Situación

En las camas no hay almohadas, son cojines. Dos de las camas inestables, somier baila. Paredes de habitaciones separadas por ventanales de plástico, habitaciones con espacio reducido, una de las habitaciones hace de cocina, salón y comedor con poco espacio. Las tasas de sejour hay q dejarlas en efectivo en un sobre, en otros hoteles te lo cargan directamente.

Ideale locatie, centraal maar toch rustig gelegen. Ook handig om geen sleutels te moeten bewaren. Prijs-kwaliteit was het appartement perfect voor een girls trip. Vond het ook aangenaam dat we 3 ventilators + 2 ingebouwde ventilators boven bed hadden aangezien het extreem warm was. Wij hadden geen last van nachtlawaai.

Was niet zo hygiënisch vonden wij, vuile spiegels en voegen etc. Het appartement was ook klein, maar voor ons was dat niet erg aangezien wij daar enkel sliepen. Wel niet altijd duidelijke instructies om bv. de toeristenbelasting te deponeren in een brievenbus. Balkon was ook niet zo wow aangezien het een gedeeld balkon was met de buren. Maar voor ons was dat uiteindelijk niet zo erg, buiten dat het wel wat properder mocht zijn.

Difficulté d'accès (nous étions coincés dans le sas il manquait un code qui ne nous avait pas été transmis, nous avons dû appeler le service client), notre studio donnait sur la rue assez bruyante. Si de prime abord le studio apparaissait propre, lorsque nous avons retiré les draps au moment de notre départ nous avons constaté des tâches sur la housse du matelas et un oreiller sale

The property was well situated. It was clean and the facilities were good. We did have a small amount of trouble finding it on the first night but after that our stay was great.

La verdad es que solo pasamos una noche, esta muy bien ubicado y ya sabia que era pequeño para 5 personas pero ers solo un transito. Todo lo demas perfecto .. y las capsulas de cafe un acierto

Hermoso departamento. Eramos tres personas y estuvimos muy cómodos. El baño es pequeño pero funcional.

Está todo muy bien, solo le hubiera faltado una escoba porque estuvimos 4 noches y hace falta algo minimo de limpieza.

La ubicación, cerca de una estación principal de metros y trenes para ir a Disneyland y Versalles de forma cómoda. Muy cerca del Hotel de Ville.

Very uncomfortable stay. The room is NOT acceptable in terms of temperature - maybe due to the refrigerator heating up the space, or some other external factors. The room temperature is 7-8 degrees higher than the outside temperature. Moreover, the windows cannot be kept open because of the huge amount of dirt and garbage outside them (see photos).

Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with balcony. No view from the balcony but it was good to have a outdoor space. Shops and restaurants close to accommodation. Good communication from host. Easy code access.

Breakfast, next door, not worth it. Very very basic and coffee no good. Better to cook own in your equipped apartment. Laundry in basement and used by everybody in all the units. People will just leave their stuff in the machine for the day and there is only 2 machines..

The location is amazing!! It is just a couple blocks north of the Notre Dame Cathedral and a 10 minute walk to the louvre. Amazing shopping and bakeries close by. Short walk to multiple metro stations. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had an issue with the power when we were there, so our first night was without power, but the staff was very kind and helpful and got things working the next day for us.

It was quite cramped. The 3rd “bedroom” is actually the living room/dining/kitchen area, so there’s really no gathering space. It wasn’t a big deal for us since we were mostly there to sleep and shower.

Location is excellent! Staff ( Priscila) was super nice! Room was very clean and overall comfortable. The only suggestion I would have is to allow guest to leave the baggage after check out for later departures.

The location is amazing. Very central to everything. We arrived earlier than expected, our room wasn’t ready, but the host allowed us to leave our luggage in there.

No aircon, instead supplied with a fan. Unsure if this is a European thing? But also was unable to use the ceiling fan unless the light was on; which made it very hot to sleep. The balcony is a shared balcony so you can’t have the windows open. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were non existent.

Très belle situation à 5 min de l'hôtel de ville, Notre Dame, centre Pompidou, Chatelet les Halles. Proximité des commerces et restaurant et de plusieurs petits musée à découvrir. Appartement tout équipé et propre.

Le camere erano molto calde e i ventilatori non erano sufficienti ad alleviare la situazione.

Emplacement parfait, TB rapport qualité -prix. Les avis lus avant 2026 ne sont plus valables, l'appartement est climatisé, pas de bruit, les instructions sont claires.

Des vrais tasses,(mug pour le petit déjeuner), car celles existantes sont trop petites.

Die Lage ist topp, wenn auch laut - ist eben mitten in Paris.

