Personal molt amable, ens varen explicar molt bé com funcionava tot. El llit era molt còmode. El dia de sortida vam poder deixar les maletes a una habitació, i ens van permetre mantenir una targeta per recollir-les a qualsevol hora. Està molt a prop del metro, i, a més, hi surt un tren directe cap a Narita cada poca estona.

Les escales eren costarudes. L'hostal dóna al riu, i a l'altra banda hi ha un viaducte amb força trànsit. Una de les finestres no aillava el soroll correctament.

The location is absolutely amazing. Right near Asakusa station and walking distance from senso ji and kappabashi. I think that was very useful. The dorms are nice quite spacious. Erika, the host, is very lovely and made sure the stay was comfortable! Thanks a lot to her!

Sometimes you hear the city noise but that's just Tokyo for you. They provide free earbuds for everyone!

The location is awesome, super easy to get to, and right by the river!

Staff are awesome, attentive, fix things right. Capsule with window overlooking river, wow! Rooftop space with bigger view still! Cool “underground lounge”..Good locations: Subways, airport train, sightseeing near. JR lines and Shinkansen a few stops away. Generous check-out check-in, luggage storage. Clean. Great managers working to keep it awesome!! Do it!!!

One of the best. The hotels and hostels in Japan are generally clean and well organized, yet this one is a winner. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood in Asakusa , along the river, with walking distance to everything including Kaminarimon Gate itself. The dorm is designed smartly, so you don’t really feel there are many people in one room. You get your own personal space, which is bigger than what you usually get in hotels, and natural light from the window even for an upper pod. (You don’t need to climb to your upper bed either) The guys working here are really nice and thoughtful, and they speak multiple languages, too. I’ll definitely make it my go to spot in Tokyo.

Very clean, calm, super friendly staff. Perfect location. Easy to arrive from the airport. Asakusa is a neighborhood with loads of restaurants, shops, and with a beautiful view of the SKYTREE. I liked staying there so much that I booked it again in my second stay in Tokyo.

Large suitcases have to be stored downstairs, there is no room to put them next to your cubicle. But that was already expected for pod/capsule hostels. This was a minor inconvenience, not really an issue for me.

This was a great place with the best staff, cleanest rooms and facilities that was just 150M from the train station.

L’hôtel est très bien situé à deux pas du métro asakusa. Nous partions ensuite sur Nikko donc c’était très pratique. Notre chambre comportait une petite terrasse avec vue très agréable pour prendre le café ou un repas rapide. Il y a aussi un rooftop. Nous avons pu faire un petit run le long de la rivière sumida au pied de l’immeuble. Nous étions également très bien placé pour visiter le musée edo Tokyo que je recommande. Le quartier est plein de resto. Un seven eleven se trouve à proximité immédiate. L’hôtel a une laverie relativement performante. Les douches sont partagées mais tres bien aménagées. Personnel qui parle anglais. Possibilité de commander une bière pression qu’on nous a apporté dans la chambre. Literie confortable

Chambre exiguë difficile d’ouvrir une valise dedans. De notre chambre il fallait passer dans l’autre bâtiment pour les douches.

床鋪空間很大還有小摺疊桌，雖然睡上鋪，但是還是有行李置放空間，不用像睡那種雙層床架一樣一直打擾到下舖的人。員工都十分友好而且英文很好。

Es war sehr schön, das Personal war sehr freuntlich und man hat so viel bekommen für den Preis. Ich würde sicher wieder kommen.

Die Toilette im F2 für damen war komisch aber die im F3 war super.

Ik zou laat aankomen en had al een mail met self check in instructies ontvangen. Toch was ik net op tijd voor de nodige checkin samen te doen. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik vond m’n bedbunker super gezellig. Deze was afgesloten zodat je toch in je eigen bubbel zit. De kamerzelf was ook netjes, badkamer en faciliteiten waren altijd schoon en goed onderhouden.

Bathrooms clean, shower rooms spacious and never needed to wait on them.

