地理位置非常优越，选择湖景房非常值得。房间宽敞，床很舒服，员工热情体贴。作为度假酒店是很好的选择，我会再来。

Great decor but location is a little out of the way to the main attractions

Staff is ok in speaking English, Manager was rude, I stayed for two plus weeks and one day while returning person at gate asked for my umbrella and I gave it to him but it was from my room and they marked as missing from my room and charged me, talking to manager was of no use

Exceptional hotel with super cosy rooms, breakfast lounge has an amazing view at the lake, nice selection of dishes available, I wish I could stay longer.

It is a great place to stay where the hotel is located just next to the scenic lake view. Meanwhile the hotel staff are very friendly. Special thanks to Sherlee for her help during the stay. Definitely a good hotel to stay again in future for my next trip to Suzhou!!

Large, comfortable room for a family of 3 to stay in. Bed is a huge king size with comfortable pillows and a very nice view of the golf course. The staff was always very friendly and supportive. There are plenty of restaurants to eat at and Waimai is only a short transaction away from many other foods. If in Suzhou again, I would definitely stay here. There was a nice outdoor area for kids to play in as well, perfect for my 3 year old.

From Expedia i can see that the breakfast added is for 2 pax but the hotel staff insists that it only covers for 1 pax. The hotel is good for family holiday but nearby has nothing much. Didi is a must in order to access to nearest shops and food stalls.

On the fence a little about this hotel. Yes, it's very nice, but there is nothing nearby in terms of eateries, attractions (other than the lake, which doesn't even have a pedestrian-only path) or shops. It is a comfortable hotel, with good facilities, but the pool was packed with children (an adult-only time period would have been nice). There aren't many outdoor seating/eating areas to enjoy the view of the lake, which would have been nice. Lastly, our room smelt of smoke despite it being a non-smoking hotel. All-in-all it was a pleasant stay, and the staff are lovely, but we won't be rushing back - maybe when all the construction around has finished and there's a bit more to do in the immediate area - other than look at the lake.

Book one night for cycling around Taihu Lake, the hotel call me one day before to check under the COVID-19 policy, and Sunny Liu kindly said that help me upgrade to Suite if it’s available. After 245km riding in the raining day, Vivian Ye was so warm to ask me cold or not when check-in, and bring me to the Lounge to have a Whiskey, and tell me to take care of myself. And when I check-out, she said "happy birthday" (that day is my birthday). Vivian is so warm with professional service. Thanks Vivian Ye. And another girl shared me the good foods around the hotel, but I didn’t know her name, thanks Le Meridien Suzhou.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. The hotel went above our expectations. The hotel manager Jeffery was very kind to help me arrange decorations for the villa I booked and made it available to us as soon as the previous occupants checked out in the morning. The location of the hotel, needless to say, is quite awesome. Another nice gesture of the hotel is the free use of electric car chargers, which is not very common in China (most actually charge rates higher than local rates). Overall I felt this hotel provides very good value for money.

This was probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I travel often, it absolutely exceeded my expectations. I wanted to relax and a feel of my new environment because I had just moved to Suzhou Wujiang District, when booking I looked at the pictures and I thought it was beautiful but when I got there I was completely taken away. Carrie was kind enough to give us an upgrade to the lake view room, either than the lovely service, I think that update is what kept us extending our stay twice, instead of staying for two night we ended up staying for the week! All staff members are kind, helpful and most were able to speak English especially Carrie and Sunny. The room and hotel as a whole was super clean, the bath tub, the bed, the bathroom, I felt like I was in a different country. The hotel served lovely breakfast and had options of vegetarians. Not to exaggerate but I can’t find one thing to complain about, if you just want to get away from the noisy city, or just want a mini escape, this is the place! I don’t live to far from this hotel now, and I’ll definitely be going back just to spend two nights or so alone or with friends. Great stay in one of six villas with a private hotspring pool. The villa was large and comfortable. Exceptionally clean. Only downside is the security camera overlooking the hotspring pool - feels like there was no privacy.

