Le petit déjeuner est assez complèt avec un grand choix. La chambre est petite, la télé ne marche pas après 3/4H de chipottage toujours pas de télé!!, Les serviettes de bain avec des taches, après tél. a été remplacée. Dans la chambre pas de téléphone même pas un n° à contacter si besoin, il faut d'abord chercher le n° sur ton tél. imaginez si le client est en difficulté ou en cas d'incendie? La salle des bains ; des trous dans le mur, le bidon de savon qui ne tient nul part, Il n'y a rien même pas un bonnet de douche. La patronne a proposé de rembourser 30€ le 20 juillet , jusqu' aujourd'hui, le 18 septembre je n'ai rien vu venir.... Elle écrit le N° de compte sur un carton de bière? Le restaurant est très bien.

Installer un ascenseur ou une monte personne genre montecharges. Faire les marches jusqu'au dernier étage il y en a bien 80 ou plus. Avec mes 80ans et mal sur mes jambes il ne faut surtout rien oublier dans la chambre lorsque on déscends....

Geen lift en we moesten €50 bijbetalen voor het ontbijt omdat ze hun beleid hadden aangepast. Wij hadden geboekt met ontbijt en daarna pasten ze het zo aan dat we moesten bijbetalen..onbegrijpelijk..

Hotel Industrie is a hotel attached to a restaurant across Leuven train station. Whatever it lacks in amenities and decor, it makes up in cleanliness of the room (inclusive of linen, towels and bathroom) and the friendliness of the staff, who were able to accommodate my request of a lower level room in short notice.

It is a noisy (busy central) location but the windows are sound proof. The hotel also offers a small fan to cope with the summer heat and avoid the outside noise with open windows.

Het personeel was uitstekend, flexibel en kwam tegemoet aan onze verzoeken.

Ik zou dit appartement echt een topscore geven, vanwege de locatie, maar vooral vanwege het uitzonderlijke personeel. Ik zou echter wel willen voorstellen dat airconditioning op een van de warmste nachten erg welkom zou zijn. Ik had het erg warm door het gebrek aan airconditioning.

La camera nel sottotetto con 4 rampe di scale molto diversa dalle foto su Booking. Camera sporca, cestini pieni di immondizia, bagno con lavabo completamente otturato, rappezzi di intonaco alle pareti, senza tappetino, articoli da toletta, bicchieri, portasciugamani, asciugacapelli. Camera piccola, soffitto basso, senza nessun supporto per le valigie, che abbiamo dovuto aprire a terra, serratura con numerosi ed evidenti segni di scasso. In definitiva una TOPAIA nel sottotetto.

Het was veel te warm de kamer. Helaas geen airco. Wanneer we de ramen op deden was het erg lawaaierig. We hebben helaas weinig geslapen.

De bedden kraakten erg.

C'est sur place que nous nous sommes rendu compte que nous avions réservé dans un hôtel d'une étoile. Il me semble que cette information n'était pas clairement mise en valeur sur le site Booking. Le bâtiment est très ancien et les escaliers sont pénibles, d'innombrables et hautes marches car il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.... et cette info n'"est pas également mise en évidence sur le site Booking. Nous étions au 3 ème et dernier étage ......sans téléphone dans la chambre ce qui nous obligeait à nous farcir les 3 étages aller et retour pour aller chercher une bouteille d'eau (c'était la grosse canicule). En guise de climatiseur, nous avions droit à une petit appareil soufflant en forme d'une petite tour et qui était en fin de vie la, fraicheur qu'il dégageait était à peine suffisante pour lui pour qu'il ne rende pas l'âme.

Ce qu'il faut améliorer c'est votre annonce pour cet établissement. Insistez sur le fait qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel 1*, qu'il n"y a pas d'ascenseur, pas de téléphone et pas de clim ( un bon ventilateur aurait fait l'affaire) dans les chambres C'est une forme de sincérité qui ne nuirait pas aux intérêts de Booking.

De douchecel was te klein en ouderwets , niet waterdicht. Verouderd tapijt met vlekken op de vloer. Gebrek aan een lift. Internet niet sterk genoeg om naar tv te kijken

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit allem Komfort, reichhaltiges Frühstück, tolle Lage an einem schönen Platz mit Cafes und Restaurants, dennoch ruhig, da Schlafzimmer nach hinten lag.

Hotel nie odpowiada na prośby wystawienia faktury. Brak kontaktu mimo wielokrotnych próśb. Brak profesjonalizmu

Geen lift,geen airco en de douche was niet top.

