The room was not so expensive. The room looked clean for me. And the cleaning staff was so kind. He helped me to find the room. Because my room is in the 6th floor and they have no signs. So, I got lost somehow, which they also don’t have elevator)

The reception (the girl) was a little bit rude and not welcoming. But she was not that bad. However, the checking in was so complicated. The reception was in the opposite side of the building. We have to go there to check in and cross the road again to go to hotel. It was not so convenient at all. And The thing is that I really don’t like is the location. The hotel locates near train station, which is closed and convenient. But it is full of people on the street mostly junkies, drug dealers and suspicious people. I was so afraid to get robbed or hit even though I am a man. It is not safe at all even during the day. If you have more choices, I rather suggested you to stay somewhere else. I’m sorry to say the honest things. But if you don’t care about location. I think it is not that bad hotel.

Was a good size, relatively close to main train station.

Området, blir runt skickad till 3 olika ställen. Adressen jag fick var under renovering, nästa adress för check in, sen 20 min gång till rummet. Fick en "uppgradering". Kan inte säga att det var det.

Die Matratze war ootimal und auch die Raumgröße, die U-Bahn ist auch angenehm nah, auch die Sauberkeit, werde ich wieder nutzen !!!!!

Das kein Frühstück war , klar aber ich hätte gern ein Glas für mein Wasser gehabt....

Ich hatte absichtlich eine Unterkunft in Bahnhofsnähe gebucht, da mein Zug morgens um 6:00 abgefahren ist - das Hostel sagte mir beim Check-in, dass es ausgebucht ist und ich in eine Außenstelle verlegt werde, statt 6 min Fußweg zum HBF waren es dann 30 min.

The street just outside is a bit rough. An older man who I guess worked at the hotel didn’t speak any English but helped with the check in and it was a bit confusing. He was very nice though

I didn’t like anything about this property. It was completely different from what was promised and advertised. This experience felt like a complete scam.

I booked and paid for another hotel, including breakfast. When I arrived, the hotel was closed due to construction, and this was not mentioned anywhere online when I made the reservation. We were redirected to another hotel, which was much farther away and had smaller rooms. After we complained, we were eventually placed in a hostel nearby. However, breakfast was not provided, even though I had already paid for it, and I was not refunded for the breakfast. This was extremely disappointing and felt completely misleading.

1) adressen var inte korrekt, so jag fick åka till en annan adress än vad som stod i bokningen. 2) personalen extremt långsamt och svarade på tusen frågor runtomkring medan de försökte lokalisera min reservation. 3) toaletten utanför rummet. 4) ingen vattenkokare för att dricka te el dyl 5) tre trappor upp utan hiss, trångt och eländigt att ta sig upp och ner. 6) ingen personal whatsoever, så omöjligt att fråga få hjälp med ngt. 7) enormt trafikerad gata 24/7 med icke ljud isolerade fönster, omöjligt att sova.

Nic mi się nie podobało to są oszuści przyjechałem pod adres hotelu z booking a ten hotel jest wogóle nie czynny jak do nich zadzwoniłem to kazali przyjsc pod inny adres i tam dopiero dali mi kartę do innego obiektu oddalonego o 3 kilometry i tam zastałem malutki pokoik bez łaźienki jak by tego było mało to było tam strach spać bo drzwi do tego pokoju były bardzo cienkie nie jak w hotelu tylko jak w domu wewnętrzne drzwi, odrazu wyszedłem z tamtąd i szukałem innego hotelu a nie atrapy ze strony bookinga oczywiście napisałem reklamacje do booking i czekam na odpowiedź Żenada ze do tej pory nikt nie zamknął tego hotelu Ani nikt nie konrolował jak oni działają Można to najprościej porównać do sprzedazy vw Golfa zamiast S klasy którą się oferuje a jak przyjdzie klijent to się wystawia golfa

Katastrophe, habe gebucht und dann wurde mir nach dem einchecken ein anderes hotel in 20 Minuten Entfernung gegeben. Der Mitarbeiter kann kaum deutsch und konnte mein Problem nicht lösen also habe uch das Zimmer nicht in Anspruch nehmen können welches ich gebucht hatte

Jeg fik en mail om at jeg var opgraderet og adressen var ændret, det jeg fik var et værelse uden vinduer. Og meget mindre end det jeg havde bestilt, det kender jeg har brugt det før.

