Très très propre, calme et plage accessible à pied en 5min

Bon emplacement à seulement 7 minutes des restaurants. L’appartement était propre et fonctionnel. La vue de l’appartement est magnifique que ce soit en journée ou quand la nuit tombe. Possibilité de se garer au pied de l’immeuble. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins.

Il y a eu un peu de bruits causés par le vent (volet qui claquent par exemple).

Studios molto bello curato e soprattutto pulito, in Grecia non è così scontato. Il nostro al secondo piano con vista mare bellissima. Proprietari gentilissimi e presenti per ogni evenienza con suggerimenti utili per il soggiorno a Rodi. Zona tranquilla fuori dal caos.

La casa è abbastanza vicina alla spiaggia da andarci a piedi. La proprietaria è gentile e presente. Nella stanza c’è tutto quello che puo servire anche ad un soggiorno piu lungo. Consigliata

Balconcino con vista mare spettacolare. Vicino alla spiaggia di Stegna, molto bella, raggiungibile in cinque minuti a piedi. La signora che gestisce l'appartamento è davvero molto gentile e disponibile, il miglio host mai trovato. Presente zanzariera sua in bagno che nella portafinestra che da al balconcino.

La doccia forse un po' piccola. Continuo rumore di grilli. Letti singoli e non matrimoniali. LL

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! La struttura è impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista: la stanza era spaziosa, arredata con cura e dotata di ogni comfort. La pulizia è da dieci, davvero irreprensibile in ogni angolo. Ciò che rende questo posto unico, però, è l'accoglienza dei gestori: persone squisite, estremamente calde, premurose e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Ci hanno fatto sentire a casa fin dal primo istante. Un plauso speciale va ai dettagli, che dimostrano un'attenzione al cliente davvero rara: trovare al nostro arrivo i bigliettini di benvenuto scritti in italiano e avere la TV configurata con i canali e i contenuti nella nostra lingua sono state chicche inaspettate che ci hanno davvero scaldato il cuore. Un’esperienza fantastica che ha reso la nostra vacanza in Grecia ancora più speciale. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo ad occhi chiusi a chiunque!

Ottima posizione, vicina sia al mare sia alle principali attrazioni dell'isola; camera pulita e confortevole; proprietaria attenta e premurosa.

Monolocale con zona cottura di nuova costruzione, confortevole, posizionato a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia e dai ristoranti/market. Vi si accede tramite un strada un po’ in salita ma la posizione permette di avere una bellissima vista su Stegna . Abbiamo molto apprezzato la comodità dei letti e le pulizie ogni due gg con cambio biancheria. Fotini, la proprietaria, presente all’arrivo e partenza e sempre raggiungibile al cellulare.

Nichts auszusetzen! Außer vielleicht - ab und an - das laute Animationsprogramm des benachbarten Hotels. Manchmal war es auch eine schöne MusikUntermalung auf der abendlichen Terrasse.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The hotel was very clean, and everything we needed was provided. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. We honestly couldn’t find anything to improve – everything was perfect. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stunning views and the wonderful comfort of the studio apartment. The space is generously sized and beautifully pleasant, especially on very hot days. The bedroom area stays cool thanks to the efficient air conditioning, and the kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for self‑catering. The fridge was especially helpful for keeping food and drinks perfectly chilled in the warm weather. The view from the terrace is truly breathtaking. Morning coffee and evening meals felt even more special with such a beautiful backdrop — a little moment of calm we looked forward to each day. Fontini, the host, is genuinely kind and deeply dedicated to her guests’ comfort. She always greeted us warmly whenever we crossed paths, never intrusive, always thoughtful, and respectful of our privacy. Her gesture of offering oranges from her own garden was such a lovely touch of Greek hospitality, and we appreciated it very much. The beach is only a short walk away, making the location even more ideal. We would happily return to enjoy another peaceful coffee on that terrace. The property is located in a stunning setting with beautiful views and is just a short walk from the beach. The host was exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. She kindly extended my checkout time, and her hospitality and service were truly outstanding. The room was spacious, clean, and well air-conditioned, making for a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Ein toller Rückzugsort am Rand des Ortes. Binnen weniger Minuten ist man am Strand bzw. an der Promenade. Unser Apartment war super ausgestattet und sehr schön gestaltet. Da kommt man nicht nur gern von Ausflügen zurück, man bleibt auch gern einfach mal länger auf der Terrasse und genießt den Ausblick. Fotini ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin.

