Kule Hotel & Spa

Otel cok harikaydi konum olarak cok. Begendim.

It needs maintenance. They shoul repair all damages in the rooms. Before gusts arrival.

it was nice and clean

Otele girmeden daha başladı aksilik arabayı park etmek bile sorun oldu. Valla siz park edeceksiniz arabayı diyip otele karşılama başlayınca. Sinir harbi içinde başladı serüven .1 gece kullandım sabah erkenden çıktım

Good experience

very good

The service decreased each year by another

Wunderbar

Çok memnun kaldım,çalışanlar gayet kibardı.

Hotel was nice, friendly staff

Otel guzel havuz guzel degil

First positives: the staff is friendly and ready to help. View from 19th floor Caffè/Restaurant is great. MY room was on 17th floor, with a great view, and it was large. Now not so positives: the room carpet and the bathroom walls and floors had stains. Matress and pillows were very poor quality. The sink did not have hot water, i had to shave with cold water. The swimming pool is great, but other stuff like showers and WC needs maintanence. I can not recommend this hotel.

The room I had is non smoking, however in the after noon there was a strong smoke smell, they changed my room the next day and it had the same smoke smell. Hotel facilities are old and need to be renewed. Breakfast and location are good!

Güzel bi otel ancak duşları hiç yakışmıyor. Duş sistemi hala 3. Sınıf otellerde kullanılan sistem

Otel cok guzeldi family seçenek odada kaldık cok memnun kaldık. Kahvalti acik bufe gayet iyi idi.

Good staffs Very helpful. Good service. Quite

Very good place for the family, the staff was friendly especially miss Ülger helped us so much also mr Aytekin is very good man. The breakfast was great, the view from the room was OK. Overall rating is a 4/5. Thanks.

Good service good staff with respect Only thing is the shower kind of dangerous for old people

Cok iyi idi yalniz sicak su cok az akiyordu. Yarim saat bile acsak da olmuyordu.

Herṣeyi ile güzeldi

Friendly staff and close to shops.

Normal

Güzel ve eksiksizdi.

Gayet temiz ve rahat bir otel. Personel güleryüzlü. Tavsiye ederim.

KAhVALTI ÇOK Güzeldi. ayağım kırık olmasına rağmen zorlanmadan otelde konakladım. tekerlekli sandalyesi filan vardı.

Daha önce de konaklamıştık birkaç kez. Temizlik ve konfor son derece iyi. Tavsiye ederim.

A 5 star hotel

The hotel is nice, the breakfast is good and rich, the beds are not very comfortable, room wasn’t very clean as a 4 starts hotel.

Bathroom smells was really bad

Nice hotel and great service. The breakfast was really impressive! Definitely will stay again. Highly recommended

Good

It was our first time traveling to Gaziantep. The city has a lot to offer especially kebab. The hotel was sparkling clean, the breakfast was amazing, people are extremely nice. Definitely recommend.

Good place to

the hotel was good.. the breakfast was superb.. only the condition in the room just ok not really super maybe its because its old hotel..

Although location is far from downtown, it is just at the tram station for Only $ 0.32 fantastic breakfast buffet and lots of options clean and big rooms with lots of equipment many entertainment - staff may need to be more friendly and to great guests - flood in shower room

Large 18 floor hotel with exceptional unlimited breakfast (fresh eggs/omelette cooked to perfection while you wait). Breakfast served in restaurant on 19th floor, with panoramic city views. Room had air conditioning, fridge, complimentary bottled water, fresh towels & cleaned daily. Panoramic city view from room on 18th floor. Wide selection of quality food provided in restaurant at very reasonable prices. Perfectly located to access Sahinbey Sports Hall & 57th European Karate Championships. Easy & reasonable cost to access both city centre (20 mins) & airport (30 mins) by taxi from hotel.

