Der Pool auf dem Dach war super. Das Wasser angenehm und sauber.

L'appartement que nous avons eu était très confortable. La piscine sur le toit est idéale pour se détendre au calme. Plage et restaurants à proximité. Tudo óptimo. Acho que está muito bem situado e com um espaço óptimo para passar uns dias em família, embora tenhamos ficado só por uma noite.

Lo que más me gustó es que está a 200 metros de la playa. Aunque no se veía el mar desde la habitación pero había una piscina de agua caliente en la azotea. Está todo reformado y la habitación es muy cómoda. El desayuno estaba en la cafetería de enfrente y nos daban zumo de naranja, café o infusiones, y había para elegir entre tostadas o bollo con embutido o surtido de pasteles. La parada de taxis en la puerta y la parada del bus muy cerca. El barrio es residencial y muy tranquilo pero hay cafeterías y restaurantes muy cerca. El trato de Elsa muy agradable. Nos explicó todo muy bien al hacer el checking. El único inconveniente es que en toda la semana no limpiaron la habitación porque la señora de la limpieza tuvo un problema familiar y no vino a limpiar. Les pedí cambiar las toallas y las cambiaron al cuarto día. Pero comprendo que en agosto puede pasar esto. Había aire acondicionado en la habitación y no pasamos calor. También había una cocina comunitaria donde podías cocinar y guardar alimentos en el frigorífico pero también había una nevera pequeña en la habitación En general todo muy bien excepto el pequeño inconveniente de la limpieza.

The location was great. The breakfast was really nice and we could choose if to it in or take out. The host was very helpful. Even breakfast was specifically delivered in the evening before we needed to leave early.

Vi boede øverst oppe og trappe der til er ikke optimal når man går dårligt eller er ældre. Billeder lever ikke helt op til virkelighed - måske er vores standard anderledes her i Danmark

Me encantó la familiaridad con la persona que nos atendió. La pastelería donde se realiza el desayuno es estupenda. La zona es muy tranquila. La piscina de agua caliente es muy aprovechable

Se oye mucho las habitaciones de al lado. En el anuncio pone que la ventana da al jardín y la ventana da a la calle

La ubicación del hotel es estupenda. Jorge es encantador. Llegamos temprano y nos dejó darle de comer al bebé en el salón mientras nos terminaban de arreglar el cuarto. En cuanto estuvo listo nos dejó instalarnos. El cuarto perfecto, muy amplio, cama cómoda, espacio para el bebé y todo super limpio. Además nos dejó agua para todo el tiempo que estuvimos en el hotel, además de café y galletas. La piscina está calentita y es muy agradable. Sin duda un lugar muy recomendable, a media hora del centro de Porto. El desayuno no tiene horario, lo que para nosotros, que viajábamos con un bebé, nos vino estupendamente.

Cercanía a Oporto, flexibilidad a la hora de hacer el check out, nos permitieron quedar en la piscina, con las toallas hasta que nos fuéramos. Dueña super amable.

Por decir algo, no poder hacer el check in un poco antes, pero nada que reprochar.

We have enjoyed this nice family vacation house located close to the beach and short bus drive to the center of Porto. This was a spacious apartment with the direct access to the rooftop swiming pool, providing nice breakfast in the nearby caffee.

Přivítala nás paní Elsa. Milá, ochotná, všechno nám vysvětlila. Postele byly velmi pohodlné. Dům i pokoj byly čisté a působily dojmem, že se o to někdo stará. Snídaně v kavárně Rainha přes cestu byly dobré, ale celkem jednotvárné. Sice společná, ale dobře vybavená kuchyň. Kousek pěšky od pláže s obchůdky a restauracemi. Lokalita je ideální místo pro ty, co hledají spíše klid, než ruch města. Přičemž do Porta je to Boltem pár minut.

Vybrali jsme si sklepní pokoj pro 5 lidí, jelikož jiný už nebyl volný. Věděl jsem, že to má svá omezení, jako méně denního světla, žádný balkon, nízký strop. Tudíž toto nekritizuji. Co nám ale vadilo, byla absence odvětrání z koupelny a pocit vlhka v pokoji. Ručníky na pokoji špatně usychaly. Museli jsme je nosit o patro výš na společný sušák, kde se sušilo ložní prádlo oprané ubytovatelem. Mokré plavky jsme tam museli věšet také. Pokud bychom rezervovali příště tak pokoje v patře s balkonem.

To miejsce to coś więcej niż hotel. Świetna lokalizacja i organizacja przestrzeni oraz udogodnień. To apartament bardzo blisko plaży w otoczeniu restauracji i kawiarenek. Możliwość korzystania z bssenu to także duża atrakcja. Cudowne miejsce, kompetentna i miła obsługa. 20 min takxówką na lotnisko.

Buen enclave para disfrutar de Oporto y de la playa de Matosinhos. Las instalaciones están muy bien, cómodas, muy amplias y con una piscina de agua caliente para disfrutar en cualquier época del año.

Jorge, the owner, is probably the most welcoming person in the world. He made sure that my needs as a vegan were met. Building is a postmodernist gem with a stunning staircase and well thought swimming pool terrace on the roof.

No towel hangers in the bathroom. Single use slippers, the same ones you get at the gynaecologist’s office.