He also, after consultation, arranged car and driver to Nanjing - of course at cost - so I don’t have to carry my bags myself to and from the Suzhou and Nanjing train stations. Also sent me complementary special food the first day since I could only eat and drink through a straw. Overall this beautifully designed hotel gives a strong impression of being even better managed at least for this sort of medical emergency. And that’s not all. The omelette I had just before concluding this visit ranks perhaps as the best I have had among the two dozen Marriott Bonvoy hotels I have stayed in in mainland China - fluffy, flavorful, and US portion size. I’ll be back looking to enjoy more of the hotels other amenities and advantages including the unusual serenity of a secluded hillside sea side location with a beautiful view and spectacular staff. My room smelt of smoke.. not sure I'll be back. Disapointed I've been here before 7 or more times, disapointing.. it has slipped Not sure wh u they cannot maintain a good level of service, in this area there are are other good hotels

I had had good service and comfort stay. Especially Thanks Alina in Lounge that we had had cozy moment and helps for our kid. All Staffs are nice and friendly. It’s just next to Lake Tai. You can walk around along the lake and enjoy your relaxing time in the nature.

I love the brand of Le Méridien Hotel. Le Méridien Suzhou, Suzhou Bay has brought the romantic atmosphere of Le Méridien to the extreme. Impeccable lake view and excellent service accompanied me through a wonderful weekend. I would like to express my gratitude to all staff who have served me. Highlights of the hotel: 1. The location is excellent, and the scenery of Taihu Lake is unobstructed. The upgraded corner room landscape is particularly outstanding; 2. The hotel offers free rental of mountain bikes which makes me enjoys more scenery along the lake. 3. The dining is also satisfying, the buffet lunch and breakfast are varied, and the cocktails offered by Happy Hour are unforgettable. I would like to thank the service staff here: 1. The misses who handle ci/co in the Executive Lounge and offer me cocktails; 2. The miss of the switchboard, the service response is very fast and efficient; 3. The concierges who helped me rent bicycles. I apologize that I couldn't ask the name of the service staff and hope that the appraisal would be helpful to them. Overall, Le Méridien Suzhou, Suzhou Bay is better than any hotels of Marriott around Taihu Lake and it will be my first choice for future vacations.

酒店環境好，但離市中心較遠，周邊沒有什麼地方可以去。

The room is very big. Nice location with great views of the lake but will take u 30 mins by taxi to go to city center. Hotel staff are super nice and friendly. The hotel facilities is new and well maintained. There is a very quite road along the lake that you can ride a bicycle. You can borrow the bicycle from the hotel free of charge. Definitely worth visiting again.

Amazing views of the Taihu Lake from this hotel, especially from the lounge at 12th floor, impressed me greatly during my travel. The room is newly decorated and all the facilities are modern and comfortable. The service is as great as the scenery. A nice time in the lounge, the foods are delicious, Eunice and Cassie are police and friendly. This Le Meridien can be a nice choice for vacation and business travel.

The Le meridian overlooking the lake in Suzhou is an amazing looking well designed hotel. Unfortunately it misses the mark on the little things that make all the difference. The biggest miss is not having a good quality western restaurant ( Doesn’t need to be western ) and decent bar to match the look and feel of the hotel. There is a buffet place and a very expensive local Chinese restaurant. We were going to the restaurant but it was basically empty and didn’t seem very welcoming at all. We did the buffet which is always hit and miss mostly miss I think. This one had a couple of dishes which were ok but overall it was disappointing the staff were very friendly and helpful. Maybe a bit too helpful. If you left your table for too long they would clean it up including our full wine glasses ! It took quite some time to explain this but in the end they replaced them for us. The gym was very good and the pool looked amazing but my colleague could not use the pool as he had to have his own swim cap - that was weird. The gym has wonderful views over lovely gardens and across to the lake. After my work out I wanted to go for a walk along the lake shore so went down to the exit and couldn’t get our all the doors were locked and room keys didn’t have access. The rooms are really lovely I was upgraded to a suit which was bigger than a normal apartment in Hong Kong and very nicely appointed. It’s a really nice place and we will use it again but will probably eat outside.

We got upgraded to the club level, so I got the largest room I’ve stayed in. Had a smoggy but beautiful view of the lake. The room was fantastic. However, the details of the hotel wasn’t quite there for what I would be looking for in a top review. The aircon didn’t work (it was central driven and could not be maneuvered by the guest), the swimming pool was off boundary since I didn’t bring my own swim cap, the service in the buffet was a bit off (our wine was poured out when we went to get more food). But all in all it was a pleasant stay. After all years traveling in China, these mishaps is kind of part of the deal, and to some degree part of the charm.

