The worst experience I’ve ever had, after booking I contacted them to see if I can check in early and I was informed the room is available and I can check in as early as 6am. I showed up at 11am, they told me my booking is not showing there are fully booked and I have to wait till 4pm if someone checks out and I might not have the room with the spa bath which I booked. Then I discovered the person at the front desk is just a housekeeper not the agent and doesn’t know how to check my booking and then after contacting booking.com, they tried to call the hotel 3 times but no one answered (of course he is not going to answer because he’s not supposed to be there) and so they had to email the hotel and I was informed I have to wait till 4pm so the can cancel free of charge and book me another hotel because the hotel did not answer my request on booking.com and it was over the phone and I don’t have physical proof. I went back and asked the housekeeper to check the email and he didn’t and told me to wait till 1pm and he will call the rooms and see if any one will check out and let me know. He did not contact me until I contacted him at 3:40pm and told me someone will check out in 30min which is passed 4pm and I can check in at 5pm which is 11hours after the earliest time they told me I can check in (6am).

Staff were helpful in fixing broken tap shower door. Not a great stay.

It should not be listed as a hotel, it even has a big legally CLOSED sign, by tourism authorities; not sure how they are still operating. No towels, no breakfast, AC is continuously ON, shower & WC are dirty

Overall, I had a great experience with the City Center Plaza Aparthotel; staff was incredibly helpful. The room was really good and clean.

Ther is no provided utensils, bowls, plates, or a pan to use to eat and cook for long stay. But There is a water heater for boiling water.

I liked the staff service they provide, the hotel is very quite and supper clean it's good place to stay.

It was expected to be a furnished apartment. there was no kitchenette, crockery, not even water or coffee. we could not make coffee or even bring food from outside to eat as there was no plates or spoons or anything in the room. When asked about it they simply told it is not available

The location was good near to restaurants and shopping centres.

The Wi-Fi was so weak and the washing machine wasn’t working properly, no kitchen facilities were there at all except the cooker and a tiny fridge.

Tha staff are friendly The place is nice place with a good location with an affordable fees

The bathroom was always leaking 24/7, the wifi didn’t work at all and when i contacted them to aks about it they said they are working on it or it was overloaded but it never worked in the 10 nights i stayed in.

Overpriced compare to facilities they provided. Worst Zain cellular network and wifi internet (which never worked). Even I had to go out from the hotel building for calling.

I travelled to Jeddah from Riyadh after spending the day at the warehouse. All flights from Flydeal were running late including mine. I landed in Jeddah around 11pm (4 hours late) and reached hotel around 12:30 after having dinner etc. To my shock, I found the hotel in general and the room in specific extremely dirty and unfit for work stay. 1. The carpet in the room had marks all over and was visibly dirty 2. The chairs were blackened by dirt and there was dirt on most of the furniture 3. There was no water or towels in the room 4. There was water all over the Washroom floor around the toilet along with water leaking from the bathing tap 5. There were used slippers in the room. 6. Wifi was not working It was so much more difficult as the staff did not speak or understand English and had to call his assistant who was moving without mask. This place can give you all kinds of health issues including covid. Hope others don't go through the troubles and are exposed to the health hazards I have been exposed to.