Der an sich schöne Balkon war total verdreckt, es fehlen im Zimmer dringend mehr Ablagen z.B. am Bett. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt gerade akzeptabel.

Die Stadt Paris....

...verschmutzte Bettwäsche. Kein Ersatz bzw. falscher Ersatz. Versuch, mehr sgeld als nötig für Gemeinde einzuziehen. SCHRECKLICHER EINHANGSBEREICH. KEIN HOTEL, EHER 3. KLASSIGES AIR B N B FAZIT: KANN ICH NICHT EMPFEHLEN ZU DIESEM PREIS!

La ubicación era muy buena. Estaba cerca del centro y de los principales lugares de interés, además de contar con supermercados, restaurantes y transporte público a poca distancia

El apartamento era un poco pequeño para seis personas. Al llegar encontramos una toalla sucia y echamos en falta aire acondicionado, ya que solo había ventiladores.

Das Zimmer liegt im Zentrum Paris, sodass man viele bekannte Orte zu Fuß einfach erreichen kann. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wegen der Hitze wurden ausreichend Ventilatoren zur Verfügung gestellt.

Ich könnte nicht sagen, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Dass es in den Zimmern heiß war, war dem Extremwetter geschuldet. Doch auch dafür wurden uns 5 Ventilatoren zur Verfügung gestellt.

De zonneschutters, plafondventilator en torenventilator die de warmte draaglijker maakte. Ook de spiegels waren leuk en de locatie was perfect!

Er was geen sportzender op tv dus we konden geen voetbal kijken. Dit zou fijn zijn geweest maar heeft niet weggepakt van onze ervaring.

The location.

This is clearly not a hotel, nor was it a suite. At least it had a balcony as advertised - albeit one shared with the "suites" situated to the left and the right. A more accurate description would be a 14 x 12 foot box with a perfunctory bathroom and a small kitchenette placed in a recess of the room, similar (but probably smaller) to some sort of student accommodation. The absolute gall of the owners to describe in their terms and the price charged for the room is quite frankly scandalous.

Acho que deviam investir em ar condicionados, havia apenas duas janelas que não arejavam nada , mesmo com os ventiladores sofremos muito com o calor e quase era impossível ficar dentro de casa , tudo muito abafado , para meu espanto , nas áreas comuns do prédio como entradas tem ac mas nos apts vivemos o inferno

Location is amazing, in the middle of Paris. The most is walkable and a Metrostation is near. We had an appartment with 3 Bedrooms for 6 People. It was comfortable and the room was clean.

Area was relatively rough, with homeless people in all of the streets surrounding the property. No air conditioning. Relatively small property. No reception.

Идеальное расположение. Достопримечательности многие обошли пешком. Удобные двуспальные кровати в разных комнатах. Просторный и чистый душ. Все необходимое есть. Фен, утюг( маленький, но прекрасно справляется). Есть кофемашина, чайник, плита, холодильник,но мы не пользовались. Лежали даже капсулы кофе, пакетики чая и сахар. Скромные, но очень функциональные апартаменты. Wi-fi работал великолепно. Есть вентиляторы в каждой комнате. Есть телевизор. Служба поддержки всегда на связи и готова ответить на все вопросы.

Кондиционер всегда лучше, чем вентиляторы. Хорошо, что в наш приезд жара спала. Вид из окна ужасен. Шторы не открывали. Шум от ремонта где-то в здании и слышимость из коридора, когда ходили соседи. На стенах картинки прикреплены на двухсторонний скотч. Ночью упали на голову. Постельное белье пора освежить, были пятна.

No tiene aire acondicionado y con el calor no se puede estar.

A localização é muito boa, embora o Museu Pompidou, a atração mais próxima, esteja fechado para uma grande reforma. É possível ir à pé ao Louvre também. As camas são confortáveis. A cozinha tem todo o básico caso façam refeições no local. O prédio é bem seguro e silencioso. A administração é bastante prestativa e responde rapidamente a todos os questionamentos. No entanto, especificamente para esta unidade, no calor e sem ar-condicionado, não há solução. Tivemos a sensação de que ficamos com a pior unidade — tanto que as fotos dela só aparecem a partir da foto 91, e ainda assim há imagens espelhadas do mesmo ambiente. Saí com a sensação de ter sido enganada. Se reservarem, peçam as outras unidades que aposto que terão mais sorte.

