Reviewed Sep 3, 2026景観は、素晴らしい！ 施設も古いですが、清掃が行き届いてて快適です。 料理も無くなりそうになるとすぐ補充してくれます。
①ホテルの温泉の入り口に女♨️男と紺の暖簾があるのですが、男の文字と色で女湯どこ？ってなってフロントに聞きに行きました。多分先入観で分かりずらいと思ったのは、我々だけでしょう。 ②景観が良すぎて部屋が丸見え 中に襖紙あるんですが、つい着替えを襖紙せずにしそうになって、男性客が散策しててびっくりして閉めましたを ③1番リピートするか悩む案件です。 布団が硬すぎる。 途中何度も起きました。次に泊まることがあるなら、ベッドのある洋室だな。と思ったけど、そっちのマットも硬かったら……… 施設自体が古いので、部屋の金庫の鍵穴が開けずらいとか他にも色々あったんですが、フロントや食事をする会場でのスタッフさん達の対応ですべて良い方になりました。 お世話になりました。

Reviewed May 22, 2026This was our second time staying here and it didn't disappoint. The facilities are top class, particularly the rooms, the Onsen and the evening meal. It is a really relaxing and indulgent place where you can feel special. It's also very handy for visiting the nearby volcano.
It's quite expensive for us so we could only afford to stay for one night.

館内が広く足の悪い母は少し疲れたようです。

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Staff was extremely helpful we had problem with our car staff help to talked with rental company and the police. We would like to thank you for their help very much. The scenery was extremely beautiful and onsen was so great. We can feel the real nature. Breakfast and dinner were wonderful. A lot of choices and dinner also included variety of drinks and alcohol.

施設自体は、結構古いが清掃が行き届いており、さほど気にはならない。ただ、あの客室であの小さなエレベーター1台は辛い。結構待たされた時もあった。別の場所にもう1台作るなどして、分散するようにしたが良いかと。

주변에 한적한 곳이라 편의점이 없던 것이 약간 불편한 점이었고 그리고 방마다 샤워실이 구비되어 있지 않은 점입니다. 하지만 야외 온천장과 실내온천까지 완벽하게 구비되어 있어 큰 문제는 없었습니다

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026お食事とお風呂が素晴らしかった。食事は、バイキングで品数も豊富で特にお刺身とカプレーゼが美味しかった。また、アルコール類も飲み放題で、デザートにはソフトクリームもあった。お風呂もとーっても広くて、素敵だった。スタッフの方は、東南アジア系の方がほとんどでしたが、みなさん日本語が堪能で、フレンドリーでとても好印象でした。
施設が古かった。でも、とてもきれいに清掃されていたので気持ちが良かった。スリッパというか下駄というか、履物が男物と女物が適当な数置いてあって、私たちは女子のみのだったので、男物の大きな履物をはかなくてはいけなくて困った。浴衣などは自分で好きなサイズを取ってくるシステムなので、履物も好きなサイズのものを取ってこれたらよかった。

一点だけ、布団が薄くて硬く、寝心地が悪かった。 これがなければ満点でした。

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026食事は美味しくお寿司が凄く家族に好評で、温泉も気持ち良く毎日の疲れを取れていい家族旅行になりました。 古風があり庭園が綺麗で解放感ありとても良かったです。スタッフの方も親切で良かったと思います。
部屋の電気の電源が分かりずらく、暗めにして寝たかったです。お風呂が滑りやすく子供にはちょっと危なかったかなと思います。綺麗な庭園でしたのでもう少しライトアップしてたらもっと良くなりそうです。

Reviewed Jan 17, 2026-연결된 온천장에서도 온천할 수 있고, 숙소에서도 온천할 수 있음. 개인적으로는 숙소 자체 대욕장이 조용하고 더 좋았음. - 저녁 식사를 자유롭게 푸짐하게 뷔페식으로 할 수 있음. 소고기 돼지고기 샤브샤브를 원하는대로 먹을 수 있고 초밥도 있고 메뉴가 다양힘. 맥주도 생맥주고, 너무 맛있었음. 다른 술 및 음료도 많음. 섬세한 가이세키 정식이 아니고 퀄리티가 평범하지만 볼륨이 풍성해서 오히려 마음편하게 먹기 좋음. - 로비에 음료도 공짜고 분위기가 편안하게 좋았음.
숙소가 낡은 티가 꽤 나고, 방도 마찬가지임.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2025スタッフさんの対応が良かったです。お風呂もホテルだけの利用だけでなく、隣に有るどんどこ湯も無料で入ることができて大変良かったです。食事は夕食朝食共に大満足でした。食事の時に外国の方のスタッフさんが良く声を掛けて頂いて対応が良く、凄く気持ちが良かったです。
良くなかった点はあまり見つからないのですが欲を言えば部屋にシャワーがあるととても良かったかなと思います。