Young kids were staying across the hall from us and being nuisances running around. Sharing bathrooms with kids is pretty weird also. I feel like hostels aren't the space for that.

Very clean great facilities. The owner Hiro was great to talk to and had a wealth of knowledge about places to visit.

スタッフ2人とも、とても良い対応をしてくれました。 安く泊まれるのにサービスもすごく良かったです。 部屋もとても綺麗ですし、ベッドが柔らかく爆睡できました。 景色もいいです。

思いがけず良いので特にないですが、 強いて言うなら頭上は気をつけるといいです。

One of, if not my most favorite hostels ive ever stayed in! It was exceptionally clean in the dorms and bathrooms. The bunks were built very solid so zero noise or movement felt from your bunkmate moving around. Mattress was comfortable and no sagging in the middle.The bunks were super spacious too with shelves and hanging space, and very decent head height, not at all cramped feeling and I loved my little window out to the river. I appreciated small thoughtfull touches like foam on potential spaces where you might bang your head, and soft night lights along the hallway to guide when big light turned off. The solid steps not a ladder were also amazing so top bunk was no problem at all. The roof top was a great spot for a cup of tea in the morning or evening and I loved the lil hang out room with jazz playing!! The two male staff i interacted with were both very warm and welcoming and helpful. Room mates were all super respectful and quiet in the dorm. Just overall super chilled and relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay again. Thank you 😊

The one small thing that I struggled with was that I found the blanket slightly too hot, yet tossing it aside the room was a bit too cold with no covering on. So maybe a separate lighter sheet or blaket option would have helped. But no big deal, I still slept well all nights

Amazing stay, clean, lovely staff and close to public transportation

Everything. The hostal is very clean and extremely well-managed. The AC runs strongly and the pods are designed to insulate sound as much as possible. You also get an area to put your stuff. My view was also nice! The location is fantastic as well. Hiro, the owner, is very sweet and caring. The staff is also kind and supportive. One of the best hostels I have stayed at. Ever. Wow!

I like my pod as it has the view of the river, which was amazing to look at when I wake up in the morning. It looks good at night time too as the surrounding areas are all lit up. The bathroom and the common area were always kept clean. It is also located 5 minutes walk to Senso-ji, 7 minutes walk to Donki and other shops like Uniqlo and GU. The train station to go to Shibuya and Shinjuku are also close by.

I booked this place because I wanted to experience what it's like staying in a pod. I find it uncomfortable, which is no fault of the property. I'm not very agile anymore so moving around inside the pod is uncomfortable for me. Would I stay here again? Maybe not, but this is only because the type of accommodation did not suit me

La ubicación es inmejorable, el barrio es súper tranquilo y cuando conocí Tokio me di cuenta que elegí súper bien quedarme ahí.

I've visited here many times, and the staff all feel like old friends now. The location is excellent for a visit to Asakusa, the beds are larger and more comfortable than a capsule hotel, the breakfast is yummy and great value, and I always meet new friends in the lounge.

I recommend staying here while in Tokyo. It's located in Asakusa, near jogging track asides the river. We were staying for 4 nights and it was comfortable sleep and the room was big enough to open the suitcases. We stayed in the bunkbed room, but they have pods for solo traveler. I love they have it all, microwave, hot water, laundry room, and rooftop.

The location, the size and privacy of the pods, the view(!) from the pods, the common areas, the staff, the laundry facility. I’ve never seen a hostel before with windows at the beds, or one with a closet in the pod. Maybe that’s more normal in Japan than Europe, but for now I’m blown away. They also offer a generous checkout (12:00) and free luggage storage. A true 10/10 stay. The bathrooms were very nice and clean as well.

Very nice place. Very clean with nice common areas including a roof deck. Room was small but comfortable. Very good value for the price. Nice location near attractions in Asakusa and close to train for easy travel to other parts of the city.