As fotos sugerem um apartamento arejado, com janelas voltadas para a rua. No entanto, o nosso era muito pequeno e tinha apenas duas janelas para um pátio interno. A janela de um dos quartos só pode ser aberta se arrastada por cima do colchão. Os quartos do apartamento 24 são tão tão apertados que há duas portas, uma para cada lado da cama. O corredor também é bastante estreito e, com o calor intenso deste ano, os seis ventiladores apenas circulavam o ar quente de um lado para o outro. Um dos quartos não tem janela, apenas um painel de acrílico sugerindo poder ser aberto, mas é apenas truque de decoração que realmente fazem parecer um quarto, assim como o banheiro, que nem exaustor tem. A terceira cama fica na sala/cozinha compacta, que é o único espaço com uma área de circulação um pouco mais razoável. Ainda assim, os dois quartos do apartamento 24 tornam-se bastante claustrofóbicos no calor, sendo impossível dormir com portas fechadas. Espero que, no inverno, a experiência dos hóspedes seja melhor nesse aspecto. Sugiro instalação de tela mosquiteira e instalação de ar condicionado.

Es un poco complicado el acceso a la habitación, medio laberinto y muchas escaleras. La ducha la salida de baño es un poco incomoda.

観光名所や駅が近い。スーパーマーケットも近く大抵の物がすぐに買える。チャットでの連絡はAIによる回答だが、電話すればオペレーターが親切に対応してくれる。エアコンはないが扇風機が２台あった。

エレベーターがない。宿泊料金の他に滞在税（大人1人€8.13）を支払うため、現金の用意が必要だった。管理会社から支払う必要のない子供２名分の滞在税まで請求され、金額を修正するのに苦労した。

Odeurs d’égouts quand on rentrait dans la chambre. Pour la taxe de séjour, il a fallu appeler puis envoyer un mail pour expliquer que je n’avais pas de cash à mettre dans l’enveloppe mais que je voulais payer par virement bancaire. Qui a du cash de nos jours? Un lien direct aurait pu être noté.

We did not use breakfast service. Location was excellent.

We were not given a room number, only a floor- so we assumed there was only one apt on that floor. But there were many apts on that floor. After wandering around with many suitcases we found the apt mgr who called the office to find our apt, which was in a different tower with very winding narrow stairs. The website promoted an apt with a kitchen, desk with chair and fireplace- none of which it had. It was very cramped for 4 people (2 seniors and 2 teenagers).

Die Lage der Wohnung ist richtig gut (Notre Dame zu Fuß zu erreichen) und die Metro-Station ist nahe. Die Übergabe der Wohnung per Nachricht und Türcodes war problemlos.

Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen relativ klein und im Bad fehlt eine Lüftung - alles bleibt lange feucht. Freitag Nachts war es auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern ziemlich laut auf der Straße...Bars in der Nähe. Die anderen Nächte waren ruhig und auch im Haus ist es sehr ruhig. Das Bett war schon etwas durchgelegen und um die kleine Küche wirklich zu Nutzen fehlt es an entsprechenden Untensilien.

It was small but perfectly formed! The bed was really comfortably and the bathroom/shower were excellent. Incredible location, literally steps from the lively streets of Châtelet and minutes from the Seine.

Only how the occupants of one bedroom had to go through the other bedroom to access the bathroom. But this was a minor gripe.

Arnaque à part la localisation

Ce n’est pas un hôtel mais des chambres accessibles avec des codes. Impossible de laisser sa valise sauf dans des boutiques payantes autour, pas d’humain, pas rassurant du tout. Équipement pire que basique même si nickel et bon lit. Pour couronner on doit payer la taxe de séjour en cash dans une enveloppe donc il faut l’appoint… absurde, surtout pour le prix total !!

Clean, well-equipped, even had a small AC, which was somewhat useful in the sweltering heat. The location is excellent. The staff is super helpful and communicated very swiftly.

Street was full of rubbish and thrown out furniture next to door so not very attractive entrance. We weren’t given all the door codes to get in so had to phone for help. Instructions given didn’t apply to our room as it was in a separate part of the building to other WS rooms - Signage to our room was unclear and it felt like we were going where we weren’t allowed, the passages and stairways were incredibly narrow and there was only one way in up 2 flights and o my one way out - didn’t feel at all safe if there had been a fire. We used the lift once and it got stuck for approximately 3 minutes which doesn’t sound long but was enough to traumatise my daughter.

Location. staff are good , allow us to drop off our luggage at noon.

The noise here doesn’t stop it’s a party district for locals non stop music and partying from people in the streets just outside your windows, we didn’t sleep the whole time

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del metro y del centro. Las habitaciones son espaciosas.

No estaba muy limpio y el baño olía muchísimo a tabaco. No hay recepción y al haber reservado en el mismo día no nos llego información de check in, tuvimos que llamar. Encontrar las habitaciones no es del todo fácil.
