A little far from restaurants

The room was not cleaned everyday. The buckets in our room were piliung out because of garbage that was not removed The breakfast is too basic for the price The breakfast room is so dull and without guests that it needs a bit of backmusic toilet in restaurant was dirthy, no toiletpaper it was never cleaned the dead cockroache was lying there for days being eaten by the ants We think the manager neweds a manager to manage her!

The location is just around the corner of Kep beach. The beds are good and it has a good functioning shower. We arrived a bit late but we were received very friendly.

Excellent stay at the Riviera Hotel & Resort in Kep (Cambodia). A perfect place to relax. I stayed at this hotel for 12 nights, which really allowed me to enjoy the calm atmosphere and fully recover. The property is very clean and perfectly maintained. The rooms are comfortable, air-conditioned (very appreciated with the heat) and have a balcony overlooking the pool. On the balcony there are chairs, a table and even a power outlet, which makes it possible to work peacefully outdoors instead of staying inside the room. The swimming pool and sun loungers are true havens of peace. The place is calm and relaxing, with a wonderful sense of easy living. The hotel also provides towels for the pool, which is very convenient. After four months of traveling, this is where I finally truly recovered: deep nights of sleep, a very comfortable bed… I slept like a baby. The staff is absolutely lovely. A big thank you to Kim at the reception, who speaks very good English and is always attentive and caring with the guests. Congratulations also to Sophorn, the chef. The breakfasts are generous and delicious, and the hotel restaurant also serves excellent dishes for lunch and dinner. I ate there every evening during my stay and enjoyed every meal. In short, an ideal place to rest and enjoy tranquility. If I return to Cambodia, I will definitely come back here without hesitation.

The only small downside: it rained twice during my stay… but unfortunately even a very good hotel hasn’t yet managed to install a button to stop the rain — and that’s probably for the best!

Les clients chinois qui crachent : ce n’est pas spécifique à cet hôtel mais c’est difficilement supportable pour un européen .

Good choice for breakfast Not buffet but waited on tables

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was good & they cleaned the room when required. The swimming pool was amazing & we had it to ourselves for 4 days.

The room was quite comfortable, with a lovely balcony. The building feels fresh and spacious, and the pool is very good. The staff was very friendly and helped me book a bus back to Vietnam. The location is great for reaching Kep beach or the ferry to Rabbit Island (both at walking distance during the day). The natural reserve is also close by. In the evening there weren't many options of where to eat (unless you take a tuctuc to the village), but there were some good food stalls on the square next to it. All in all I really liked the place and would stay again if ever back to Kep.

Nothing too relevant. Breakfast was fairly simple and could maybe improve a bit. But the fruits were great.

Un petit hôtel de 5 ou 6 chambres avec terrasse qui donnent toutes vue sur la mer et le jardin où se trouve une belle piscine agréable à la nage. Un endroit cocooning et calme car l’hôtel est isolé. Possibilité de se restaurer sur place. Petit déjeuner à la carte.

Dommage que le mobilier ne soit pas plus confortable. Les chaises sont très raides. Il manque un fauteuil d’autant que la chambre est suffisamment grande.. L’électricité est particulière car une fois la lumière éteinte il n’ y a plus d’électricité dans la chambre! Il est préférable de pouvoir louer un scooter car il est un peu excentre.

La réceptionniste

We loved the beautiful pool and gardens. Our room had a nice sized balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool and gardens and giving us a view of the bay beyond. The staff were wonderful!

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain in our bathroom, but we solved it by putting water in a plastic bag and setting it on top of the drain. There was no elevator, so that might be a problem for people with mobility issues. However, there were staff available to carry the bags upstairs. The location was great for us, but might not please everyone as it was a bit of a walk to the beach and crab market. Tuk tuks were a very affordable option!

A very nice stay. Nice room and balcony with a big comfortable bed. Good choice of breakfast in the morning, with fresh fruit also. The swimming pool was excellent and Very well run. Super clean and free of chemicals. Great stay for the family all round.

La tranquillité du lieu peu de bruit, un responsable respectueux envers ses employés et de ses clients. Chose qui se perd !!! Les employés, ils étaient vraiment au petit soin avec nous 🙏🏻❤️

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator if you stay upstairs where you have to use the stairs, a bit up high and easily slippery. The room was outdated, in our room upstairs Wi-Fi didn't work. The head shower was really stained and built up looks uncleaned. We checked in and slept for the first night. We were hoping our stay was going smoothly but the next morning we were unable to use the bathroom because there was a strongly smell came out from the drain like dead fish. We asked one of the staff to check it out and she confirmed it was a smell from the drain. We left that morning and didn't even ask for the refund. I really didn't want to leave this review but for the future guests hope the hotel owner pays a bit more attention to their property estate just their bank account.

Le bâtiment de style colonial avec vue sur la mer et la montagne. La chambre est très grande avec un beau balcon avec vue sur la piscine et la mer La piscine a débordement est très grande Peu de chambre donc pas bruyant. Il y a une TV dans la chambre, un petit frigo, un coffre fort et la climatisation fonctionne très bien . Le petit déjeuner était formidable Un grand merci particulièrement au personnel très gentil et serviable.