Die Lage ist an einer Strasse, an der ich keiner Frau rate, alleine zu laufen. Auch als Mann fühlte ich sehr unwohl. Zudem habe ich die falsche Adresse erhalten und fand zuerst nicht, wo ich hingehen musste, da das Gebäude saniert wird.

Very noisy I couldn’t sleep and I waited long time because the check in was self check in but the room number not printed out unfortunately tried to call several times more than an hour no one pickup the phone and I just waited until finally answered, no reception that day .

Hello it was very bad i book the hotel because I know it's self check-in because i was travelling and i know i will arrive to Hamburg very late but when book it I didn't receive the code for the first door to come in to get to the self check in manich i call the staff the tell me the code when I get in i trying to check in by the maniche it's wrote me that my check in reference is not valid i call the staff again than than just tell me they are sorry it's late and the maniche is not working so I can't check in and I have paid and I take taxi 40 euros to go there and I don't know what to do by that time where to sleep they just said they are sorry is not possible to check in because the maniche is not working so I need refund my money back

Da das von mir gebuchte Hotel wohl gerade renoviert wird, erhielt ich ein Upgrade in ein Hotel auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite, dass zu gleichen Hotelkette gehört. Die Zimmer sind dort sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmerdecke ist sehr interessant gestaltet (Sternenhimmel).Alles war wirklich mehr als zufriedenstellend. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived the hotel appeared to be closed due to major renovation works. The entire front of the building was blocked by construction barriers, there was no access to the entrance, and all visible windows were covered with protective construction film. This was not a matter of poor signage—I walked around the building looking for another entrance and found none. I called and messaged the property manager through Booking.com but received no response. After contacting Booking.com, the manager claimed the hotel was operational and that my description was incorrect, yet he still did not contact me as promised. As I could not access what appeared to be a non-functioning hotel, Booking.com cancelled my reservation and I had to find alternative accommodation. Only several hours later did the manager finally call me, by which time I had already booked another hotel. Very poor communication and a misleading situation. Guests should be informed in advance if a property is undergoing major renovation works that make it appear closed and inaccessible.

Staff was very very arrogant and totally unprofessional. I have wait outside hotel for 30 mints so that they can take my call and open the door.

Der var rent. Det var meget centralt. Der var en fin detalje med selvlysende stjerner i loftet på værelset.

Det ligger op ad et “pusherhjørne”, så der var narkomaner og hjemløse som stod og råbte hele natten lige nedenfor hotellets vinduer. Der er ingen service/ingen personale. De skriver at stedet serverer morgenmad, men det gør de ikke. Vi fik et lille værelse på øverste sal og det var lige så dyrt som vores venners, som var større og havde mere indretning.- Det var dermed for dyrt.

Check-in péssimo. Hotel em obras, sem qualquer aviso. Mudaram-me para o Sleephotel Cosmos, mas tive que ligar 2 vezes para o número de apoio para perceber o que se estava a passar e depois para conseguir a chave do quarto. Apesar da localização central o bairro é dos mais sujos, barulhentos e com maior delinquência. Mobiliario do quarto muito reduzido. Apenas um banco em forma de cubo. Nem armario para a roupa, nem mesa, nem cadeira.

Room: It was nice and it deserves its value price, clean with view. Internet nmeeds bit more speedy and less lags Location: Center with many buses and train station with shops around it. Several homeless people around, but it works for me, no problem at all. Police around, the police station just 5 min walk after the lodge, 10 minutes walk from the Hamburg central station. I feel fine and safe, personally. Breakfast: No breakfast, we could have been served a simple breakfast for this price, i think. Overview: I gave ''8'' as overall mark for two reasons: 1) While we check it, a card is provided, but i was never been provided my room number. I think it should be sent with the email directions, it just three numbers guys. Instead, it could bewritten in the card we are provided. 2) Staff came to my room at 10:30am while check out is at 11am. So please inform the staff to respect the check out time. But in general terms, i will book again as i did the last three times i visited Hamburg.

