A lovely, cosy and individuakl hotel, ideal for visiting Cadiz. Excellent rooms, excellent breakfast and all very welcoming. Overall, excellent.

The safe in the room was not secure.

Staff were delightful and so helpful and although we did not have breakfast it looked amazing 🤩

Es una casa antigua muy bien adaptada para ser hotel, las habitaciones son amplias y tienen un ambiente de época que las hace muy acogedoras y bonitas. La ubicación del hotel está genial para ir caminando al centro histórico. Muy buena la atención en recepción.

A mis hijos les tocó una habitación con baño para discapacitados, y al bañarse el agua se salía hacia la habitación. Esto no fue tan cómodo. Todo lo demás estuvo muy bien

Nice room in an historic building

An old and charming hotel in a very nice location. It has been tastefully refurbished, which is a project still in progress. A very relaxing and calming atmosphere. Very good and quiet location.

The room was very nice and was comfortable. Excellent A.C. However, it would have benefitted from some additional furniture, such as a set of drawers. Could not unpack and cases remained open on the floor. While the toilet facilities were good, the handbasin and shower drains were very slow to clear and did back up.

Location and history of the building.

While they have access to the rooftop with a beautiful view of part of the city, I wish they had some type of bar or toilets up there to enjoy it more.

La salle du petit déjeuner un peu exigu et sombre . Une des autres salles où le patio central pourraient être utilisés Pas de places de parking réservées à proximité . Il y a un bien un parking public bon marche à proximité mais l’hôtel n’a pas de places réservées et il est donc souvent complet si vous rentrez un peu tard

Personalet var meget vennlige. Rommene var rolige og fine. Frokosten var meget god og beliggenheten fortreffelig.

Terrassen som var reklamert med var ikke så fin som vi hadde forventet. Ikke noe skygge og lite egnet for å tilbringe tid på i varmen og solen.

The hotel is gorgeous! It's situated in the middle of the old town within walking distance of beautiful sunsets. Our room had high ceilings, two balconies and excellent air conditioning. The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. I highly recommend staying here.

There was an early morning jack hammer outside but I'm certain this is not a regular event. It seemed like the city was repairing a water main.

Ubicación perfecta, en un precioso palacete rehabilitado con mucho encanto. La terraza ofrece unas vistas magníficas y las salas de lectura crean un ambiente tranquilo y acogedor. El desayuno es completo y las habitaciones están decoradas con un gusto exquisito, además de contar con colchones muy cómodos. Pero, sin lugar a dudas, lo que más nos gustó fue el personal: su amabilidad, atención y trato cercano hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera aún más especial.

Great location for exploring Cádiz - it is a beautiful hotel, very stylishly decorated. We had a huge room which was very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. It was great sitting outside with a glass of wine in the evening.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike about this property and we would happily stay there again.

Beautiful restored old building in a brilliant location next to the sea and the Old Town. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bedroom was well sized with modern bathroom facilities. The views from the roof terrace are stunning..

No fridge in the room which we particularly missed as temperatures were extremely high during our visit but a cold bottle of water was provided each day on request. The pillows were not the most comfortable.

The staff were exceptional , excellent breakfast .Lovely touch was hand painted pictures from the owner when we left.Location was perfect , with magnificent views from roof top .

Excelente custo benefício. Local histórico, confortável, para quem valoriza qualidade sem necessidade de luxo superfluo. Tudo funciona bem, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e têm orgulho da história local.

A localização é linda mas um pouco longe da parte mais agitada da cidade. Caminhamos muito, mas isso não foi problema nenhum, porque o caminho é maravilhoso. Só é util saber isso no momento da decisão, caso viaje com alguém que tem dificuldade de locomoção.

Location, roof top view, breakfast, comfort in room and staff. Had an issue with payment but the staff were quick to respond on whatsapp and help resolve the issue after the stay (where we we're home).