We absolutely loved our stay with Fotini and Tassos. They are so hospitable and kind and do everything to make your stay memorable. Tassos even drove us into Archangelos to get Simcards, AND he waited and drove us back down. The view from our room was so stunning that we were reluctant to go out. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the wardrobe at waist height made it easy to handle your luggage 😊. Others have commented on the uphill walk from the main road in the village, but it's only a couple of minutes, you get good exercise and then you get the view! Thoroughly recommend this place. Please stay here, and you'll appreciate the fine, authentic Greek hospitality. You are probably better, however, to hire a car as there's no bus service from Archangelos.

il nostro soggiorno a potoria segna studios è stato fantastico proprietari gentilissimi e camere bellissime, super pulite e ben organizzate, c'era addirittura una macchinetta del caffè che per noi italiani è un MUST!

Great location - lovely views of Stegna Bay. Nice welcome from Fotina who gave us some great restaurant recommendations. Don’t go home without at least one visit to Taverna Maria - amazing food and great value! Well equipped and spacious kitchen. Lovely bedroom opening onto a spacious terrace with views out to sea. We stayed in the deluxe apartment. Stegna is a lovely, quieter place to relax, swim and eat great seafood. Would highly recommend Pontoria Stegna Studios. We’ll be back

Posizione fantastica Pulizia Parcheggio davanti alla struttura Vista stupenda sul mare La signora Fotini super gentile,disponibile e cortese oltre le aspettative Siamo arrivati molto tardi,causa ritardo dell'aereo abbiamo trovato nel frigorifero beni di necessità, e con altrettanto stupore al saluto ci ha omaggiato di 2 scatole di gelatine locali accompagnate d a una cartolina del posto con un affettuoso saluto! Consigliamo questo posto meraviglioso! Sicuramente ritornando a Rodi Stegna sapremmo dove alloggiare!

Our stay at Pontoria was magnificent! Fotini, the owner, is a very kind and helpful person in every way! We really felt at home! The flat is a few minutes walk from the nearby beaches, in a very quiet area, ideal for those who hate chaos. The cleanliness was impeccable and we especially appreciated the kindness of Fotini who made us find some drinks in the fridge and other necessary things (such as coffee, sugar, etc.) when we arrived. As mentioned the flat was very clean and all the dishes (even the coffee machine) were as good as new! Pontoria will remain in our hearts and we will certainly keep her in mind should we return to Stegna or Rhodes.

Tolle Lage, sehr saubere und schöne Zimmer in guter Größe mit Balkon, die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und alles funktioniert unkompliziert,

Eigentlich nichts, die Unterkunft ist hervorragend!, es gibt in der Nachbarschaft leider ein größeres Hotel, dass mit seiner abendlichen Gästeanimation meint die ganze Bucht unterhalten zu müssen. (Bis ca. 23.00 Uhr) Etwas Schade, ich würde trotzdem jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Personale molto cordiale, appartamento rinnovato, ben arredato e molto ampio, cucina completa, 2 camere spaziose e bagno con doccia molto grande. Fuori dall'appartamento un terrazzo con vista su Stegna molto bello, parcheggio interno alla struttura comodissimo. Al limitare di Stegna ma vicinissimo al centro. A due minuti di auto dalla Grande Blue. Super consigliato

Alles sehr gut gelaufen. Sehr gerne würden wir wieder diese Unterkunft auswählen, wenn wir in Rhodos sind.

La vista è incredibile, la nostra camera aveva un bel balcone con tavolo e sedie per fare colazione con vista sul mare

L’unica nota negativa (ma è preferenza personale) ho trovato leggermente fastidioso che non tutte le finestre della camera avessero la possibilità di oscurarsi e quindi la mattina presto entrava luce.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Posizione ottima vicinissima alla spiaggia e ai vari ristoranti/bar, dal balcone avevamo una vista sul mare che rendeva il soggiorno ancora più bello La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, super disponibile, e ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli per visitare l’isola nel migliore dei modi, le pulizie ogni giorno non sono mai mancate! Dotato di tutto il necessario, angolo cottura, climatizzatore, phone, televisione con Netflix Consigliatissimo, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!!

it was very nice place, clean and comfy beds, ac in both bedrooms and well equipped kitchen, there was also fruits and water was available for us. The beach and restaurants are in walking distance, and the grande blue beach was 2 min ride away. Would definitely choose to stay again here if we ll ever come back to Rhodes.

