MRTのスクンビット駅、BTSのアソークから徒歩圏内のためどこに行くにも便利なロケーションではあるので、このエリアにこの価格帯で宿を探したいのみならアリかと思います。スタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。

エアコンがカビ臭く、また清掃も残念ながら不十分（トイレットペーパーが回収されていなかった）、シャワーの水圧が弱く扉もきっちり閉まらない、デスク付近にライトがないため暗くて作業がしづらい、夜に客室のみ30分ほどの停電etc、色々と気になる点があったので次回も泊まるかというとナシです。

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders hervorzuheben ist das Badezimmer bzw. die Dusche, da ich großer Freund von starkem Wasserdruck bin.

the air-condition ventilation system. When I sat at the working desk it was superb cold. When I lay down on bed then it was a bit hot.

Excellent location and comfortable bed, and spacious shower despite the tight space in the bedroom.

Towels were a bit worn and there isn’t enough lighting at the desk area.

The staff is extremely courteous. When we arrived in the evening, we asked for directions on how to get to the King's Palace. In the morning, a printed instruction sheet was waiting for us at the desk, by the receptionist, with the history of the place and other interesting explanations.

As a couple, we had a very pleasant stay. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the rooms were beautiful and very clean. In Bangkok every area has its own character, and although this hotel does not offer breathtaking views, it is located in a lively neighborhood with plenty of nightlife and things to do.

My husband and I stayed here at the beginning of our trip for a few nights and the staff really stuck out, they were so friendly and always stayed by the door and greeted everyone as they walked in. It is a small hotel but you really feel welcome there

Sehr kleines Zimmer, unsere zwei Koffer passten nicht beide ins Zimmer, also lag einer im unverhältnismäßig großem Bad.

Zeer comfortabele bedden, de locatie is top, heerlijke ruime douche.

Wij hadden 2 grote koffers; dan is de kamer ietwat te klein, maar aangezien we voor 1 nacht daar sliepen was het prima.

- The room was very small, but it is Ok for a short stay - In the morning I got woken up 2x because the cleaners use walkie-talkies. Perhaps they can be more considerate of people who are sleeping and not talk so loudly (and turn the volume down on their walkie-talkies)?

對於第一次曼谷行的人說 住宿的地方很熱鬧，附近有兩家7-11，樓下到處都是按摩店，合作的按摩店也有打折，走路到百貨公司很近，也可以在那邊換錢，離BTS站也很近

空間小一點，床真的很高，矮個子不友善，廁所剛進去的時候，明顯很髒，還有類似大便的污漬在上面🥺

Rooms are small. Hardly any space to walk after you open ur luggage. On the other hand restrooms are big.

Not spacious enough to accommodate large luggage. It will be almost impossible to open 2 x large luggage.

The location is excellent - right in the heart of Sukhumvit with easy access to transport, restaurants, and nightlife. The lobby feels modern and welcoming, the elevator worked well, and staff were polite and efficient. Sound insulation between rooms was decent, which helped at night.

The room was extremely small with very limited space for luggage or storage. The furniture felt oversized and heavy for a room of this size, making the space feel even more cramped - lighter, more minimal furnishings would improve both comfort and functionality. There was also a persistent musty smell that affected clothes and personal items. The bathroom showed clear maintenance issues, particularly in the shower area. Housekeeping noise started early and was disruptive. Rooftop access exists but lacks atmosphere or facilities.

Really good location near BTS and MRT stations.

My room, 701 -Has a damp and slippery floor when the air conditioning is on. I mentioned this to the front desk and had it cleaned. -On the morning of October 31st, the staff on that floor made a lot of noise while cleaning and even shouted at each other. I can't imagine how they could behave so rudely.

The staff was very friendly. They room was very nice. My daughter and me had a birthday two weeks before we arrived and they surprised us with a birthday cake. It was so lovely:-) The location was very good, near the train which was easy to use and get to the main attractions.

We stayed here for a few nights with our family (two kids, one 6 years old and one 7 months). The location is perfect—just a 3-minute walk to BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit, and almost next to Terminal 21. Super convenient! The hotel is quite narrow, but very clean and well maintained. We had a triple room, which worked well for us. The bathroom was also very clean. Overall, a great, tidy hotel in an ideal location!

There were two problems: the room had tiny desk and bedside tables (which was joke). (see picture). I told management that these are not acceptable for a hotel room. Second, I was on the highest floor (7th floor) and on one morning at 7AM, I was woken by noise of the hotel staff cleaning the roof. I told the front desk to stop this at once, and after 10 minutes, the noise stopped. Then few days later, the smae thing happened again, and I had to tell them repeatedly to stop this, including having to scream at the front desk, and finally it stopped. So dont stay on the 7th floor, and the management doesnt have professional management menatality of most hotels. They will argue with you regarding your complaints. In summary, the location is excellent, and cleanliness and condition is ok, but you still have to deal with their 3-star mom-and-pop mentality.
