GuestHouse Hotel Kaatsheuvel-Waalwijk

Stayed here many times. Always great!

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst.

Consigliatissimo!

Locatie, prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, vriendelijk personeel

Geluidsoverlast van verkeer.

Sehr freundliches Personal

Goede matrassen, goede service, goede lakens.

Cleanliness and comfort

Nothing..all good

We enjoyed our stay; the staff was wonderful. We have very fond memories of it. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect !

Buffet

Niets

Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt.

The room was very clean, the beds compostable, it was a good fit for a family of 5. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety, a good start for a day at Efteling.

It’s not possible to eat food not purchased in the hotel, anywhere in the hotel. That was a bit inconvenient

We have a room that sleeps 6 - 2 beds on ground floor and 4 beds as "top bunks" - ladders were a little tricky getting up and down :) Free parking in car park next door, staff very friendly and helpful, mini golf/air hockey/pool to entertain the kids, bar and restaurant serving good food and drinks. Was perfect for us as an overnight stay before visiting Efteling. Being able to use washing machine and tumble drier for free was a bonus too!

Check-in, helpfulness of the staff - even loaned us a trolley to get our bags from the car. The rooms are really good for families. Location is excellent & supermarket below is extremely useful.

Wet room is a bit of a pain. They never really work. You end up constantly mobbing the place up.

Its located at walking distance from the Efteling , at the back is a small shopping mall which is very convenient, the rooms are ok for a short stay , and breakfast is what you expect from a guesthouse , very decent , our son (7y) loved their pancake machine , staffs are all friendly and helpful ,

Rooms are rather small for the price you pay , but i guess the price you pSy is for the closeness towards the Efteling theme park For a 1-2 nights stay it's fine

Excellent property which is a independent name . The rooms were clean and it was alright.

Large and clean room. Great size bunk beds for the kids.

Very hot and AC took ages to cool the room down (stayed during heat wave). Maybe next time leave curtains closed or window open.

Great location, car park, rooms, food and service. We will definitely be back

Good hotel generally with great decor, lovely feel, good facilities for children. The beds were really comfy, so much so that we all overslept.

The room was the size of a normal double. Triple at most. 6 of us were squeezed into a double bunk trundle. Though the room was clean and lovely, it was too small for 6 people.

Top !

Habitacions noves i molt netes.

Res

De gezellige kamers. De bar in hotel. Ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam. Alles top.

Niets.

Safe parking for motorbikes

Great place for those who want to visit Efteling. Clean, comfy and a very nice staff. Nice breakfast as well.

Lekker ontbijt, meer dan voldoende keuze. Comfortabele bedden. Ruime kamer. Netheid.

/

Kid Friendly

Breakfast was lovely. A short walk to theme park. Shower was very powerful so great after a day at park. The bar was lovely and had a great selection of drinks Staff were friendly and helpful Our room for 5 was a great size

Super comfortable beds! Delicious hot chocolate and fresh mint tea 😋 Very helpful and friendly staff - happy to help with any of our requests. Location is so close to Efteling Theme Park and free parking at the hotel!!! Amaze amaze amaze!

Nothing!

7 minutes walk from Efteling

Hotel has a deal with Efteling, booking doesn't offer it.

Stayed at the guest house due to using the Efteling theme park next door. They made our stay fantastic and catered to every single need, we decided to have dinner in the hotel on our second night . And wow what an amazing and delicious meal it was. The hotel is clean staff are polite and very helpful. My daughter has loved the play area and we will definitely return next time we plan to visit the theme park. From the kyriakos family thank you ever so much for our stay.. See you next time. 🫶🏽

The room was clean and comfortable.

There was not fridge or water bottles in the room.

Nothing

Rooms are so small. The shower area in the bathroom is so terrible whenever you took shower all the bathroom is soaked. I would never stay here again. Its very expensive and overrated.

Goed eten onder het verblijf

Kon niets vinden

Good location for Efteling

Charged for a cot despite paying for two kids anyway - I put the ages in but a roll out bed wasn’t suitable for a 3 year old. Don’t usually get charged for a cot. Also no areas except your room to eat anything you had / not a space even outside to have a picnic. Signs to say only food purchased there. I asked on the second night if my kids could have a pizza but in the bar instead of the restaurant whilst my husband and I had bar snacks and they said no - restaurant only but they were bringing hot bar snacks up from there anyway. Felt petty. My bed was bobbly under the sheet. The mattress had loads of bobbles in that you could feel through the sheets. Room didn’t look like it had been cleaned between the two night stay. Tea / coffee and cups not replenished despite paying for the two nights.

Good location

Room had not been cleaned fully - dust everywhere, night staff team tried to help

The decor was modern, the beds were comfortable.

The stale cracker behind the curtain that my toddler found and almost put in their mouth.

We had a brilliant stay as a family of five. We stayed in Bunkhouse Room 6 for three nights, and the room was clean, spacious and really well equipped. The location was fantastic, with Eftelling being within easy walking distance, which made getting around really convenient. The on-site parking and fast Wi-Fi were also a great bonus. We didn’t use the bar or restaurant during our stay, so we can’t comment on those, but overall we were really happy with our experience. A great location, comfortable room and excellent base for our trip. We’d happily stay again and would definitely recommend it to other families.

Alles perfekt

Leuk en gezellig hotel Prima bedden Goed ontbijt Dichtbij Efteling

Badkamer primitief

Ja, sehr lecker.

Praticamente tutto.

Super proper Heel vriendelijk

Todo

Nada

Location to efteling was ideal Clean hotel Nice staff Free car park Supermarket underneath Dinner was good

Hotel breakfast was expensive for what you got Extra for a cot

Que esta muy cerca del parque Efteling!!!!

Ubicado muy cerca del parque efteling. Parking gratuito en las instalaciones. Un Albert Heijn al lado. Limpio y ordenado. Lo que buscábamos.

Todo perfecto.

Location is great to visit the park

We HD problem with air conditioning, that the hotel was not able to fix for our two nights stay with them

Super clean, lovely beds, great bathroom. Lots of towels and wonderful staff and wonderful beer.

The car chargers in the car park, couldn't log on to system and others qr code didn't work

Amazing location with very friendly staff

The bunk beds were a little awkward for our family but we knew this is advance

Children area, lovely beds, staff was friendly

Smell of smoking from outside first thing in the morning. We were in room 1 so can smel heavyl smoking when we woke up.

-

Lovely staff, brilliant location for Efteling, family rooms were a great size, great food including gluten free options for breakfast and dinner which included gluten free pizza bases as well as other options like chicken, steak, burgers. Free parking, bar, restaurant, supermarket just behind.

Be aware that the bunk bed is quite high for little ones. We didn’t use the top bunk and opted to use the pull out under the bed so not a problem.

La cercanía a Efteling y tener parking gratuito

Merci

Rien à signaler.

Locatie!!! Echt maar op 5 min loopafstand van Efteling

Niks!

Somewhat budget friendly for this area. Restaurant inside the facility (though overpriced with just ok food). Supermarket in the same building is handy. 10-15 min walk to Efteling entrance. Staff were very helpful. Restaurants available in town centre about 10 mins walk. Quite a few halal options as well.

Generally ok. Found 3 mosquitoes (i counted!). Also the floor was not completely clean. No fridge. Restaurant food was just ok and breakfast options were somewhat limited - and both were quite expensive. But no major deal breaker.

Very good location if you want to visit Efteling and don’t want to break the bank for the grand hotel Efteling.

Personell often confusing and sometimes in our opinion rude.

niks viel tegn

Konforlu, temiz, Efteling araçla 5dk

Alles was top!

Niets
