We were met by a very friendly host who was helpful. The apartment was bright and comfortable and had everything we needed for a night's stay. Situated just across the bridge (stunning at night) from the centre of the city, it was perfect location for visiting the University and exploring the town. Plenty of restaurants on this side of the bridge if you don't want to head into the bustling town at night. We were allowed to leave our bags on checkout and collect them later which was so helpful.

We stayed for only one night, but the apartment is in an excellent location for visiting Coimbra. It is also right next to a parking lot, which is highly convenient if you have a car. Additionally, the host who assisted us was incredibly helpful and polite.

La porta d’ingresso è un po troppo rumorosa

Camera accogliente vicino al centro. Comodissimo il grande parcheggio vicino a pagamento dove poter lasciare la macchina. La stanza è abbastanza grande, pulita e curata. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Esperienza molto positiva.

L'unica difficoltà è stata quella di fare 2 piani a piedi,senza ascensore, con le valigie pesanti da portare... Consiglierei di aggiungere un filo con mollette sul balconcino per poter stendere i panni, e visto il caldo mettere anche un frigorifero in stanza. Sarebbe ottimo.

Door entry instructions could be better. For the suite you need to push the "card" button to reveal the keypad Before entering the code. Also it would benefit from a small fridge.

Op loopafstand van het centrum en van een gratis parkeergarage. Contact voorafgaand aan en tijdens het verblijf met medewerkers was zeer goed: we kregen goede aanwijzigingen over het parkeren en werden wat vroeger ontvangen, zodat we onze bagage alvast konden achterlaten. Zeer dichtbij ( schuin onder het gebouw) kun je prima ontbijten en ook zijn er diverse restaurants, zodat je niet terug de brug over hoeft naar het oude centrum om te ontbijten. Wij hadden een slaapkamer met een apart zitgedeelte met twee stoelen. De ruimtes zijn smaakvol ingericht met blauw, wit en zwart. Het bed is goed, met meerdere goede kussens. Verder is er een waterkoker en een koffiezetter met koffiecups. Theezakjes moet jw zelf meenemen.

Eigenlijk niets. De weg is druk, maar dat wistwn we al en het balkonnetje is klein, zonder stoel.

La posizione Vicino al ponte di Santa Clara e comodo ai parcheggi. È vicino a molti ristorantini e bar. In 5 minuti a piedi siete in centro storico

La stanza era comoda ma servirebbe un tavolino in più. La visuale non era proprio massimo (un retro di un edificio forse inutilizzato) e girava poca aria ma c'era l'aria condizionata funzionante

Fiz a reserva em outubro para estadia em Julho, pensei que me seria atribuído um bom quarto. Fiquei no 1º piso, o ruído que ocorre no hall de quartos e no espaço do staff ouve-se no quarto, a porta não tem isolamento acústico. A tv não ligava, pedi pilhas para o comando no sábado e disseram que os serviços estavam fechados. No dia seguinte descobri que a tv estava desligada da tomada por detrás da porta (armário fechado) onde se encontra suspensa. Não tive apoio durante a estadia.

Camera veramente carina. Molto curata e pulita. Ottima soluzione per visitare Coimbra a piedi. Parcheggio pubblico vicino alla camera gratuito.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, viel Platz. Gute Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants in der Nähe. Altstadt nicht weit entfernt.

Leider war ein Jahrmarkt direkt vor der Unterkunft und laute Musik spielte bis Mitternacht, Zimmer etwas hellhörig

Limpio y habitación agradable

Muy muy ruidoso, tanto la calle como los vecinos, se escucha todo desde la habitación.

Camera piccola ma accogliente, pulita e completa di tutto il necessario. E’ dall’altra parte del fiume rispetto al centro storico, ma sono pochi minuti di cammino. Sotto la struttura c’è una buona pasticceria per la colazione.

A small fridge would be an excellent addition, just to keep bottles of water cool in warm weather.

Location and room layout

Stanza comoda ai mezzi, fornita con macchina del caffè con tanto di capsule. Vengono forniti i prodotti da bagno, le salviette e le lenzuola. Basta attraversare il ponte e si è in centro a coimbra. È inoltre fornita di aria condizionata.

L'unico appunto negativo è la durezza del materasso.

La ubicación excelente, muy completa la habitación y las camas muy cómodas.

Nicht wirklich komfortabel. Mobiliar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Bad ist eher ein großer Einbauschrank im Zimmer.

Great location within walking distance to centre of town and paid parking nearby. The suite was a bedroom and bathroom in a shared building which was clean & comfortable. The manager was friendly & helpful.

Sehr sauber, gute Lage. Frühstücken kann man ganz in der Nähe. Tipp: E-Mails checken, da man per Email 3 Türcodes bekommt.

Alle deuren te openen met een code, ze moeten wel voor de batterij in code kastje leeg zijn ze een x vervangen anders kun je er niet meer in.

Das Apartment ist ausreichend groß und ausreichend eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super, man ist in 10min zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Parken war kostenfrei in einem Einkaufszentrum, 5 min Fußweg entfernt, möglich. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut.

Das Apartment befindet sich im zweiten Stock ohne Aufzug. Die Klimaanlage befindet sich nur im Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer könnte besser belüftet sein. Es riecht ein bisschen modrig...

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Mit schönem Blick über den Rio Mondego. In wenigen Minuten waren wir in der Altstadt. Der Vermieter gab uns wertvolle Tipps, wie wir Coimbra erkunden können.

Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße hin und es war nachts trotz geschlossenem Fenster doch laut.

A couple of minor points: the property is located on a main road, so there was some traffic noise. While all the door access codes were sent in advance, there were no clear instructions for the bedroom door, and it took us a little while to figure out how it worked.

