The beach location and view from the room was beautiful and it was a very clean, nice apartment and Cindy was so kind, she is an amazing host!

Lorsque nous lui avons expliqué que le logement ne correspondait pas à ce que nous recherchions pour notre lune de miel, elle a accepté sans difficulté notre annulation via Booking.com. Nous avons vraiment apprécié sa bienveillance.

Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas été séduits par le logement : la chambre nous a semblé très sombre et vétuste et le cadre ne nous a pas fait rêver. Pour un séjour de lune de miel, nous recherchions quelque chose de plus exceptionnel, notamment au regard des magnifiques endroits de Praslin comme Anse Lazio ou la Côte d’Or. Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas inclus, mais une cuisine est disponible pour préparer ses repas. Nous sommes finalement repartis environ une heure après notre arrivée. Nous laissons cet avis pour les couples qui, comme nous, recherchent un lieu spécial pour leur lune de miel : un avis comme celui-ci nous aurait beaucoup aidés dans notre choix.

The property was clean, spacious and well equipped. Very comfortable. Beautiful setting with private beach and lovely gardens. All cleaned and manicured daily. Good location for getting around. Can easily walk to local shops. Also very easy to navigate the island if you have a car

L’appartement est spacieux, propre, avec un équipement de qualité, joliment décoré. Il est proche des arrêts de bus, des commerces et de l’aéroport. Le personnel est accueillant, serviable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions, des fruits frais apportés un jour de pluie.

The apartment was nice and spacious. Lovely balcony. Cleanliness is well maintained. Location is excellent. Staff is friendly.

They could provide charging points in bedroom. Tissue box or tissue roles were not available in kitchen. The beach is needed to be better maintained. It had seaweed . Not appropriate for swimming.

Everything, but especially Cindy. Great host, she helped us with everything, including finding us an excursion and booking it for us. The house was super good, we had wonderful time here. Plus, there is also a private beach with beach beds that you can use.

Maybe just in the beach in front of the house in August there are some seaweeds and wind, but this has nothing to do with Cindy and her great hospitality

We had an incrediable stay at Seashell Beach Villa and already can’t wait to come back. Cindy was very welcoming, we felt truly like at home. She is the best host and helped us a lot, as it was busy season and we couldn’t find the car to rent. The location is fantastic, just at the beach and what we liked the most is the terrace facing the sea, it was so calm to sit there in the morning and watching the water.

This is the best self catering property I have ever stayed at! Absolutely beautiful location, very clean and comfortable accommodation with everything you could need. Cindy the owner (and also the cleaners!) were incredibly helpful and friendly. In my opinion excellent value for money considering you can literally walk out of the door onto the beach.

Cindy war eine fantastische Gastgeberin. Sie hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert, uns mit frischem Obst versorgt und uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja tuż przy lotnisku (ale nie jest specjalnie głośno) na samej plaży.Plaża raczej lokalna,z leżakami i hamakami.Podczas naszego pobytu wiatr wiał od oceanu więc do kąpieli nie bardzo natomiast budzenie sie z takim widokiem codziennie było fantastyczne. Sam pokój i ankes bardzo przestronne i dobrze wyposażone.Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna.Warto wynająć samochód,na ulicy na przeciwko pensjonatu jest przystanek autobusowy.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Seashell Beach Villa. Cindy was exceptionally kind and attentive, she assured us that we could reach out to her in case we needed anything or had any questions. Upon arrival, we were offered a free upgrade (we chose garden view room, but we got a sea view room), which made our entire stay. The sea view room was spacious, it also included a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen and was very private. It´s worth mentioning that the place was very clean, room service came by each day!

The host is very friendly and does her utmost best to make you comfortable. We got fresh fruits from her garden. The apartment is spacious and everything is ok. The bed is good, the AC works, quiet location. Most restaurants are only a 5 minute drive away. The host provides a washing service for free, which was very welcome.