Nous étions dans une annexe, très joli bâtiment, au second étage. Excellent emplacement près de la gare et des bus. Vu qu’il y avait canicule, un ou deux ventilateurs supplémentaires auraient été un plus.

L’escalier est un peu dur, mais on s’habitue.

Fine breakfast like in every Hotels, room was ok but AC so it was very hot there. Location is fine short walk to everything you need to do in Leuven

A lot of noise, you could hear a lot between rooms and from the street. No lift and it would have been nice change the bed at least one time.

Locatie vlakbij station Leuven, Parking vlakbij onder het plein (betalend uiteraard maar speciaal tarief 's nachts), Ontbijt was super en zeer propere grote badkamer.

We boekten eigenlijk zeer laat (dag zelf en kregen laatste kamer onder dak bij +30 graden... maar flesje water was voorzien en ventilator...) dus geen reden tot klagen, wel geen airco. Het ontbijt maakte veel goed 4 soorten broodjes, zoet en hartig beleg, kazen, yoghurt, spek & eieren en pancakes én versgemalen koffie... zeer netjes en zeer vriendelijk personeel !

It was exeptionally HOT!!!!! The room had no AC and the fan barely worked.

The location was perfect!

The old building holds the heat. The old windows would not close properly as the locking mechanism was broken. Therefore, the window would not stay closed to stop the heat coming into the room during the day. At night it was not suitable to open the window with the road noise either. Sleeping was very difficult, I had to stay somewhere else when the temperatures were too high.

Convenient location.

I have tried to get in touch with the hotel several times to get my bill, as I travelled for week and need it to hand in the costs. They have ignored every email so far. Very few vegetarian options at breakfast.

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Er was een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en de bij het hotel horende restaurant en terras waren prima.

De badkamer is duidelijk aan een make-over toe.

Lekker dichtbij t station..dit was fijn om mer de pendelbus naar Werchter te kunnen voor festival!!

T was zo warm op de kamer..niet te doen ook al stond de raam open en ventilator aan.Airco is sowieso een must!!

There was no air conditioning in the room. I stayed at the hotel during the hot days, and only the fan helped me cope. I think at other times it would not be a problem.

The breakfast, room and location were fine.

I wasn't satisfied with the staff, who were not able to provide me with a correct receipt for my payment, in spite of many requests from my side and promises from their side. In the end, they did send me a document, but it was full of mistakes. When I asked for a corrected document, they did not reply.

Poorly lit hallway to the room, making the journey to the hotel room quite creepy. - You could hear every noise from the hallway. - No fresh air in the room and hotel. It has not been ventilated for a long time. - No Airco or climate control. - Dirty towels were provided, of which one had stretch marks... - The toilet was not flushed by the last user, and obviously not cleaned afterwards by the cleaners. - The breakfast was disappointing. Too little choice and the hot dishes were not very hot. I can't recommend staying here.

Niet schoon, oude spullen.

Locatie is ok. Prijs/kwaliteit is correct. Flesje water op de kamer is fijne attentie.

Voor deze prijs moet je geen luxe verwachten. Luxe was er niet, maar dat is dan ook geen verwijt, want dat weet je op voorhand.

Mooi pand vlak bij het station. Mooi terras en restaurant. Goed ontbijt. Het was erg warm, en er stond gelukkig een ventilator op de kamer.

Eigenlijk niets. Goedkoper is altijd meegenomen natuurlijk.

Kamer en badkamer stonken erg hard (schimmelgeur?) Enorm warme kamer maar was ook tijdens een hittegolf.

Prima en heel redelijk geprijsd ontbijt. Heerlijk bed. Ruime kamer.

Beetje moeilijk opstapje naar de badkamer. Maar wie de trappen omhoog kan lopen (dat er geen lift is, was van tevoren bekend), kan ook met dit opstapje omgaan. Voor aankomst veel berichten om online in te checken, ontbijt te boeken, diner te boeken. Dit is niet nodig. Bleek te komen door een nieuw systeem dat ze hebben.

Dramatische kamer en vooral de badkamer was verschrikkelijk

Le personnel était accueillant et à l'écoute, le restaurant et le petit déjeuner étaient bons.

Suite à un problème d'eau chaude, on m'a promis une compensation financière dont je n'ai toujours pas vu la couleur...

Tolle Lage, sehr zentral. Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend. Schönes altes Gebäude.

Leider noch etwas Renovierungsstau(Im Bad noch restliche Ausbesserungsarbeiten nicht zu Ende gemacht)
