionist refused my husband access to the room even though we booked double occupancy. We even showed him our marriage certificate, and that wasn't good enough either. I have never had to show a hotel a marriage certificate before. He wanted us to send a copy to his WhatsApp number. It was very frustrating and we had to book at a different hotel. We have never encountered this issue in any of the hotels in Turkey. The rules imply that this hotel is used by sex workers. Stay at the Ramada and save yourself the hassle and drama.

Friendly staff. Pretty clean

Wi-Fi was very bad. Poor breakfast. Overvalued

Friendly staff, large room

terrible wi-fi or not working, condition of bath room, noisy

The location is right in the middle of earthquake destruction and hard to find. Friendly staff but somewhat incompetent, including English language. The WIFI (included in the rate) did not work for most of our stay and they did not know how to fix it. No discount offered for this serious inconvenience.

No functional WIFI. Soft beds. Very "bare bones" breakfast. No complimentary bottle of water, as most hotels in Turkey do. The rate was too high for the value.

Exceptional staff, ready to go the extra mile. Hope they are all safe and the hotel is operating despite it was struck hard by the earthquake. Iskenderun has a proud history stretching into the ancient past and worth visiting the Hatay province.

friendly, extremely helpful, and patient reception and breakfast staff excellent location in the city center free parking spacious and clean rooms with air conditioning (most needed!) generous Turkish breakfast free tea/coffee /water in the rooms

small lift

We really enjoyed the time we had in the hotel. FO staff was super friendly and helpful, even though there was a language barrier there was finally something who speaks English and helped us to fix things up; after that the rest of the stay was more than perfect. Room are spacious and nicely decorated, the hotel is in a really good location with everything near by. We have no complains at all.

In the websites like Google and Booking.com states that is a pet-friendly hotel but it is not.

Stuff is very friendly

Everything was perfect

Sejour pour le travail. Hotel situé pres de toutes commodités, un peu vieillot avec des fenetres pas tres insonorisées pour le bruit mais sinon ca reste correct. Petit dejeuner tres local niveau choix. Personnel sympathique

They take diligent precautions for Covid 19. very kind personnel that provides useful information on the city! We ate where they recommended and no regrets, it was beautiful! Walking distance to the city center. Only the breakfast service was poor, lots of variety indeed but not for everyone..

Herkese tavsiye ederiz.

Genel bakış içerisinde karşılama güzel, ilgi güzel, açıklama ve soru izahatleri iyi, merkez otel için bulunabilecek herşey var. Kahvaltı yöresel olsa daha iyi olur İlgilenen herkese teşekkürler

Our stay was OK. It is very handy for shopping, dining and the sea amusements. The hotel is fine and the people there were friendly.
