Appartement identique quand nous sommes venus il y a 10 ans. Au prix des locations le mobilier pourrait être changé et modernisé. Très compliqué pour manœuvrer car très étroit. Ascenseur pour accéder au garage. Location d’un climatiseur pas très efficace puisque vous êtes obligés de laisser la porte fenêtre ouverte pour l’évacuation et un bruit infernal. Je déconseille d’y aller en pleine canicule

Mobiele airco die het appartement niet behaaglijk kon maken. Dit staat niet vermeld en je hebt daar een andere verwachting van. Parkeren en ruimte om te manoeuvreren, alle heel krab en nauw.

Frais cachés. La location de draps coûte 9 euros à l’arrivée, ce qui est clairement mentionné dans les conditions du logement, mais des frais excédentaires de location journaliers par personne sont également imposés ce qui a fait doubler notre tarif de location. Le total pour 8 personnes pour 7 nuits arrivait à environ 150 euros.

Dispone de escalones y no sería viable por ejemplo con silla de ruedas. -Facilidad de comunicación y de trámite de Check In y Check Out -Cerca de Menton y Mónaco -Vistas al mar -Parking propio -Buena relación calidad-precio visto la zona que es y siendo junio
-Alojamiento bastante antiguo y sería adecuado alguna reforma sobretodo a nivel mobiliario. Las literas eran antiguas, habitaciones sin ventanas, apenas había enchufes, el baño es pequeño y ni siquiera una toalla para poder pisar al salir de la ducha, no dispone de horno, etc. -No acabamos de entender que los alojamientos no proporcionen ropa de cama ni toallas de forma habitual y gratis. Esto es un retraso o simplemente un abuso. En caso de necesitarlo se debe de pagar.

On the downside, the facilities felt very dated and the rooms were small. There was no AC (my own oversight for not checking beforehand, but worth noting for others). Overall the apartment looked noticeably older in person than it appeared in the photos.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026The apartment is located on a hillside with a nice path down to the beach. It's a really beautiful area, but there are lots of steps up and down to get anywhere. It was charming that way, but also a little bit hard work. The apartment had a decent supply of plates, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans. No other cooking items (like oil or spices), but the kitchen was equipped well enough and there was a dishwasher. The 2 euro morning baguettes were delicious!
The apartment had no windows, just a glass door to the patio. There wasn't much of a view from the patio since we were on the lowest level. If you don't have a car, this is a somewhat challenging place to stay since there's no grocery store nearby and no restaurants all that close to walk to. You pay for bedding/linens - which were clean and nice but we had to make our own beds - and also pay for cleaning which means that the cleanliness of the apartment is really subjective depending on how much effort the last people put in or if they paid for cleaning. Finally, some of the facilities are just a bit dated - like the weird ping pong room.

The room had a smelly odor that was specifically in the bed area. In my room I heard the water pipes all day. I would hear the door close and it would sound like someone coming in my room but it wasnt. Having to pay for sheets and towels for the stay additional to the room rental. The location was tuff walk to get to and a 10- 15 min walk from train.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026We loved the location. Monaco is less than 30 minutes walk away, the bus is basically outside the door, the train is 10 minutes walk and the beach is super close and beautiful. Staff were lovely and welcoming and I felt right at home. The apartment is a good size with a bedroom and living area. We had a stunning sea view from the room. There is private access to the beach via a gate so its quick to get down and the beach is nice and quiet.
We loved it but the property/area may not suit elderly or disabled people as it has a lot of steep hills. There are no shops that are very close, you can take a bus to the Carrefour next to Monaco which is perfect but again it may not suit some people.

L’appartement mériterait un gros rafraîchissement. Le mobilier et la déco sont très « vieillot »! Il a juste le minimum Nous avons réservé au moment du Grand prix de Monaco et je trouve le prix très cher par rapport à la prestation. Tout est en supplément : parking , draps et serviettes Les lits superposés sont vraiment très légers L’accès à la salle de bain et aux toilettes par la chambre est très moyen, d’autant qu’il n’y a pas de fenêtre ni dans la salle de bain, ni dans la chambre donc à six personnes, on se retrouve vite dans un sauna! Nous ne reviendrons pas

Nos confundimos al escoger este sitio porque está para gente que busca más precio que calidad. Colchones no muy buenos, amenities casi inexistentes, pago extra por toallas y ropa de cama. Pero por el precio que se paga esta bien.

Ce qui est négatif n'est pas de la responsabilité de l'établissement, donc rien à dire à ça . Ce sont les bateaux qui sont près de la plage qui déversent certainement leurs " déchets"? qui flottent jusqu' au bord... Dommage , c'est de l'incivilité Mais la résidence ayant une piscine...

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026L'endroit est magnifique. Et surtout l'accueil était très agréable vraiment des professionnels et à l'écoute de leurs clients. C'est très appréciable. Je retournerai avec plus de temps cette fois.
Pas grand chose. Le sous-sol pour descendre au garage était juste. Mais c'est compréhensible car c'est une région montagneuse. C'est la seule chose que j'ai trouvé un peu gênante mais a force on s'habitue.

Bâtiment très mal insonorisé et défraichi. Rien n'était compris et tout était à payer en supplément: parking, linge, draps (pas de duvet), produits de vaisselle, etc... On a vraiment pas eu le sentiment d'être accueilli mais juste toléré pour payer le séjour. Résidence éloignée de tout: pas de boulangerie, de magasin et de restaurant à proximité

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026L'appartement est très bien situé, tant pour la vue que pour les commodités (à 5 minutes de la gare) L'accueil à la réception est très agréable, personnel avenant ! Le service parking est un point très positif (même si de mettre mon véhicule dans l'ascenseur n'a pas été un partie de plaisir), vu la configuration du quartier il est fortement conseillé de prendre cette option.
On nous a annoncé nous avoir logé dans un appartement pour 8 (réservation initiale pour 6 personnes), geste commercial très apprécié ! Bien que l'appartement soit annoncé pour 8 personnes, nous étions 6 et avons malgré tout trouvé l'espace trop restreint, notamment pour les espaces de vie communs. Seulement deux petites plaques de cuisson. Par souci de sécurité, la visserie des lits superposés est à vérifier ABSOLUMENT !

Parkmöglichkeiten sehr begrenzt. Mit kleinem Fahrzeug kein Problem. Bedienung an der Rezeption sehr unhöflich gewesen, spröder Schlüsselanhänger dem eine kleine Ecke abgebrochen ist, musste mit 10Euro bezahlt werden! Lächerlich sorry. Die Reception war ab 18:00 nicht zu erreichen, Reklamationen über schmutzige Bettwäsche kann nach Ankunft so perfekt den Mietern überlassen werden. Telefonisch kann man leider auch niemanden erreichen.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Had everything we needed like cutlery, stove and amenities. Close to bus and short walk to the train and a gorgeous view of Roquebrune. Apartment was perfect for our stay and the staff were 10/10 so helpful.
Ants in the bathroom and living area, not too bad except for one instance there was a lot and it was not nice to deal with. Location of toilet to beds where you can hear everything, not a problem for us but some people may not be comfortable with that.