Ich habe 1x4 und 1x2 Nächte auf meiner Japanreise in diesem Hostel verbracht und beide Aufenthalte waren sehr angenehm. Die Lage in Asakusa, direkt am Senso-ji Tempel und an der Asakusa/Ginza Linie mit u.a. direkter Anbindung an den Flughafen Narita ist klasse. Im Schlafsaal war es sehr ruhig, die oberen Betten sind über Treppen statt über Leitern zu erreichen, was mir gut gefallen hat:-) Von der Dachterrasse hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf den Fluss und den Sky Tree:-) Es ist alles vorhanden (Fön, Shampoo, Duschgel) und es war super sauber:-) Wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Tokyo komme, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder im "Chapter Two Tokyo Hostel" übernachten:-)

Nichts. Je nach Geschmack könnte einem ein großer Gemeinschaftsbereich fehlen. Das hatte ich jedoch in anderen Hostels und habe das hier nicht vermisst.

ロケーションもよく、受付の方がたもとても丁寧でした。荷物もわざわざ運んで下さったり、とにかくホスピタリティを感じました。また、宿泊されているのはほとんど外国の方だったと思いますが、私が泊まったときはみなさん静かでマナーがよく、ぐっすり眠れました。

シャワーのとき、着替えを入れておくかごがすこし小さく感じました。

Great location and service (offer to carry backs, super friendly) It is very convenient to have breakfast at the Hostel. Rooms for 4 people with big luggage are tiny but it is manageable. Nice add on is the rooftop.

I had a wonderful view of the river and was able to see dawntime. Very comfortable accommodation in a great location. Breaky was very nice, as well. Nice, warm showers.

I was not super nimble after the flights, so the steepness of the stairs was scary.

Les personnels est super gentils ! Les salles communes sont toutes mignonnes, même si pas très grandes. L’accès à la terrasse peut faire peur car l’escalier fait un peu peur mais ça en vaut la peine surtout pour y dîner la nuit !! Et le quartier est génial !!!! + pression de l’eau forte !

Peu d’espace pour les valises donc venir ici en étant pas trop chargés !! Sinon tout est parfait !

I love the location. It's really near the Asakusa Sta. From Narita airport I only rode the keisei train. Get the pod with window. You'll have a view of sumida river and you won't feel too enclosed. The roof deck has amazing views. Do not underestimate the owner's recommendation of where to eat. They do not disappoint. They have a washer and dryer. Dryer takes time but i did my laundry early in the morning and while im waiting for the dryer. Riku made me breakfast. I definitely recommend this place.

La comodidad de los baños me gusto mucho, La capsula no es muy grande pero es funcional. Y el barrio me encanto. Tenes a una cuadra la estacion de metro. Muchos cafes y restaurantes cerca. Servicio de laundry por 300 yenes. Hay paraguas a disposicion.

No es un lugar para interactuar. Cada uno dentro de su capsula y casi que no te cruzas con la recepcion.

An absolutely beautiful hostel, great price and the kindest staff!! I also like that there is an all-female dormitory and shared kitchen space. :)

My back ached a little from the mattress, and there were only 2 showers for all the guests, but somehow it worked out!

This is my second time staying here, and it’s still one of the best hostels in Tokyo. Located right near the most active area of Asakusa and near the metro station. They have a bar with like two separate lounge areas in addition to a nice rooftop area. It’s a memorable place to stay if it’s your first time in Japan, especially with a window bed viewing Sumida River.

Not a fault of the property, but the guest above my bed checked in around midnight and was loudly unpacking while talking casually with her partner. She also set an alarm for 7 AM the next morning, and then again at 8 AM, which went on for 20 minutes because I assume she went to take a shower or hang out in the common area. I ended up being tired throughout most of the day and wasn’t able to enjoy it due to her. Please don’t be one of these guests. Let’s all work together to give foreigners a good reputation in Japan, yeah?

J’y ai passé 2 nuits exceptionnelles avec des chambres propres et des lits confortables et spacieux. Le personnel est chaleureux et vous aide sans problème. L’hostel est super bien situé, juste à côté de la station de métro!
