The rooms are serviced, and we did put the card out to have ours done, but our apartment was only vacuumed once possibly twice in 8 days. We also had to ask for fresh towels, even though servicing was meant to be included.

There were no curtains (only blackout roller blinds) so not a lot of privacy as being on the ground floor it felt as if you were at plain sight of other apartments around. The apartment complex is located in an industrial area far away from the city centre.

The room was clean and tidy, comfortable and had all of the facilities we needed. The only thing was it had an unusual odour, a bit like Chinese takeaways. It didn't impact our stay but was noticeable when entering the room.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026Das Apartment war sehr geräumig mit 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 WC und einer modernen Küche - mit einem sehr interessanten Wohnungs-Grundriss. Die Küche hatte all die Utensilien und Geräte, die man zum Kochen braucht. Das Wohnzimmer war modern eingerichtet. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig.
Leider habe ich während unserem Aufenthalt schlecht geschlafen. Aber ich glaube, das ist individuell und muss nicht unbedingt an dem Bett gelegen sein.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026Fabulous hosts and despite significant issues (see below) the apt was well maintained, well landscaped and appointed. The facility sits within a motorsport park - would be nirvana for petrol heads. There were commercial laundry facilities on site - great addition.
Beds were rock hard. The unit opened to a courtyard garden, no privacy and no way to get it without blocking all the light and sun (black out blinds only). Sheers would be a great addition in this location. You will need transport as facility is behind an industrial section in Cromwell, some distance from services. Avoid 4B - other apts are less exposed.

Even in the morning we could not hear anything going on outside, very clean and new! Plenty of things to do in town too!

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026The apartment was situated in a lovely setting. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. Reception staff member was very friendly and took us to the apartment and to parking place. It was very quiet too and we enjoyed our stay here.
The large clear windows provided no privacy and the dark blinds blocked out too much daylight. Nets at the windows would be be beneficial. Also, Cemetery Road should have been shown on booking.com and a sign down the road pointing into the apartments to make them easier to locate.
