Very spacious room, helpful staff and great location by the river with good views. Staff were happy to facilitate requests and tried their best to communicate despite a language barrier.

A laundry room would be nice to have. Nothing I didn’t like, enjoyed my stay.

changing room of swimming is so disgusting. Floor is wet and full of hair. Seems no one cleaning. No ventilation. Can't stand even a minute. No towel was provided. I need to go back to the room and bring the towel. Reception there is lack of experience. Only say no no no.

Nice buffet breakfast with adequate selections and very good omelet. Pool is in good size with river view.

Wish the outdoor pool could stay open during spring and autumn months.

Front door staff were welcoming and helpful. The view from our room was great, blackout curtains worked as they should, room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. Breakfast had a great choice of Chinese and western dishes, not too oily, above expectations.

Check-in staff refused to speak another language other than mandarin. Also we were refused breakfast during check-in even though our booking specified breakfast was included in our booking. It wasn't until they spoke to their superior that breakfast was "granted".

Staff cant talk English and reception team too, they are trying to understand English with mobile phone app, breakfast only for Asian people and very limited things to eat, around the hotel, no food, no entertainment, no shopping opportunities basically you are stuck with slow internet or with by your self. Internet speed wurst then 1990’s. After my meetings finished i have two choices, stay in the room with slow internet or walk side of the river. Internet speed wurst then 1990’s.

The hotel is the best place to experience the Chinese New Year atmosphere in Zhuhai. They gave me the best room and the best floor possible for my family. The help was excellent to book for car service and buying high speed rail tickets. The room was splendidly clean.

I suggest NOT to visit the Chinese restaurant next door. It has horrible service.

The room is so clean with comfortable and soft pillows. The room smells clean. The bathroom is spacious. I like the scent of the basic toiletries. Highly recommended for families and business travelers. The staff are friendly and professional. I got no chance to try the restaurant / their foods but I suppose it's worth a try

Excellent stay! 1. Spacious 2-bed room. 2. Friendly front-desk staff, smooth check-in. 3. Really delicious all-you-can-eat breakfast. The hotel team provided a welcoming experience for us as a World of Hyatt Discoverist: 1. Immediate room upgrade with a great view. 2. We stayed 2 separate nights. After a written note mentioning no lotion during first stay, staff provided it plus a welcoming letter on second stay. Overall thoughtful, attentive service, and highly recommend.

The room we stayed in had a nice view and was clean & spacious for 3 adults. Sufficient space to put our luggage and move around. Bathroom was clean and big as well. There are USB charging ports which made it very convenient to charge our mobile phones. During check in, we met two receptionist, Niki and her fellow colleague who were really friendly and helpful during our check in i.e. assigned a nice room for us, gave us a late check out and a fruit platter to celebrate my parents' wedding anniversary. It was really a nice gesture and recognition as a Hyatt member. Niki also assisted me with an issue I had with my next hotel booking. Really appreciate it. Location of the hotel is good for us as it was not noisy. There is a park nearby and the Huafa Mall is just a 5 mins drive away using Didi. Morning buffet breakfast had a wide spread of dishes, a fair mix of Chinese and Western style. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place Zhuhai Jinshi.

Very well managed by friendly staff. We were upgraded to a larger room with free breakfast for both of us. Room was well decorated with a nice sofa. Lobby is comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is very good too. Excellent value

The Hyatt Place Zhuhai Jinshi is a spotless clean hotel that provided us with a large, spacious room with a modern bathroom, including a great shower. The beds were extremely comfy and had crisp, clean sheets. The buffet breakfast was fine and we enjoyed the evening meal we had from the hotel restaurant. But, by far the best aspect of our stay was the exceptional service we received from Ms Ivy H, Hotel Manager, Guest Services. She proactively provided us with informative and helpful information in perfect English during our stay. This saved us a lot of time and energy and definitely enhanced our experience in China.

The pool was a lot smaller than the pictures on Booking.com had lead me to believe. However, it is still a pool where you can relax and enjoy yourself.

The cost of breakfast is too higher,Considering the hotel's international status, I believe it is possible to offer more variety in the breakfast selection. The options mainly focused on local cuisine, which made it challenging in terms of food choices for guests.

Location may be a question for some as at night the surrounding is quiet and not much happenings but for me it was good as I like the area to be less happening. The room is still fresh from new and comfortable with a decent size with a good city view. Overall would come back again given the opportunity. Membership acknowledgment could be better as is visibly none.

I was disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel due to the lack of responsibility shown by the staff. After the room was cleaned, it was not properly checked, and the hand towel for the sink was missing, which was only provided after I reminded them. Additionally, after checking out, I had to make several phone calls to receive the invoice I had requested. These issues indicate a concerning lack of attention to detail and customer service, which significantly impacted my overall experience.

凱悅系列酒店的硬件都是水準以上，收費也是水準以上。但是服務水平就不一定。凱悅不是如家所以下雨天客人搭車到大堂有大包小包行李真的不方便，來入住的客人下車時大包小包笨手笨腳的，雨大我們都不喜歡被淋濕但是請站在酒店門口穿制服的門房工作不要嫌棄這樣的客戶；要出手服務幫下忙。

Quiet and clean room. Helpful staff. Reasonable price. The bed and pillows in the room were really comfortable.