Un super lindo hotel, para los que buscan algo acojedor, especial tipo Boutique para los que están cansados de los mismos conceptos de hotel que hay en todos lados. Super simpáticos todos, súper comfortable la cama, arquitectura excepcional con historia. No hay queja ninguna, hemos disfrutado al máximo!

Zentral in der Altstadt gelegen war das Hotel perfekt für uns. Das Zimmer ist traumhaft schön, die alten Mauern haben einen ganz besonderen Charme, den man gut erhalten hat. Die Geschichte des Hauses kann man über einen Link, den man als Gast erhält, nachlesen. Toll auch der Blick von der Dachterrasse. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder wählen.

Das Frühstück könnte noch etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Da das Hotel derzeit erweitert wird (von 15 auf ca. 40 Zimmer, 2. Turm), lud die Dachterrasse nicht sehr zum Verweilen ein, auch wenn Pflanzen und Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind.

El hotel es una maravilla arquitectónica, esta muy bien situado y el personal es maravilloso, puedes acceder a la azotea con unas vistas privilegiadas y totalmente gratis. En cuanto al confort muy bien también, la ducha tiene buena presión y el agua sale muy caliente. La historia que acompaña al edificio hace que te sientas como un autentico marqués

Habitación un poco oscura en una parte (dormitorio)

Fantastisch onderkomen in een heel mooi pand op een fijne en rustige plek in de oude stad. Toegang tot een toren van het pand, waar je mooi uitzicht hebt. Een heel fijn appartement met heerlijk bed. Vriendelijke medewerkers, fijne sfeer.

Kleine opmerkingen: in de doucheruimte was de houder van de handdouche stuk, waardoor je deze niet in de houder kon plaatsen/gebruiken; er is ook een regendouche. Wij konden geen stopcontact in het keukenblok vinden voor de waterkoker; er zijn stopcontacten elders in het appartement.

Air conditioning did not work, eventually we were provided with a fan!

Fabulous location in the old part of town but walkable from the station. The property is full of character and charm. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The owners even gave us a lovely watercolour painting as a parting gift.

The main entrance is strangely difficult to find and could be better marked. We walked around the building twice before we found it - we saw others also struggle when we were in the bar opposite. The bedroom was quite small and fairly basic but in keeping with the character and style of the building.

The hotel is a total fraud. I reached out requesting a partial refund, offering to pay for the first night, but the hotel simply stopped responding and showed no willingness to address the circumstances.

No faults

Everyone from staff had been warm hearted and friendly. We felt very well locked after and had a wonderful room. It was comfortable, clean, quiet and the hotel has a wonderful location. Nothing to complain about ! We were even given a wonderful present on the day of our checkout - thanks for that again !! This was very generous !!

It apparently is a two star hotel, probably it doesn’t have a pool or a restaurant for lunch or dinner, but it is very friendly and we couldn’t say anything negative about it !!!

The roof seemed to be still under works, so it felt a bit neglected but still it was so beautiful that it was not a real isuue.

Die Menschen, die dort arbeiten sind sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und fein! Es ist sehr liebevoll gemacht mit selbst Gebackenem.

Das Hotel ist kein Boutique Hotel, sondern ein grosses altes Haus. Für ein Boutique Hotel ist es zu dunkel und zu schwer und es fehlt an Wohnlichkeit, Gemütlichkeit. Die Möbel sind schwerfällig und dunkel. Der Fensterladen ist im Zimmer drin, dickes, dunkles Holz, das beschlagen ist. Die Fenster - eigentlich mit Blick zum Meer - sind mit einem undurchsichtigen Vorhang abgedeckt, welcher und sich nicht verschieben lässt. Der Frühstücksraum hat keine Fenster, ist eng, aber sehr hoch (es zieht, kann vermutlich schlecht geheizt werden). Man muss das mögen, in den alten Mauern zu sein. Um daraus ein Boutique Hotel zu machen braucht es Licht, helle (weisse) Wandfarbe, warmes Licht, Pflanzen und leichte, helle Möbel. Es braucht kleine gemütliche Ecken zum sein und frische Luft - einen feinen Duft (Geruch).
