Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had. The property is very small, and the building is old and feels more like a simple family-run hotel. There is no elevator, and even reaching the rooms on the first floor involves several different levels and stairs. For this reason, I would not recommend it for elderly guests, people with disabilities, or anyone with limited mobility. The parking area is extremely small and can accommodate only a limited number of cars. Guests are required to leave their car keys at reception so the staff can move the vehicles whenever another guest needs to take their car out. Nearby parking is paid, and the hotel garage also closes at midnight. The room keys are still traditional physical keys rather than electronic key cards. Room cleaning service is also available only during a limited period, approximately from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. On the positive side, the hotel has a pleasant location by the river, with several cafés and restaurants nearby, and it is also close to a bus stop. Finally, special thanks to Ahmed, the Egyptian staff member, and Cesare for their kindness and helpful attitude. Their excellent treatment was one of the few positive aspects that made our difficult stay more bearable.

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und gibt tolle Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist perfekt: direkt im historischen Zentrum von Dolo. Praktisch ist auch die Parkmöglichkeit in der kleinen Garage. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, schlicht und gepflegt. Das Hotel ist klein und strahlt eine familiäre Atmosphäre aus. Das Frühstück bietet frische Produkte und eine Qualität, die man in dieser Kategorie selten findet. Das Preis‑Leistungs‑Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für die nette Betreuung und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Puedes coger el bus a la puerta y volver al mismo lugar. Además el sitio tiene un ambiente muy agradable también por la noche.
No hubo nada que no me gustara.

Location is fantastic. Luckily, the hotel's parking had empty place for our car! It was the last nights of our trip to Italy, so happy ending for us (after my wife’s purse being stolen in Rome). Thank you Compana.
Our room did not have a mirror, only one in the bathroom.

Es gab jeden Morgen frisches Obst, Kuchen und Croissants. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war auch toll. Die Lage ist top. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr schön geführtes Familenhotel. Reinigung war auch sehr gut.
Vielleicht ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer, aber sonst alles top.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026I arrived on a May 1st and there was a Festival and street fair just in front of the hostal, ended up eating in a Parish organized event and enjoyed local Venetto dishes including horse meat. A lady from the front desk staff was friendly and could speak in my language and gave me advice for my visit to Venice on the next day. Breakfast with Italian families at their restaurant was also a cultural highlight. Overall was a a good experience to visit and stay in Dolo.
Just the parking. It was imposible to get to it on the first night and had to park on public premises elsewhere. It was ok and safe but not convenient.

Zona piena di vita. Vicino fermata bus diretto per Venezia e Padova. Camera (quadrupla al primo piano) grande e soprattutto ben pulita. Letto comodo. Bagno molto grande.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Ugodan mali hotel, veoma čist, prijatni domaćini. Na lijepoj lokaciji, udaljen svega nekoliko kilometara od Venecije i Padove. Hotel u blizini ima veliki izbor restorana. Parking mjesto je obezbjeđeno u njihovoj garaži. Doručak je ukusan i može se pronaći svašta za svačiji ukus. Najviše mi se svidjelo što je sve čisto. Kreveti su ugodni za spavati.
Nemam nijednu primjedbu.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Posizione centralissima, a due passi dall'isola bassa, come mi hanno spiegato chiamarsi la parte più "centro storico" del posto. Lo staff è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile, una cortesia d'altri tempi. Il portiere di notte, pure, molto gentile e prontissimo. Il tavolo della colazione, pur se piccolo di dimensioni, offriva una buona scelta tra salato e dolce, ottimo il cappuccino. La stanza pulita e ampia, in bagno ho molto apprezzato il fatto di aver trovato una dotazione per gli ospiti con contenitori in materiale riciclabile.
La mia aria condizionata non funzionava, unico neo in un buonissimo soggiorno.

Nel sito era indicata la possibilità di un garage interno, in realtà la possibilità di trovare il posto in questo garage è molto remota, perché è piccolo. Peraltro era stata poi inviata dalla struttura una mail dove si specificava che non era garantito e non era neanche possibile prenotarne la possibilità. I parcheggi fuori, essendo sabato sera, erano esauriti. E'stato quindi difficile parcheggiare vicino alla struttura

Voor het hotel stopte ook een bus die direct naar het Centrum van Venetië reed voor maar 8 euro p.p. Ook stond onze auto veilig in een garage gratis geparkeerd. Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Alles was helemaal goed!!!