My hub and I had a very memorable and pleasant stay at Hyatt Place Zhuhai Jinshi. Honestly, I didn’t have much expectation before arrival but our experience over the past months convinced us that we had picked the right place. With the warmth and kindness I encounter at the property, I too have made a good impression of the city and its people. Compared to other higher category Hyatt/SLH properties plus competitors’ portfolios which I have stayed in the past, Hyatt Place Zhuhai Jinshi has topped the list. Thanks to the team, in particular, Ms Ivy Huang and Mr George Guo. Ms Huang and Mr Guo made great efforts in ensuring every moment of our lengthy stay a delight. I am very impressed with Ms Huang’s excellent customer service skills and professional delivery. To me, she is an icon of the hotel. I am extremely touched by her thoughtfulness when she personally got the few bottled water in her two hands to be put in the car for our excursion during a busy moment of the hotel. For Mr Guo, he is forthcoming, and he delighted me with his warm and pleasant smile each time we stepped into the hotel. We appreciate very much Mr Guo’s help in every way. He is very attentive to guests and always ready to offer assistance to them. His flexibility in playing various roles and handling different tasks impressed me most. Both Ms Huang and Mr Guo demonstrate positive attitude which is a valuable asset in every environment. They are simply amazing and exceptional. The brand should be very proud of having Ms Huang and Mr Guo as team members. They are good role models for other team members to follow. The entire team including the junior members (Leo, Gracie, Rachel, Weilin …) has transformed the property to become my preferred choice in Zhuhai. I am sure Hyatt Place Zhuhai Jinshi will strive to outperform its competitors in the years to come. I hope the message will reach the brand/hotel management. These outstanding team members should be highly valued and their performance should be highly praised.

酒店房間環境很寬敞、很舒適，到深夜時分，家人去廁所時發現天花板油漆跌下，及滴水，因小朋友已熟睡，所以繼續睡覺，沒有叫服務員過來查看，只是用毛巾墊在地上吸水，怕小朋友起床濕滑跌倒，怎知滴水情況很嚴重，竟然可以被滴水聲嘈醒，所以整晚都睡得不好

Nice & comfortable room inside with wide corridor at typical floor but catering management at breakfast hours needs good improvement as it was chaotic and not easy to find a table despite attending the eatery place early in the morning

A warm Hyatt feel and service without spending a lot on the room. Excellent location without too close to the main part of the city. Great walk along the river and close twalking distance to a big modern shopping mall.

WiFi is not good enough

I gave a 2 star rating mainly and only for the hotel itself. Staff wise, they would deserve a 4-5 star. Room: NO VENTILATION. There is ZERO air vents in the room. After a shower, if you close the door and open it 10 minutes later, it will have a foul smell. The toilet door cannot be kept closed as there will be a smell upon return. The corridors of the hotel rooms and all the hotel rooms have zero ventilation and there is no window to open to. So, it gets pretty stuffy and the air is very, very stale. Unfortunately, i was unwell during my 3rd day of stay and that made it worse. I was there for more than a week. Room size is ok in general though my corner room was much bigger. Some toiletries etc were provided and it was also clean. Staff: Certain Staff spoke some English at check in and were in general friendly and helpful. Location: Depends on where you wish to be, this hotel does not have eateries/grocery store nearby. There is a shopping mall which will take about 20minutes walk or a didi to reach. Not the most convenient in terms of location. Breakfast: Quite a good oriental spread. Choices of breads was close to 1-2. Guess the room without ventilation was an extremely bad experience for me especially when i stayed more than a week. If you are staying like 1-2 nights, i guess it may be all right.

The hotel is a decent property but the staff (Ivy, George and others) is simply outstanding. They try their best to make your stay comfortable. I am happy to have chosen this property for my lengthy stay in Zhuhai. I would recommend it to everyone, especially Hongkongers, who is planning to visit Zhuhai. The property is within 15-minute drive from HZM Bridge.

有地下停車場，泊車方便，但停車場與整棟商業大廈共用，靠近酒店的停車位指示不足導致找位置要花點時間，除此之外並無其他問題，而最令我欣賞的是房間不用插房卡就能取電，還有酒店靠近巿中心

Good stay, nice food and kind service, I'm looking forward to the next travel!吃得不错，早餐有西式也有中式，只是咖啡机坏了，请尽早维护，壶里的咖啡比较稀，加牛奶后浓度不够高，希望提升。早餐时经理会主动帮助，提供咨询和服务，令人宾至如归。卫生也比较干净，工作人员很亲切，前台人员充足，无需等待，酒店环境也比较安静，推荐入住！

The Hyatt Place Zhuhai is great value for your money. Staff is very friendly and helpful (Nick and George) . Breakfast was great. Room was spacious and clean.

The hotel is not a tier 1 Hyatt property. Yet, I have great experience here. The service attitude of the staff deserves praise. They are very enthusiastic, accommodating and helpful. I have been staying in a number of hotel chains including big names but Hyatt Place Zhuhai Jinshi is simply outstanding!
