Tirah Bed and Breakfast

Friendly and efficient service. Clean accommodation. Good breakfast choice.

My room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, Karen, the hostess was friendly and extremely helpful, all in all a perfect B&B.

A nice room, a lovely owner who does everything herself, spotlessly clean and a great breakfast.

Our hostess Karen was lovely which made our stay at Tirah all the better. We would love to stay there again

We had a lovely time staying at the B&B, Karen is a great host. The room we stayed in was lovely, with beautiful views over the fields. The breakfast was everything you could want and more.

Very friendly lovely place to stay

The most amazing place to stay - would highly recommend and definitely return.

A lovely property, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Very tasty breakfast with a great range of options. Bathroom had grab handles and property was well adapted for anyone with limited mobility. We would really recommend

Excellent host, very comfortable room and tasty breakfast options

Tirah guest house is a fantastic place to stay. It is clean, comfortable and Karen is a lovely host. Would definitely stay again.

The host Karen was so welcoming and couldn't have done more for us to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everything was perfect and we would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit the area

Superb B&B. Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast good. Great location just outside Aldeburgh.

Fabulous place to stay Could not fault it

Host Karen, has every need covered, excellent attention to detail. Wonderful large, comfy bed, breakfast was amazing ( large servings), very clean room and house overall. Easy parking and only very short drive to Aldeburgh or Thorpeness or Leiston. Warm welcome and excellent stay overall.

Fantastic B and B. The room was absolutely spotless and had great facilities. I needed early check in as I was attending a wedding and my request was easily accommodated. The breakfast had a wide selection and was very very tasty. Highly recommend anyone considering staying here. The only thing I would advise is that if you aren’t a driver, pre book all of your taxis throughout your stay. It is nigh on impossible to book one within two hours notice.

The house was spotless, fresh and full of light. It had a very peaceful feel. There were many considerate details that made a difference such as a small fridge for milk, a rack for all the spongebag items, a fold up table. I was a single traveller and was offered a double room rather than a twin. It was very convenient for Aldeburgh and easy to reach Minsmere and Southwold. Excellent breakfast.

Lovely friendly host, nothing was too much for her. Good clean and tidy, nice food. Happy to recommend and defiantly stay there again . Short drive to beach / sea, not an issue and of course a lot cheaper than accommodation at the beach front. Well recommended

Lovely accommodation with very enjoyable breakfast provided by Karen who is an extremely friendly host

Peaceful setting with high standard, spotlessly clean accommodation. Karen is a great hostess offering a wide selection of breakfast items. Room 8 would benefit from a table light on the desk and a wider quilt on the super king size bed. A word to the wise: Due to the amount of wildlife (deer, large and small, badgers and hedgehogs) in the area driving after dark can be hazardous.

Perfect

Very comfortable, clean and well decorated B&B. Excellent breakfast and lovely friendly host Karen. Great situation 10mins away from Aldeburgh

Fantastic place to stay.

Superbly maintained and comfortable. Good location for walking touring and local restaurants. Enjoyed breakfast choices. Friendly host.

We had the best time at Tirah. We received a very warm and friendly welcome from our host Karen. Our room was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice and very well presented. We will definitely stay there again in the future and would highly recommend this beautiful B & B.

Very friendly. Large clean room.. acessible and well equipped for disability. Comfortable bed and lovely breakfast

The look of the property was different, clean lines and clean paintwork.Roses to the front and sides of the drive and car park made it look cared for.

Karen was an excellent host in an excellent setting, would definitely recommend a holiday in this location

Every aspect of Tirah was outstanding. Karen and her team are very welcoming, the room was spotless in every respect and breakfast was excellent.

Karen was very welcoming abd infirmstive, room was spotlessly clean and with all you need for a wonderful stay. Breakfast superb. Tirah very well located for nearby Aldeburgh and Thorpeness and so many public footpaths and off road cycle routes to enjoy.

Absolutely spotless and so well organised. Breakfast was fresh & plentiful with excellent & attentive service. Room was amazing, lovely comfy bed & views. It is a credit to Karen and her team, thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely home with a well organised breckfast service. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Costal town of Aldeburgh short drive down the road.

Karen couldn’t do enough to make our stay something a little special, huge breakfast!

What a lovely place! Very easy to find, even at night. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean, warm, and comfortable. I had a lovely nights sleep, the room was very quiet. Breakfast was freshly cooked, with quality ingredients, and kept me going until evening. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable clean and welcoming guest house near Aldeburgh Thorpeness Snape and that lovely area of Suffolk.

Ideal location for visiting the beautiful Suffolk countryside. Welcoming and helpful hosts - had a lovely 2 night stay at Tirah

Given a pleasant and helpful welcome, and offered help with bags. No complaints whatsoever. Comfortable, very clean and great breakfasts.