L'appartamento è molto carino, nuovo e dotato di tutti i confort. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, ci hanno aspettato per il check-in, fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie e lasciandoci anche un dépliant con i migliori posti da vedere. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il telecomando dell'aria condizionata e subito i proprietari sono venuti a sostituire il telecomando. La struttura si trova vicino a bar, ristoranti e market e a due passi dal mare, posto strategico anche per raggiungere le migliori attrazioni dell'isola.

Very good location of the studios in Stegna and stunning sea view from the balcony. The studios were very clean and modern! The hosts, Mr Tasos and Mrs Foteini, were cordial, welcoming, attentive and generous ! We strongly recommend these studios!

Ottima posizione, 2 minuti a piedi dal mare, fuori dall'area delle taverne per cui molto silenzio e tranquillità. La proprietaria Fotini e il marito, molto attenti e pronti a farci stare bene, ci hanno accolti con fette di anguria e acqua, il frigo era già fornito di acqua e bibite. Ci hanno dato ombrelloni per la spiaggia e fatto un piccolo regalo alla partenza. Parcheggio grande, camera spaziosa, terrazzo. Es war einfach fantastisch, wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute wie zu Hause gefühlt, ich habe noch nie um Urlaub so gut geschlafen wie hier. Fotini und Ihr Mann sind einfach toll :) mit ganz viel Liebe führen sie ihre Ferienwohnungen, hier passt einfach alles. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, danke.

Alloggio con  vista mare spettacolare, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dai ristoranti e negozi della baia di Stegna. Il nostro monolocale era ben arredato  e dotato di tutto il necessario e con una terrazza  in cui era possibile mangiare. Anche la pulizia, a giorni alterni, è stata impeccabile. La proprietaria, Fotini e la sua famiglia, sono gentilissimi e super disponibili. Alla partenza ci ha anche fatto un piccolo omaggio. Se dovessimo tornare a Rodi, sceglieremmo sicuramente di tornare qui!

Вважаю, що це найкращі апартаменти на Родосі. і взагалі Стегна мені сподобалось більш за всього. Готель розташований дуже близько до моря, до 3 хв. до Стегна Пляжу і хвилин 10 вгору до Grande Blue Beach, дуже класне місце. На обох пляжів можна займатися плаванням з маскою, їжів не має, ми пірнали з камнів. Апартаменти мають все необхідне, на кухні є все, ванна чудова, ліжка теж, кондиціонер новий, є парковка для машин. І головне сердце цього - це сім'я Fotini ❤️ спасибі за підтримку❤️ Є магазини, вони дуже близько до квартири Їли ми у Gregoris restaurant, там була найсмачніша їжа, і не тому що жінка власника зі Львова, а там дійсно класні порції і дуже смачно. Як виходити з апартаментів, з правої сторони набережної є рибний ресторан. На фото є розклад автобусів до Родоса. Напевно це єдине місце на Родосі, куди мені хотілося повернутися ще. Згадаю з любов'ю. І всім раджу 🌿

So eine schöne große moderne Wohnung mit griechischem Flair und wunderbarer Terrasse mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Zum Strand sind es ca. 3 Gehminuten den Hang herunter. Nachts ist absolut ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzliche und liebe Menschen. An der Strandpromenade befinden sich viele schönen Tavernen, Bars und Cafes. Im nahen Archelangos gibt es Supermärkte, Bäcker, Fischladen, Fleischer, Obsthändler, die überragende Mezze-Taverne Amethysos und entspannte griechische Nichttouristen-Atmosphäre.

Posizione con meravigliosa vista mare dalla terrazza privata, dove è possibile mangiare comodamente. Struttura in stile greco nuovissima e arredata con gusto Proprietaria (Fotini) molto disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare colazione e acqua, ha riordinato e pulito la casa ogni due giorni e ci ha fatto un regalino per salutarci. Piccolo paese carino sul mare (bello), lontano da caos per chi vuol stare in tranquillità, a mezz'ora da Lindos.

Per cucinare c'è un'unica piastra ad induzione ma per noi è stata sufficiente.