Our main issue is the furnishing of the apartment. It simply isnt a cozy place where you want to hang out to read a book or relax. Indoor is dark due to limiting windows, the lights are all fully white and too dim. Cooking is hard and lights are missing in the bathroom but above all: if is nothing cozy. It is so simple to decorate the place with nice lights and furniture as they do in the many restaurants to get that island vibe. Now it was just a place to sleep, nothing more. And there are much cheaper options that give you the same. Apartment: all the basics are there, but given the price we have found better in the past. No coffee machine, no ventilation for cooking, only airconditioning in the bedroom and not in the living or kitchen. Limited towels and only a single sheet on the bed, no adequate bedding. Housekeeping: kind but they turn the AC off when you are gone. Given that there only is 1 AC it takes a long time until the apartment cooled down again when coming home. Windows are left open after cleaning, allowing some local wildlife to enter your room. Location: the view was great, but with the current winds there is no way to relax on the beach or terrace. The sea is not suitable for swimming in this time of the year at least. Now we drove every day to the other side of the island to enjoy the beaches there instead of our own private beach.

Bardzo się cieszę że wybraliśmy ten nocleg! Piękny widok z balkonu, cudowny ogród, i praktycznie prywatna plaża z leżakami, czysto i bardzo ładnie w środku apartamentu. Codziennie sprzątane. Bardzo miła gospodyni 🥹 blisko sklepy. Spędziliśmy tam cudownych, relaksujących kilka dni, jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni!

Cindy the proprietor was always available, helpful and friendly. The property is right on a lovely beach. The large and roomy apartment was spotless.

Top pour visiter. Cindy est très gentille, accueillante et de bons conseils. Nous avons pu compter sur son aide pour les rares fois où nous avons pris le taxi.

Rien tout était super ! Si il faut dire quelque chose , un peu loin a pied du 1 er take away, mais ce n'êt pas gênant car pour une fois il y a des trottoirs pour rentrer !

The property was clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful location right by the beach. The owners were also friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

However, I think future guests should be aware that the property keeps giant tortoises in a very confined enclosure with limited environmental enrichment and no visible soaking or mud area during my visit. This raised animal welfare concerns for me and negatively affected my stay enough that I personally would not choose to stay here again.

A 3 min à pied par la plage d un bar a coktail pour apprécier le couché du soleil sur la plage. On a pu se préparer le petit dej tous les matins avec nos bananes offertes par Cindy dans la cuisine. Petit magasin a 2 min à pied. Arrêt de bus de ant le logement, c est top !

Take away un peu loin ... 15 min à pied mais avec une frontale pour le soir ça le fait car il y a exceptionnellement un trottoir pour rentrer !!!

L'emplacement avec l'accès direct à la plage, take away a proximité, la propreté et la qualité du logement, tout etait magnifique ! Cindy etait aux petits soins pour nous, elle a géré les reservations (taxi, voiture), très disponible. Elle nous a même offert des fruits de son jardin! Allez y les yeux fermés, vous ne le regretterez pas !

Cindy and her husband are wonderful hosts. My husband and I felt very welcome, and the rest of the staff were also very friendly. The apartment is large, spacious, and exceptionally clean. The location is excellent, right on the beach, with sun loungers under the palm trees. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Für uns war alles perfekt, wir waren Ende März da, man konnte sehr gut im Meer baden . Die Lage direkt am Strand ist super, wir waren allerdings ständig unterwegs. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Location location location! Property is so beautifully placed. You feel like you have your own private beach. Gorgeous beachfront, water is calm. Not the best for swimming because of shallow water +manta rays but great for relaxation and beach walks. Great owner who is extremely kind and helpful in all possible ways. Family owned. Would highly recommend and love to come back

Everything is perfect

Cindy ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und nette Gastgeberin und die Lage der Unterkunft war super! Es war sehr sauber und die tägliche Reinigung hat dafür gesorgt, dass es trotz Sand, den man unweigerlich mit sich bringt, auch so bleibt.