Nice location very close to the sea and a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. We had a lot of space for our family of four and genuinely enjoyed our second stay. The appartment is very clean and beautiful and we spend good evenings on the balcony to rest after visiting the cities. There is also a pool which the kids loved. Jorge is a very kind host who takes good care of his guests at any moment and he gave us a lot of good recommendations for a lot of areas in Portugal. This was really so great and helpful as sometimes it is hard to find out the best places being from abroad. We also could park our rental car in the garage as there are limited parking spaces in this area. We enjoyed being so close to the ocean especially travelling as a family because you can enjoy the very clean beach in just a few minutes. We will definitely come back ☀️

Petit déjeuner à quelques pas dans une boulangerie très typique ,sympathique et avec un grand choix entre pâtisseries et sandwich à choisir. El apartamento era amplio y tenía dos terrazas muy grandes. El personal, tanto Jorge como la chica que nos atendió a la llegada, han sido muy amables y nos han informado muy bien de todo lo que podíamos hacer en Oporto. Cogimos parking y estaba muy bien.

Muy lejos del centro aunque la parada de autobús y taxi estaban en la puerta.

Wonderful location outside the city centre but near the beach and the Primavera festival park in a quiet area. Lots of lovely restaurants close by and supermarkets. The suite was perfect for 5 girls to sleep comfortably and was spotless and had every comfort we needed. The host Jorge was the nicest guy and was so helpful and friendly! Rooftop pool was lovely to relax and cool off. Gluten free pizza place around the corner. I cant recommend this place enough.

More apartment than hotel

The apartment itself was clean and pretty roomy. Could fit a family with one kid. Roof access with a small pool and some sunbeds - can relax a little there and enjoy some view from the roof.

Breakfast is a really questionable option here. I would better not take it and go somewhere else/prepare something by myself. The bathroom was quite small in my apartment (or maybe I'm too big for it with 1,90 m). Windows are on the road side - so some noise is present. Though, not too much at night time. Would be nice to have insect nets for windows if possible.

The pool and pool deck is nicer than photos suggest. Owner is friendly, helpful, and speaks English. Decks. Breakfast voucher.

You have to walk through one of the bedrooms in the two-bedroom suite to reach the bathroom.

Nem ettem reggelit, de lehetőség lett volna rá, minden nap három féléből lehetett volna választani. A környék nagyon csendes, biztonságos, jó a tömegközlekedés is.

Nem tudok olyat említeni ami nem tetszett volna, a házigazda kedves és készséges, a szállás kényelmes, tiszta, nagyon jó helyen van, az óceán és az Egyetem közelében.

Eine ganz liebe Gastgeberin. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und sauber. Das Frühstück nimmt man gegenüber in einem Café ein. Alles super organisiert.

C'est très personnel mais matelas trop dur. Pour 4 jours 3 nuits à aucunement on ́nous à changer les serviettes de toilette. Attention fermé bien les 2 doubles vitrages sinon très bruyant la nuit. Le petit déjeuner est a 2min à l'extérieur de la suite mais vraiment pas trop le choix sur le petit déjeuner compris sur le prix et le personnel du café ou l'on doit le prendre ne sont pas agréables même froid

L’accueil de Jorge et de son personnel est vraiment à la hauteur de l'hébergement. Pour loger les 14 personnes de notre famille, toute la maison nous a été réservée. Pour les petits déjeuners, l'établissement "annexe" s'est montré à la hauteur. Jus d'oranges pressées, viennoiseries au choix ont été très appréciés, gentillesse du personnel. La piscine chauffées et ses nombreuse serviettes à disposition, laissera un souvenir à tous. La maison est très bien agencée et décorée. Chacun à pu trouver sa place sans que l'on se gène. Ayant plusieurs clés, nous avions et c'est appréciable, notre indépendance. J'ai même eu la possibilité de faire tourner une machine pour mon linge !

Son emplacement un peu lointain du centre de Porto, mais le bus 500 est très agréable le long du Douro. Nous étions bien sensibilisé à ce fait. Pour manger à 14, la salle à manger oblige à faire deux services.

El departamento es amplio y se encuentra ubicado en un sector residencial. La atención de la anfitriona fue bastante buena, clara y enfocada en entregar toda la información necesaria para un buen hospedaje.

Adorei tudo. A senhora que nos atendeu, o apartamento, tudo limpo, a piscina, o sítio, o pequeno almoço, tudo ...se voltar ao porto é lá que fico com certeza, aconselho totalmente.

El trato recibido por parte de la dueña y el hecho de tener garaje privado. El desayuno se toma en una cafetería al lado que tiene mucha variedad de pan y bollería y el personal es muy amable.

Únicamente que nos coincidieron obras en la carretera, lo cual hizo que hubiese algo de ruido.

We appreciated the kindness and openness of the hosts. The breakfast was excellent and the waiter was very nice. We liked how close we were to the ocean and university. The bus stations, shops and a pleasant market were all nearby.

The lights in the bathroom were motion-based, so they kept turning off while someone was in there, which was unpleasant. The shower had only one fixed head, I would have found useful a mobile one. The furniture was old and it smelled a little bit.

Großartige Lage! Man ist sofort beim Meer, sehr gute Anbindung an öffentlichen Verkehr, Taxistand direkt vor der Haustür, Restaurant gegenüber, Ruhelage mit kleinem Park und vor allem : Außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft von Seiten des Gastgebers, unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit!!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, geht auf alle Wünsche ein und hilft bei jedem Problem. In der Nähe der Zimmer gibt es eine kleine Küchenzeile mit allem, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ideal.