Negativ: Sehr laute verdreckte Strasse, nach hinten vermüllter Innenhof, sehr laute grosse Abzuganlage, Abfallentsorgung sehr laut, Fenster öffnen unmöglich Obdachlose , Junkies vor dem HostelEingang Im Bad Belüftung anscheinend an das indische Restaurant gekoppelt..Essensgeruch im bad- nicht lecker Auf der Etage, vor dem Zimmer...Baustelle, vermüllt Nachbarzimmer werden renoviert, laute Bauarbeiten am Feiertag, am ersten Tag kein Aufenthalt im Zimmer möglich Anscheinend nach Reinigung des Teppich, 2 Tage nasser, klebriger Teppich, Reinigungsmittelgeruch, Laufen im Zimmer war nur mit Schuhen möglich Keine Rezeption, kein Eingangsschloss, jeder kann das Hotel betreten Kein Standard eines Hotels Preis Leistung sehr schlecht

Unfortunately, the neighbourhood is unfavourable. People were buying and smoking drugs right outside our window the whole night.

We booked our accommodation at a completely different address and was given an alternate address on arrival. The hotel is unmanned, which meant that I have somehow ended up with a bill for providing the details of my guest.

Загалом все було класно. Номер великий, гарний, чистий, залишили чайник, чай, каву та цукор. Є дзеркало, велика ванна, рушників вдосталь.

Єдиній мінус — район. Прямо стрьомний, багато бомжів, дуже брудно, як не йдеш в готель — то в когось руки в крові, то алкаші деруться за щось, то розбиті бутилки скляні по дорозі, то поліція їде

Das Hotel hatte auf der anderen Seite der Strasse neu eröffnet, aber noch die alte Adresse angegeben. Ich wäre fast wieder abgereist, weil ich es erst nicht gefunden habe.

Ganz ehrlich gesagt nix.

Es ging schon los, das wir nicht benachrichtigt wurden, dass sich das Hotel auf der anderen Straßenseite sich befand, alle die einchecken wollten waren falsch.Kein Personal war da.Hatten da alle Probleme uns einchecken, mussten den Service anrufen.Alles sehr chaotisch, keine Sitzplätze unten vorhanden. Das Zimmer zwar nicht schlecht gestaltet, aber nur Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Bett und für vorgesehene 4 Personen viel zu klein.Es befinden sich keine Hägen an der Wand um etwas aufzuhängen. Das Bad auch sehr sporadisch eingerichtet, keine Halterungen bei dem viel zu hohen Einstieg der Dusche,keine Ablagerungsfläche,kein Spiegel und es befindet sich im Bad Schimmel in der Fensterecke. Das geht überhaupt nicht . Dann blieb auch noch am Samstag Mittag der Fahrstuhl stecken, mein Sohn musste die Feuerwehr rufen da sich ja sein Kumpel mit seiner Mutter drin befand und diese eine Panikattacke bekam und erst nach einer halben Stunde die Feuerwehr da war. Seit dem ist der Fahrstuhl gesperrt und man muss sein Gebäck nun noch runterschleppen. Also unser Fazit, nie wieder und werden es definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage des Hotels, Sauberkeit.

Check-in sehr aufwendig, war erst nach Telefonat möglich. Vierbettzimmer mit zwei mal 1,40 m Betten ist für vier Personen nicht unbedingt ein vierbettzimmer.

Очень душно и жарко в комнатах и в отеле, маленький лифт, нету лифта на 6 этаж, в booking указывается адрес Steindamm 52, а отель расположен на Steindamm 35, из за этого сильная путаница, очень шумно на улицах, из за этого невозможно открыть окно на ночь, отель расположен на улице где очень много бомжей и очень много мусора.

Huone oli uusi ja viihtyisä. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli suhteellisen helppo. Hieno tähtitaivas/ planeettakatto joka loistaa pimeässä. Avautuvasta kattoikkunasta.

En saanut vastausta viesteihini hotellin henkilökunnalta. Huone oli hiukan ahtaan oloinen, tilasin mielestäni isomman huoneen minkä sain.

Kein Personal vorhanden, telefonisch erst nach mehrmaligen Versuchen erreicht Keine Info,dass wir in einem anderem Hotel untergebracht werden, dadurch haben auch die Zugangsdaten nicht gestimmt. Keine Reinigung des Zimmers,TV mit vielen fehlenden Programme,im Zimmer weder Wasserkocher noch sonst ein Gerät Die Gegend war vergleichbar mit einem Getto