A wonderfull room. All the stuffs in the room are nice. Large bathroom. There is no restaurant all cafe near the hotel. Need to take a taxi about 5~10 mins to get the nearest shopping mall.

I was here on work really helpful and friendly staff, when my computer would not charge- Karl was in there like a superstar and Cynthia was great in the lounge when I needed a top up. Relaxing after work, great walks and views

Upon arrival I asked if they had medicine available. Thorough of the use of a translation program on their phone they were able to send a driver to a local store to pick up the appropriate medicine. Astra Aseneca aspirin sp? The price for the 10 tablets and the fee to get a driver to pickup along with a good tip was less$8. Unbelievable service and value. My highest compliments to June and Adam for taking such good care of me. Highly recommend the Meridian hotel

Le Meridien Suzhou Bay is a world-class hotel with quaint, but beautiful features. The rooms, just like the grounds, aren't exactly spacious, but they aren't claustrophobic, either. The hotel has complementary bikes for exploring the lake and the grounds are surrounded by parks, so there are plenty of places to poke around. The hotel is definitely comfortable and, because I spend most of my time experiencing Suzhou city, I don't have any qualms about the hotel, except for two minor ones. First, the west-facing rooms, which look out over the lake, get warm at sunset. Secondly, there's the pool. I like trying out the pools at different hotels but this indoor pool wreaked of chlorine so I gave it a hard pass.

Great new hotel that is located at Suzhou Bay. The rooms, restaurants and the gym overlook the lake which gives a good view when the weather permits. Front desk and service staff are attentive and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. It has a big gym that is opened 24 hrs. The plus point was the hotel has a room AC that you could adjust the temperature according to your needs. Usually in winter, the hot air option is the only one available in Chinese Hotels's AC. However, the hotel is very far from the old town. They do have an efficient concierge where you could make advance taxi booking.

Spend several months per year on business in Suzhou. This hotel is best for a variety of reasons. Large comfortable rooms that accommodate leisure and work space. The fitness center has a good mix of cardio and strength machine. But the best asset of the hotel has been the staff. Ms Danielle and the entire front desk staff is very friendly and quickly fix any issues I have encountered.

I had to stay in this property for working reasons and even though the place is rather new and the rooms are very big, then once again the air conditioning in the room is centralized, so it is pure decoration. The room is simply too warm and very uncomfortable for sleeping. What is the point to stay in your own room in a 5 stars property if you cannot even decide what is the best temperature you can have in the room. Then, even I am a Marriot member they simply didn't pay any attention to that. During check in they even didn't know my status or when I dine in their restaurants, they never applied the 15% discount for Rewards members. Internet was fast but with many restrictions as usual anyway in the country. Service was hit and miss, sometimes very good, but some others you can feel the typical I don't care attitude. The place is also isolated and cleary caters to groups, so not a good choice for individual travelers. One time is enough for me.

看在五星的艾美, 來住一次看看, 沒想到卻是踩了地雷. 首先網站預定是大床房, 結果前台入住卻說只有雙床, 雖然免費給我升級到湖景房, 但是心中對此酒店的房間預定管理還是起了疙瘩. 接著想說湖景房可以有美美景觀, 沒想到就是一個白濛濛的湖, 啥也沒有. 然後又是夏季, 下午陽光直曬房間, 溫度整個上升到30度, 空調兩台, 其中一台也不給力, 根本不冷. 無奈只好將窗簾拉上. 趕路沒吃中飯, 點了三文治與楊州炒飯, 送來一嘗, 炒飯已經溫冷了, 薯條根本是冷的. 電話點餐時已說明要個人發票, 服務員送餐來卻沒發票, 再次告知要開個人發票. 過了一會又跑了一個服務員來問發票要怎麼開. 我真是不了解, 一個簡單的開發票, 竟然要說3次. 還真的是重要事情要說3次. 再說說出行問題, 禮賓部不知主動詢問幫忙叫車, 只是單純的回覆我要用滴滴叫車. 在這偏遠的酒店, 滴滴叫車還未必會來, 如果自己沒開車, 實在是太不方便. 我是SPG會員, 但是下次我不會來了.