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement, un peu à l'écart des commerces donc très calme, tout en étant très proche aussi. L'hôte est très sympathique et à l'écoute, la chambre est spacieuse et confortable, avec une belle vue mer pour celles à l'étage, nous recommandons vivement !

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza splendida: l’alloggio ha addirittura superato le nostre aspettative! Innanzitutto, la vista: spettacolare. L’appartamento con vista mare, situato all’ultimo piano, è davvero bello, confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario. È un piacere uscire per esplorare l’isola, ma è altrettanto bello restare a casa e godersi l’alba o un aperitivo sulla terrazza. Svegliarsi al mattino guardando il mare è qualcosa di impagabile. La pulizia dell’appartamento è eccellente, con servizio di pulizia ogni due giorni. La proprietaria, Fotini, è meravigliosa: gentile, premurosa, attenta, ma mai invadente. Ci ha coccolati per tutto il soggiorno. Anche la posizione è ottima, centrale. Da Stegna si possono raggiungere facilmente Rodi, Lindos, altre splendide spiagge, la montagna e l’aeroporto. Questa struttura non manca davvero di nulla e, se dovessimo tornare a Rodi, sceglieremmo sicuramente di alloggiare di nuovo qui!

Avevamo prenotato l'appartamento con vista mare, ma al nostro arrivo abbiamo scoperto con grande sorpresa che avremmo alloggiato nell'appartamento Superior! Fotini ci ha accolto al momento dell'arrivo e dato delle buone dritte su dove andare a mangiare nel villaggio. In ogni caso, la cucina è ben fornita nel caso si voglia cucinare a casa di tanto in tanto. Dopo due giorni di maltempo, siamo riusciti a fare colazione sulla terrazza prima della nostra partenza. La vista sulla spiaggia è spettacolare!

Per via del maltempo eccezionale, la casa risultava un po' umida. Ma per fortuna c'erano abbastanza coperte per scaldarsi la notte!

L’appartement est magnifique, la terrasse au soleil le matin est parfaite pour le petit déjeuner, les lits sont extrêmement confortables, la décoration est soignée, la propreté est parfaite, les hôtes sont charmants !!! L’appartement est bien situé, à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage de Stegna où il y a des petits supermarchés et restaurants… bref parfait !

Hands down the best accommodation we have had in Europe this trip. Modern, spacious, clean and comfortable with secure onsite parking. A short walk into the village and the beach where you will find many amazing tavernas. Fotini is the most gracious and helpful host - there was water and juice for us on arrival. The next day Fotini bought us grapes from her own garden, and on the night of our departure we received a beautiful card and some sweets. You will not do better than to stay here!

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Everything was perfect: location, view, equipment, decor, comfortable beds etc. But the real gem was Mrs. Fotini, her Family and their Greek hospitality. Thank you very much, we loved our stay in Pontoria!

Πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο, ήσυχη περιοχή και η φιλοξενία ήταν υπέροχη! Η κυρία Φωτεινή ήταν εξαιρετική και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει και να εξυπηρετήσει όποτε χρειαστήκαμε! Έχει χώρο για πάρκινγκ και η παραλία είναι στα 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια! Η πίεση του νερού στο μπάνιο ήταν πααααρα πολύ καλή, το δωμάτιο διαθέτει από σεσουάρ για τα μαλλιά μέχρι και απωθητικό κουνουπιών! Εννοείται η κουζίνα ήταν εξοπλισμένη πλήρως! Άνετο μπαλκονι που μπορείς να αραξεις με ησυχία! Overall πολύ καλή εμπειρία!

Mi piace sottolineare l'ospitalità di Fotini e di suo marito, come pure l'appartamento ampio, balconato ed arioso, le suppellettili sono presenti in quantità pienamente soddisfacente, i letti comodi (seppur singoli), bagno ampio con doccia molto funzionale (cambio asciugamani e lenzuola quasi quotidiano). A disposizione c'è l'a/condiz. per chi non può farne a meno, ma francamente si può stare bene anche senza accenderla. Paesino con locali e spiaggia sono a pochi metri, luogo silenzioso per dormire bene. Per noi la migliore scelta potessimo fare, e la signora Fotini ci ha dato una mano anche per risolvere piccoli e grandi problemi. Grazie e speriamo a presto!