Wir haben keine großen Kritikpunkte. "Abzüge" gibt es lediglich, da wir preisgleiche Unterkünfte auf den Seychellen hatten, die uns noch ein bisschen mehr überzeugt haben

Nous avons passé 4 nuits. L'endroit est magnifique directement sur la plage de grande Anse. Nous avons pu nous baigner sans problème tous les jours et admirer des magnifiques couchés de soleil. L'hébergement est idéalement situé pour visiter Praslin et tous les commerces sont à proximité. Cindy est une hôte extraordinaire, a l'écoute des clients et de tres bons conseils sur les lieux a visiter et excursions. En conclusion foncez vous n'allez pas etre déçu.

a wonderful stay in a beautiful garden right next to the beach with white sand, we had everything we needed. The owner was very nice and created a pleasant atmosphere, she was always helpful and accommodating. Every day she treated us with something, we also liked the laundry service every day. When we visit the island of Praslin again, we will come back here.

L’emplacement est idéal, au bord d’une belle plage. Les transats sur la plage ainsi que les gros coussins sont top ! L’appart est extrêmement propre et le personnel au petit soin. Cindy nous a même concocté une salade de mangue, et donné des mangues pour le petits dej.

Petit bémol : des serviettes de plage disponibles seraient un plus.

Der Zugang zum Strand, der morgens immer gepflegt und sauber gemacht worden ist. Die Sauberkeit der Anlage und Zimmer. Die feundliche und zuvorkommende Art der Besitzer und des Personals.

Die Gastgeberin war außergewöhnlich herzlich und hat alles und mehr möglich gemacht. Alles war extrem gepflegt und sauber, auch unser Appartement ( herrlicher Meerblick) wurden täglich gereinigt und die Wäsche wurde auch täglich komplett gewechselt. Unser Strandabschnitt war traumhaft, schöne Liegen und Hängematten nur für die Gäste der Unterkunft, der Sand wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt. Direkt vor dem Haus war die Bushaltestelle, kleine Supermärkte waren fußläufig.

Wer kleine nette Bars oder Restaurants sucht, wird im direkten Umfeld und am Strand nicht so schnell fündig, wir mögen aber auch die Takeaways und laufen auch gerne ein paar Meter. Dann findet man, was man braucht.

Cindy is probably the best host I ever had. Very friendly and willing to help to plan visits, renting a car and make you feel at home! Very well maintained facilities and amazing views on the beach!

Accommodation right on a beautiful, clean beach! Sindy is very kind and always gives great tips on where to go for dinner or what to see around the whole island. 🌴

The air conditioning was only in the bedroom. The living room and kitchen were very dark and without air conditioning, which personally bothered us as it was quite hot. Housekeeping was done every day, which was great, but we didn’t understand why the cleaner turned off the air conditioning daily. Every time we came back after a full day out, it was very hot inside, which we personally didn’t like.

Sensationelle Lage am Strand. In der Zeit ohne Seegrasanschwemmungen auch sehr gut zum baden, auch bei Ebbe. Die ganze Anlage ist hervorragend gepflegt. Es ist ein paradiesischer Traum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke. Mietwohnungen sehr grosszügig, viel Platz. Auf all unseren Seychellenreisen einer der besten Unterkünfte.

Cindy was an amazing host and made our stay truly unforgettable. The apartment was huge, beautifully designed, and perfectly equipped – a spacious bedroom, modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and plenty of storage space. We were welcomed with exotic flowers everywhere, and the place was spotless. The absolute highlight was the terrace with direct access to the crystal-clear ocean – waking up and stepping straight into paradise was simply priceless. Cindy also organized everything for us flawlessly, including a trip to Curieuse and taxi transfers. Everything was smooth, easy, and perfectly arranged. A true gem and an absolute must-stay in the Seychelles. Highly, highly recommended!

Tolle Lage am Strand. Supermärkte in der Nähe. Restaurant und Bars fußläufig. Ganz nettes Personal. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon könnten etwas bequemer sein. Aber kein Grund zur Beschwerde. Alles war einfach traumhaft schön und entspannt.

Das Wasser ist leider nicht so klar wie an anderen Stränden. Aber natürlich kann man am Grande Anse auch schwimmen.

Für uns ist es bereits das zweite Mal. Die Lage am Strand war sehr schon. Die Wohnung ist riesig, sauber und seit 2021 hat sich auch etwas geändert. Der Strand ist schön sauber. Dieses Jahr kein Seegras. Cindy ist eine sehr gute und sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Für mich ist das Bett etwas zu kurz. Mit meinen 185 cm und das Bett 190 cm. Doch eine Woche lang ging das.

