Reviewed Sep 4, 2026I wasn’t intending to stop in Miri but had to find a budget level decent hotel near the airport and this was perfect. It’s right next to a mall so convenient. My room was surprisingly very good: a/c, WiFi, hot water, comfy bed, quiet, safe. Elevator. Staff are nice. Easy to call for a Grab. No frills mid-level hotel good value. I recommend.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026This is a basic hotel - don't expect anything fancy. It is comfortable and good value. I would be happy to stay there again. The bed was comfortable - firm. The shower was hot with good water pressure. I like that the room was well lit and various options for lighting including warm and white light. A water dispenser in the hallway was also appreciated so I didn't have to boil water nor use bottled water (more environmental). I could just fill up my own bottle or the container the hotel provided. I had a room with a window and there was a nice view of some trees and surrounding homes. Staff were friendly. It is adjacent to a mall so lots of food options.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Room with balcony . If you are someones with anxiety , you may prefer a room with a balcony. If you start to feel panicked, you can simply step out onto the balcony, enjoy the open space, and take in the peaceful scenery, which may help you feel calmer and more relaxed.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026The location is very strategic, with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants all within walking distance. The airport is also nearby, making it a convenient choice for travelers who are transiting to their next destination.
The TV channels are quite limited and uninteresting. Since free Wi-Fi is provided, it would be better if the hotel used Android TVs instead of relying solely on traditional broadcast channels, allowing guests to access a wider range of entertainment options.
