Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Obiekt pięknie położony, na samej górze miejscowości. Same miasteczko bardzo ładne, klimatyczne. Łatwy i szybki meldunek. Jasne instrukcje. Apartament duży, przestronny z balkonem. Czysto. Na powitanie czekało austriackie wino i czekoladki. Apartament wyposażony w ekspres do kawy, kawiarkę, kawę, herbatę i podstawowe przybory. Wystrój- polskie lata 90te 😉 Jeśli chodzi o bazę wypadową to super, tym bardziej, że była to jedna z najtańszych opcji noclegowych w regionie (myśmy byli przejazdem), więc za tą cenę to warto 🙂 Na balkonie krzesełka i stolik. No i przepiękny widok 🙂 Łazienka bardzo przestronna. Pokoik z dwoma wygodnymi łóżkami pojedynczymi, sypialnia schodkami w dół z dużym, wygodnym łóżkiem. Przestronna kuchnia z korytarzem. Ogólnie apartament super wygodny na 4 osób.
Ilość wiadomości typu- „witamy, doba trwa od…do…”; „dziękujemy za rezerwację, następnym razem nasz zniżkę”, wieczorem- „pamiętaj twoja doba trwa do… posprzątaj po sobie, zamieć, włącz zmywarkę, umyj sprzęt,” 7 rano. „Witam, twoja doba hotelowa kończy się i 10. Posprzątaj po sobie, umył sprzęt, pozamiataj, włącz zmywarkę, wynieś śmieci” byliśmy tam może 18 godzin, a wiadomości otrzymaliśmy kilka głównie, że mamy posprzątać. Takimi informacjami obklejone są ściany w apartamencie🙂 więc nie wiem po co zasypywać kogoś dodatkowymi sms. Człowiek ma poczucie, że z góry ktoś traktuje go jako syfiarza. myśmy akurat trafili na nieumyty ekspres do kawy- były w nim filtr i fusy, co zgłosiłam, ale już odpowiedzi nie otrzymałam, choćby zwykłego przepraszamy i dziękujemy za umycie. Na do widzenia przesłałam też zdjęcia apartamentu, na co również nie otrzymałam odpowiedzi. Dodatkowo, apartament powinien być wyposażony w lepsze oświetlenie, bo jest trochę za ciemno- taka norka 🙂 no i delikatnego unowocześnienia.

Kleiner Esstisch auf dem Balkon fehlte, scharfe Messer wären schön gewesen und die Kühlschranktür klemmt an der darunter liegenden Schublade und schließt dadurch nur auf Nachdruck.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026The space was very clean and spacious, the apartment had everything we needed for a three day stay. It was very cool in the middle of the hot summer without any AC or fans. We relaxed and drove to the near town Lienz. Beautiful Mountain Views, and very comfortable beds. The hosts is very nice, and responsive. We loved having a dishwasher.
The Wi-Fi did seem to lose connection often, as if there was not enough wi-Fi extenders I do wish there was an iron and an ironing board in the apartment

Reviewed Sep 11, 2025Heel proper appartement. De gastvrouw was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er stond een fles wijn toen we aankwamen. We konden wat vroeger inchecken. Er is een map aanwezig waar al de info en activiteiten in de buurt op staan, heel handig. Je kunt veel activiteiten doen op minder dan 1u rijden. Handig dat er een parking voorzien is voor onze auto. Geen lawaai overlast.
Er is geen microgolf aanwezig maar je kunt alles wel op andere manieren opwarmen (oven, kookplaat, waterkoker,...). Enkel voor sommige mensen wat een te dun kussen om op te slapen. Maar het positieve weegt nog steeds door. ;)

- The kitchen could've had microwave. When we had to reheat our food, we found it super difficult without microwave. - Außervillgraten is a nice steep valley but the views from the apartment were "okay" - nothing to complain but don't expect breathtaking views from inside the apartment balcony. - They had only 3 dishwasher tabs for 4 night stay. I'd have liked 5 (atleast 4)

Reviewed Jul 12, 2024This was a wonderful option for overnight staying while visiting the touristic areas in the Dolomites, such as Lake Misurina and Cortina d'Ampezzo. The price was good, and we had a full kitchen, a living room and a bedroom, plus an oversized balcony. Not to mention the friendly host, that was so helpful with instructions even before we got there. The village / area is just wonderful, a little paradise to be explored on foot.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2024The view was great! The surrounding was pleasant. We wanted to explore The eastern dolomites and the apartment was located around 2 hours away. It’s just 35 mins drive from Drei Zinnen and one hour from Cortina D’ampezzo having said this there are a lot of beautiful places in and around located in the close proximity. The host was available over the phone call and was extremely pleasant. We also made some drone shots in and around the Region and loved everything about this place. A car is a Must have if you choose to stay here.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2023I believe this is good location to have an active holiday, as well in winter as in summer. <10 min. Drive to the skilift in Sillian. There are plenty walking routes around. There is a big storage room inside the building of the appartement that can be used to store your skis, bikes, mountainbikes, gear, etc. this room can be locked with a key (but is accessible for the other residents). Only accessible by stairs.
This appartement was great value for money and I would definitely recommend. If I can suggest something to increase the joy of stay is that I would recommend to install a sauna or jacuzzi. This will create more value for sure.

Reviewed Sep 27, 2022Cet hébergement était vraiment bien. Le stationnement privé est appréciable, le lieu est très grand, la cuisine et la salle de bain sont propres et très bien équipées. Très bien placé pour visiter les Dolomites et le sud-Tyrol, y compris en Italie (toute proche) : vous avez ici un excellent rapport qualité-prix que vous ne trouverez pas côté italien. Les environs de l'hébergement sont calmes, mais il y a de nombreux commerces dans la ville juste en-dessous (4km environ). Très belle vue. Nous apprécions la bouteille et la confiture de bienvenue mais, et ce sera la seule amélioration que l'on peut suggérer, on aurait préférer avoir un peu de sel pour cuisiner ou un rouleau de papier toilette par exemple. Mais ce détail mis à part, rien à redire, c'est excellent.

Reviewed May 2, 2019Location ottima per chi desidera passare dei giorni in completo relax e a contatto con la natura, la casa è in un delizioso piccolo paesino circondato dalle montagne. L'appartamento è nuovo e in ottime condizioni, molto pulito e super attrezzato, al'arrivo ci hanno anche riservato un piccolo omaggio :) I proprietari sono disponibili e forniscono consigli anche in caso di maltempo. Unico neo il segnale della WiFi non proprio ottimale, ma direi che ci sta nell'ottica di staccare completamente la spina dalla routine cittadina.