Die Lage direkt am Meer, das saubere Appartment, die bequemen Liegen und das überaus freundliche Personal. Eine tolle Location die wir empfehlen können. Der Bus hält vor der Tür, also auch ohne Auto kommt man überall hin(mit etwas Geduld). Supermärkte sind in Laufnähe.

Das Bett ist leider zu kurz, die Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein, wenn man selbst etwas kochen möchte (es fehlen zum Beispiel ein Schneidebrett, ein Sieb, vernünftige Messer). Leider war auch im Dezember der Stand mit Seegras bedeckt, das ist wohl ungewöhnlich aber kommt auch hier häufiger vor. Aber das ändert nichts daran, dass es hier großartig war!

Die Aussicht auf den Sandstrand im Garten und auf das Meer war traumhaft. Der Service der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter und durch Cindy war aussergewöhnlich und komfortabel. Danke!

Leider hat es an diesem wunderschönen Strand viel Seegras.

Super séjour d’une semaine à Praslin ! Les villas sont magnifiques, très propres avec un nettoyage quotidien. L’emplacement en bord de plage est idéal. Cindy est extrêmement gentille, accueillante et attentionnée, avec de petites attentions comme des fruits offerts. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. Je recommande vivement !

The villa is located right on the beach and our apartment had a beach view and direct access to the beach. The sunsets were amazing and in a short walking distance you will find many shops, restaurants and a really cool beach bar on the beach. But still around you it is peaceful and quiet. Cindy (the owner of the property) is great. We had daily cleaning in the apartment, daily new towels and toilet paper and when there were ripe mango’s and papayas from the trees in the garden she would leave these in the fridge for us. All in all top service!

Can’t say there was anything we didn’t like!

Traumhafte Lage direkt am Strand, sehr sauber, bequemes Bett, alles perfekt. Wir waren mit dem Bus unterwegs, Station fast vor der Haustüre und mit der SPTC App Abfahrtszeiten gut ersichtlich ( manchmal fährt er aber schon etwas früher) und man kann auch die Tickets damit bezahlen.

Nichts, die manchmal landenden Flugzeuge haben wir gerne beobachtet.

Достаточно уютный номер, но слегка темновато по освещению.красивая территория отеля. Очень приятная хозяйка отеля! Пляж вроде тут же - первая линия, но он весь в водорослях и купаться не возможно. Но это не от отеля зависит... здесь удобно селиться, если вы арендовали авто.

The setting, the service, if you get a car well positioned for getting around. If you need anything Cindy can sort it. Feeding and stroking the tortoises. In Grand Anse a bar, restaurant, “casino”, called Breeze Garden does lovely food for a reasonable price and they will collect and drop you off from Cindy’s.

All worked for us really, occasionally a bit of weed in the sea right out the back of the property but doesn’t have to stop you swimming.

Location family atmosphere

Tout! La finition des logements. Tout est beau, rien à voir avec ce que j’ai pu constater dans d’autres Guesthouse. Et la gérante !!!! Un amour. Cindy est gentille, attentionnée, souriante, elle est là pour résoudre toutes les situations : trouver une voiture de location en dernière minute, un resto, retrouver une paire de lunettes perdues…. Bref un amour! Le logement est beau, propre, grand, bien équipé et soigné. Tout est fait pour que l’on s’y sente bien. Des transats disponibles et une petite piscine. Des matelas confortables pour les transats sont à notre disposition. La plage est intimiste, toute petite et rien à dire. On y est bien. Bref, je reviendrai c’est certain! Et plus longtemps cette fois ! Merci pour tout ❤️

The host is super friendly and helpful and was waiting for us before check in. She explained everything about the island, recommended places to visit and local places to eat and try out the creole cuisine. Parking is right outside. Our room with a balcony had a direct view of the beach and there is direct access to the beach from the villa. The host stays next door and is ready to help with any issues. The villa felt like home, with a completely decked kitchen. We did not face any issues and they kept the room clean every time we went out. It was a really peaceful experience and I would definitely recommend Seashell villa for your stay in Praslin.

It was overall a great experience staying here.