( ) reasonable prices ( ) Clean and big rooms ( ) tram stop was just in front of the hotel for only 5.20 lira to downtown =0.34$ pp ( ) clean bathroom with lots of equipments and bath tools ( ) breakfast was ok, however, no lots of options (-) location was far from the city centre 17 minutes by private car and 25 minutes by tram (-) generally staff were not friendly as supposed (-) staff don’t care about guests’ request as supposed to be (-) no ironing machine (-) floods in the shower room whenever used

The customer service at checkin and at the restaurant was great. The restaurant food was very good! The room looked like it has seen too many guests. Time to clean the stains off of the furniture, carpets and replace the chipped tiles in the bathroom.

We had a great stay at Kule. It exceeded our expectations. The location was central, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The view from our room was incredible, as it was also from the delicious breakfast! We truly enjoyed our stay and would come here again.

Everything was nice, comfortable , delicious rich breakfast , the reception was very helpful thanks to all of the staffs ...

what can I say it's very good I recommended

Unique

The hotel was clean and needy. The service was fast and kind. I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and family members if they need a place to stay in Gaziantep.

Very good hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff is polite and friendly 😀. Location is close to restaurants and cafés. Need to do deep cleankng for the rooms and bathrooms.

Everything was good, staff was a little bit unfriendly

Very clean and comfortable

The best of the best The best free breakfast 120 types of food buffet

Good for its price, internet not bad,but rooms made off old stuff ,need to renewed.reception not proffcient in deal with customers.they need half hour to prove my reservation.

Staff is very rude and made me feel unwelcome.

Everything was great. Really enjoyed. Only i would be more happy if spa centre opens earlier for morning activities.

A great hotel with a good location.

This was my second stay I feel very comfortable in this hotel, everything you need is close to the hotel the ataff is very kind and freindly best breakfast I strongly recomend Kule hotel

Nice hotel in everything

bed sheets were dirty and hotel double charged me

The hotel is losing its modernity and needs periodic maintenance and renovation to maintain its modernity... The reception staff should be more kind and not use a police method... When the customer has used two vaccines and completed the procedures of the World Health Organization, he does not need to force him to wear a thin mask that does not stand up to The virus...the breakfast is great, the calm is good, and the price is great

It was a good experience, my kids loved the hotel. It is clean the breakfast is so good and yummy.

There is a problem for elevators , every time i wait it more than 5 minutes 4 elevators are not enough

Amazing hotel in a very nice area. Not in city centre but in my opinion better than being in the city centre. Lots of good desert places open toll late and good restaurants nearby. Will definitely recommend

The room was very hot . There are no AC.

It’s amazing hotel close to all things I want, restaurants, cafes, shopping and transportation, clean with big rooms and fantastic breakfast.

The space of the normal room is very good, the price is excellent, the hygeinic precautions are good, the services are so good, most of the stuff speaks English, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is excellent specially that the tram station is so near.

The hotels is wonderful as a building but the rooms are not very clean and also the staff made us wait for 4 hours coz we arrived early and it's not like the hotel didn't have rooms they did have alot of empty rooms but for some reason we still waited , the laundry service is great and very reasonable prices the cafe has all kinda fresh juices and also fair prices in a nutshell the hotel is 5 stars but rooms are 3 stars , that location is good too you have some restaurants and a super market walking distance from the hotel I would use it again

Location is good , rooms were comfortable but internet was very bad management and staff has attitude issue i left hotel before completing my reservation days

Nice location restaurant staff quite parking near to market

Surprisingly excellent.. we had a wonderful time.. staff were amazing and helpful.. definitely recommend it

The staff were very helpful and willing to resound to requests. The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was great close to public transport and range of restaurants.

Reception staff were not helpfuĺ . Last night of my stay my friend visited me . I asked the reception to stay with me in the room and i will pay for the breakfast, but they insisted to to book new room just for the night. Surprasingly while i was doing the booking i found that price for one or 2persons are the same even 1 person room can accomodate 2. They were hard mind .even cleaning staff were easily irritated.

Good service Clean hotel Friendly staff Would stay again

All good ..................................................

The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. The location is very easy to access by all forms of transport. The breakfast is extensive.

Excellent location, very large and clean room with stunning view from the 17th floor. Excellent and affordable Resturant. Outstanding value for the low price.

All thinks are available here thanks for you You will successful in your work Thanks again for your good service

Really was everything thing perfect Location, room size, staff, clean, breakfast, every every thing