La situation est parfaite, c’est vraiment très facile de se rendre à pied dans le quartier historique. C’est super propre, lumineux et calme. On y a vraiment bien dormi.

Unfortunately there is no escalator for luggage or any assistance with heavy luggage on the stairs.

Trouvez un moyen de cacher la lumière de veille (bleue) de la télé dans la chambre. C'était comme dormir avec une lumière allumée tellement elle est forte! Mais ce n'est qu'un détail

The suite had all that we needed. It was clean, airy, spacious and equipped with enough for a comfortable stay. The bed was also comfortable and I appreciated the black out shades on the windows.

Nothing that I didn't like. Although it would have been nice to have a mini fridge to keep our water and snacks cool.

The air-conditioner was very noisy at times making a strange noise semi-regularly.

Localização extraordinária no centro da cidade de Coimbra. Perfeita para quem quer visitar. Como o objetivo da estadia era a participação no Triatlo de Coimbra 2026, cujo parque de transição estava situado na Praça da Canção, melhor ainda! Quarto muito confortável, bem decorado, com um duche excelente. Estacionamento fácil. Ótimos estabelecimentos de restauração na rua.

Devido às características das portas das suites, e à circulação de outros hóspedes no hall de distribuição dos quartos, ouviam-se pontualmente alguns ruídos, mas tudo dentro da NORMALIDADE.

ottima posizione, centrale per la visita di coimbra ma anche con numerosi parcheggi nelle vicinanze. staff molto gentile, abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli prima del check in. camera elegante, disponibili diversi cuscini fra cui scegliere, ottima pulizia anche in bagno. prezzo competitivo. sotto casa. diversi posti dove fare colazione.

dalla parto d'ingresso passava un po' di luce. la ventola in bagno non era molto potente.

Avevo l'appartamento n.22, quello che si vede nella foto con la grande finestra...un gioiellino! Spaziosa, ben arredata, curata e luminosa. Il bagno di buone dimensioni con una grande doccia. L'accesso è tutto tramite codici forniti dall'host poco prima dell'arrivo. Noi siamo arrivate al mattina e la camera non era pronta ma Daniel ci ha accolte e ci ha portato pure su le valigie al secondo piano (no ascensore) e la sera al nostro rientro le abbiamo trovate dentro la camera. A pochissimi minuti a piedi c'è un grande parcheggio gratuito dove poter lasciare la macchina. Al centro storico ci si arriva velocemente a piedi quindi secondo me la posizione è ottima. L'unica cosa negativa è che l'appartamento è poco insonorizzato e quindi si sentono i vicini quando rientrano e chiudono la porta e pure se parlano a voce alta. Ma se siete stanchi e il sonno pesante nessun problema!!! Io ve lo consiglio!!!

Ligging op loopafstand van het centrum van Coimbra. Ook de nabij gelegen parkeerplaats is erg handig. Deze is in het weekend zelfs gratis! Schone en ruime kamer

Weini contact met de beheerder. Het is erg gehorig. We konden nauwelijks slapen door de buurman in de naburige jamer.

Comfortable room and convenient location with parking nearby.

Every time anyone entered the hallway outside the room the light shone through the door of the room which was painted glass. The rooms had limited sound proofing so we could hear movement and plumbing during the night. Only tiny expresso cups so we couldn’t make a cup of tea

Location in relation to the University and ease of access

Access to free parking was a bit of a challenge. The host helped us figure it out.

Easy to navigate to and there is parking in the area: a pay lot at the end of the block or free around the corner at the Sao Francisco Convent. Plenty of places to eat right downstairs (bars, desserts, and restaurants for breakfast/lunch/dinner) External blinds really block the light but you need to know they exist and how to operate them. Windows block traffic and people noise from below very well.

Avoid Coimbra during university graduation season. Concerts and partying everywhere all night. (It was end of May in 2026) Not suites - it’s a basic hotel room. But without any hotel amenities (no reception desk or staff). However, they do a daily room refresh. The toilet has a macerator which is quite loud but only operates when you flush or run water. A mini fridge would be a great addition so we could have cold water for drinking.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Able to find a place to store our bicycles. Next to Santa Clara bridge to cross to old town. Quiet with window closed as busy area.

Não é um não gosto, é só uma sugestão. Acho que deveria ter um mini bar, para além de se usar para alguma comida ou bebida, há pessoas que precisam de ter medicação no frio.

Perfecte ligging ten opzichten van de stad. Dichtbij en Gratis parkeren. Je loopt de brug over en je bent in het centrum. Aardige eigenaar die vaak vraagt of hij iets voor je kan doen.

Good location close to the old part of Coimbra. Nice suite with enough space. Very comfortable. Staff very responsive when I had some questions. Some minor things in the bathroom like an extra hook for the second towel would have been nice.

Très bon accueil, l'hôte nous a bien conseillé pour les restaurants, calme, la chambre était fraîche alors qu'il faisait 33°C à l'extérieur. Le stationnement est gratuit. L'emplacement est idéal.

Très petit, aucun fauteuil pour s'asseoir, 1 seule chaise dans l'appartement, pas de kitchenette. Pour une nuit, ça va.

La situación, la limpieza y el cuarto de baño con mucha luz pero ninguna natural, lógicamente al ser un piso con subdivisiones, buena presión de agua y por supuesto la alta calidad de las toallas, magníficas.

Tenía armario pero sin perchas. Al no haber personal que antienda es necesario usar pines para entrar en el portal, abrir la vivienda en donde están las habitaciones y otro pin para entrar en la habitación. No hay ascensor para subir con las maletas a la primera planta con escaleras de madera. No hay nevera para mantener fría la bebida.

Rien d’important mais je pourrais dire que le bâtiment assez écho/intimité et la difficulté d’avoir la noirceur (opacité des toiles) dans l’appartement.
