El trato del personal de maleteros, ni un saludo. Qué los taxis oficiales no te digan antes de empezar el viaje el costo, el cuál es muy elevado. Mi taza de baño tenía una fuga en la descarga, y Qué no tengan pantuflas.

The hot water for me wasn't hot. It's warm and I dont know if it's that I am just used to hotels having supper hot water or not I dont know. Also some of the drivers took advantage of us and charged us double of what other honest driver charged.

The floors we were assigned to were under repair. There was smell of products they were using and we requested a room change. We were given a room which was worse than the one we had originally and solutions like spraying perfume in the room instead. We didn't like this at all. There were water leaks in the rooms we rented for our event and the control of the AC in the room was terrible.

La puerta de la regadera se atoraba muchísimo, el baño tenía poca presión de agua, la regadera salía por la de techo y la de teléfono aunque solo se seleccionada la de techo, al principio nos dejaron los botes de shampoo y el shower gel vacío pero después nos llevaron unos llenos.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and everything was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. One of our favorite touches was when they brought fresh, warm pan dulce right to our table,it was absolutely amazing and made us feel so welcomed. The outstanding service, delicious food, and warm hospitality made this one of the highlights of our stay. We highly recommend Sessions to anyone visiting the Hard Rock Hotel Guadalajara!

Reviewed May 29, 2026The facilities are great in general but I had two bad experiences: 1) The hotel doesn´t have computers in its bussiness center and every hotel have them!! even if is a hotel of less category!! I really need to use a pc and the staff refused to get one for me. 2) They are not able to make the invoice at the moment of your check out (or at least that was they told me), you have to send and email with your data afterwards, but every hotel have this possibility!!

I stayed in 17 hotels in Gro herself, but I gravitate back towards the Hard Rock Guadalajara because some people including folks like Alejandra Nieto sup of the frontdesk and Zahara and Gabriel, Ivan and Gustavo and the rest and they’re all amazing people and I tell you right now there’s no better customer service in the world in this place. I’ve been everywhere in the world so please please keep that up and don’t let customers suffer for bad policy. Your folks are the best people I’ve ever experienced in customer service and hospitality do you wanna talk about it? We’ll talk about it.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026The hotel is in a great location for anything going on between downtown Guadalajara and Zapopan. It's still good for stuff happening in Tlaquepaque, but count on 1/2 hour or more to get there. Getting Ubers to take us to/from the hotel was always easy, and taxis are readily available if you don't Uber. I enjoyed the fitness center (lots of treadmills and weights and everything in good shape). The pool at the top is infinite style, big, with fabulous views. There's a bar up there also. The only problem is that everything at the top closes at 7 PM, which is way too early. Just when the night views become awesome and romantic, you can't take advantage of them! The included breakfasts were excellent - lots of variety, tasty dishes, and it's available until noon! Our corner room had an amazing 180-degree view of the west part of the city. Although the room had a variety of issues, the hotel quickly fixed most of the problems. (Don't hesitate to let the front desk know about any problems. They're happy to fix them.) The A/C never worked quite right - it was fussy and loud. However, we were willing to put up with it, since the rest of the room was great. What else... Many good bands played in the lounge in the lobby. There's an Oxxo store down in the garage that's just like a 7-Eleven (very handy for getting snacks and drinks). Lastly, the staff were always cordial and very accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
Fix the A/C system so that it doesn't blow so hard and doesn't fool the thermostat. Allow the pool and bar at the top to stay open until 11 PM.