Das Personal war super. Hilfsbereit und immer für einem da! Der Pool der Hammer. Der Balkon mit Aussicht auch wunder schön.

Leider war ich vom zweiten Tag an krank und konnte den gesamten Urlaub nicht geniessen. Weder den schönen Pool noch den Kep Strand. Meine Partnerin hat mich gepflegt und so hatte auch sie nichts von diesem Urlaub.

Only spent one night.walked along the beach a got some very good seafood.

I thought the town would be closery fault .tuk tuk very convenient.

Really big room and lovely staff

The facade of the building and the pool were lovely

On the Booking.com site it claims to have a spa, massage and restaurant. We were told the first two were unavailable, and the day we arrived tired and hungry, that the restaurant was closed. This isn't acceptable, especially as this wasn't a cheap hotel. The rooms were not soundproofed as claimed. One afternoon we were driven out of ours by banging and drilling two doors along. If services can't be provided they should be removed from the site. When we did eat there the food wasn't good and the cocktails amateurish. The young woman on the desk was expected to do everything. We left a day early because of our disappointment and asked for a refund. We got $25.

The staff were nice. It has an a pretty good view but half of it is blocked by a different hotel. The overall look of the hotel and room are pleasant. The room has nice lighting, a balcony, and comfortable bed

The water system in the hotel was a little dysfunctional with it turing off at times or being overly loud when heard from adjoining rooms. The breakfast was good but a limited selection of items. The people I perceived to be the owners or managers were loud and obnoxious.

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive.

Everything about this resort is so wonderful. The staff were so amazing, lovely, kind and helpful. They were so beautiful to be around and I loved being able to chat with them. My room had everything I needed and the sea view was spectacular as I got to see sunrise and sunset sitting on the balcony. The pool was fabulous and I often had it to myself. It was great that I could get food at the hotel as sometimes I didn’t feel like going into town. The location was perfect for me as it was quiet and just out of town. It was an easy walk into town or you can get a Tuk tuk. The nearby park was so wonderful and I loved watching the children play in the evening and all the families being together, sharing food, laughing and spending time with each other. I will absolute come back to this resort and will recommend to everyone coming to Kep.

One of the staff had great English and very helpful and friendly. Best staff pretty well have every experienced.

They should not have to wait for you to put a clean room sigh on the door to know when to clean the room. Just knock on the late morning or early afternoon and clean it especially if client is not on the premises.

Lovely pool, attentive staff and close enough to lots of things.

Good food, the young lady taking take of the reception is very kind and very good at her job. Good location.

Only one person speaks English, the part time employee that can’t speak English was not so friendly as well. Often seemed like we were bothering her. Which is a shame because the other young lady is super service minded and you can see she enjoys and very helpful.

Chinese People they make noisy!

We stayed just one night while passing through Kompot/Kep. The reception staff were warm and attentive. Our room was tidy and well-maintained. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel, which was reasonably priced and delicious. We also took advantage of their laundry service, which was affordable, and our clothes were returned neatly folded before our early morning checkout. The pool looked inviting and clean, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to take a dip. We did manage to relax on the swing by the pool, enjoying a peaceful moment. Since we were there on a weekday, it was really quiet. We didn’t get a chance to explore the area since it was just a quick stop. Overall, it was a good experience with friendly and attentive staff.

Electricity and water cut off during morning time for too long

The receptionist and staff were very attentive and accomodating, the swimming pool is great and the location very convenient. It’s quiet and private and the facilities were good

Quiet, small new hotel run by a French couple. The property is immaculate, and all the rooms have a view of the ocean and offshore islands. Kep National Park and the crab market are both very close and easily accessible from the property. Would stay here again. The staff and owners were friendly and accommodating

Nous avons passez un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et gentils. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et ont une belle vue sur la mer. La piscine et les jardins sont très bien entretenus et très agréables.

Hôtel très récent avec un accueil, un emplacement, une cuisine et des chambres remarquables. Le petit déjeuner (bons produits frais) est servi au bar près de la piscine. Établissement tenu par un couple adorable de Franco-Cambodgien. Endroit situé au calme. Un très bon cuisinier. Tout était parfait. Le meilleur hôtel (sur 9)de mon périple de près de 5 semaines au Cambodge. Propreté garantie.

Malgré notre arrivée matinale nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires. Hôtel parfaitement situé entre le Crab market et l'embarquement pour Rabbit Island.. Hôtel de huit chambres toutes vue mer avec large balcon et chaises très agréable en fin ou en début de journée.. Magnifiques piscine et jardin fleuri très bien entretenus.. Eau salée.. un délice Petit déjeuner au choix (5usd) délicieux et copieux quelque que soit la formule choisie Nous n'avons pas tester les autres repas mais les odeurs qui provenaient de la cuisine étaient alléchantes... Pour nous déplacer nous avons eu en quelques minutes un scooter pour 8 dollars par jour. Seul bémol ...la chambre 5 à deux lits est communicante avec la chambre 6 par une porte entre les deux lits simples..ALORS soit nos voisins parlaient très fort soit il y a un problème d'isolation car nous entendions assez distinctement les conversations... Sinon tout était parfait ... nous recommandons vivement ce nouvel hôtel sur KEP
