Mit dem inkludierten Frühstück gab es ein Problem - es konnte Ostersonntag und Ostermontag kein Buffet angeboten werden. Anstatt dessen bekam ich das Frühstück am Abend vorher auf's Zimmer geliefert. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und die freundliche Dame hat am Vorabend an die Zimmertüre geklopft und es geliefert. Das einzig unangenehme dabei war, dass ich eigentlich Duschen wollte und immer warten musste, bis das Frühstück kam, was dann relativ spät am Abend war.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, alles bestens und eingecheckt, via Code, Beschreibung.

Gebucht war ein Einzelzimmer mit Frühstück. Morgens um 8:50 war der Frühstücksraum geräumt. Kein Personal anwesend.

Het was schoon, ook de toilet.

1. De doucheslang was kapot en de haak ook kapot. 2. De wasbakkraan werkte onvoldoende en het water werd niet warm. Ook niet na poos wachten. De kamer zat op 3e verdieping. Daarom 2e overnachting gecancelled.

Für meine Wanderungen sehr gut gelegen, neu eingerichtet, sehr einfacher Selbst-Check-In. Sehr praktisch.

Die Kommunikation über Booking war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vorort waren alle sehr nett. Das Haus ist sauber und wurde schön Renoviert. Das Frühstück war gut und ansprechend angerichtet. Trotz wenig Hotelgästen wurde sich um eine große Auswahl bemüht.

Leider sind die Matratzen zu weich, Decke zu dünn und die Kopfkissen nicht von guter Qualität.

Unterhalb Burg Hohenecken gelegen. P im Hof. Bus vor der Tür, Bahnhof 1km. Zimmer per zugesendetem PIN-Code zu öffnen (klappte). Zimmer ok. Bett sehr schmal. Frühstück ok.

Lovely hotel with very nice staff. Breakfast was good. Free parking. All in a quaint little village.

Great communication and check-in method. Very clean with the exception of hair on the sheets and covers. Easy for taxi to find. Staff is quiet and allows you to relax and enjoy your stay.

Staff was beyond rude. Room was freezing. No heater.

The shower was moldy and my door lock didnt work properly so it woukd open itself while I slept. I woke up four with my door open

Sehr ruhige Lage. Uriges Hotel

We got our room upgraded without asking . In the suburb of Kaiserslautern near the ruins of a 1200 yr old castle that is free and open to the public. Great staff and safe and quiet. I recommend highly

From start to finish, very professional. They asked if I would like a room with a balcony as I am a smoker.Check was smooth & the receptionist ver helpful. Room is easy to access, very clean & tidy. Went down for breakfast in the morning very nice breakfast room & Everything was tasty & fresh. Waitress was very nice too. 10 out of 10 for me. I be back & definitely recommending.

There is no restaurant or daily breakfast!!! Been closed for three years now. No room cleaning or room service. Zero amenities!!!

Clean and Comfortable

I'm familiar with the area, as I used to live there a few years ago. Nice, quiet village (or town? I'm not sure of the population). There is a state-run charging station in the bank parking lot across the street if you are an EV owner. The room and bathroom were big enough, and the bed was comfortable.

At the time, no breakfast was available. And not much is open in the area early morning on the weekends (I was travelling for work)

Location, how easy it was to check in.

There was a bit of trash leftover from what I'm assuming the last person who stayed there but it wasn't a big issue.

The hotel personnel was quite helpful, and the room was clean. If only the bathroom had a window, the room would have been more pleasant. Overall, our stay was very good.

It was so clean and so quiet! And very comfortable. And I loved that we could check in late - great system!

The shower in our room did not work well - it was hot which was great, but very little water came out. I think it might have been just a bit broken.

Not much other than the fact that we were able to check in through a lockbox because we arrived so late due to the location being not as described.

We had a big problem with the Hotel Ari in Kaiserslaurtern. Your booking info shows that it is 1600 feet from "the train station." That is why we chose that hotel. When we arrived at the Kaiserslaurtern train station, we called the Hotel Ari and they said they are near the train station in Hohecken which is a 10 minute drive from the Kaiserslautern train station. We had to spend another 22 euros to get there at 8 at night. It was a hassle and should have been clear in the listing that it is NOT in Kaiserslautern. We never saw a live person in the office during our stay so I hope they know we checked out.

There was a balcony, which was great. There was A/C. Very close to bus and train. And there was a castle near by to tour. Restaurants were walking distance.

No microwave and the restaurant was closed and there was nowhere to heat up your food.

The hotel was very clean. It was disappointing that there was no breakfast. The room door was very difficult to close, and very difficult to open. The bed was very comfortable. It’s not possible to rate the staff because the front desk is never manned. Nice to have a refrigerator in the room, but it occupied the place for a suitcase, and no suitcase stand was provided.

The room door didn’t fit the frame correctly. All hotels should offer breakfast—this one does not.

It was close to the train/bus station.

The property was quiet and clean.

Although the room was non smoking, guests are allowed to smoke on the balconies which allows the rooms to still smell like smoke.

This location is great quiet, clean and close to dining.
