Really well located 5 mins walk to the sea and 20 mins by bus to Porto centre. The house is beautiful with a really lovely shared dining/lounge area and a kitchen too. Veronica was super helpful and prepared a beautifully presented breakfast. Rosario was on hand to help throughout. Would be ideal for four couples or a large family needing four rooms to hire the whole house.

There was nothing I didn’t like but if you want outside space this house is not for you.

The room was quite lovely and spotless clean, Veronica our breakfast host and room steward was absolutely the best. She made our stay wonderful. Breakfast was extremely good and very much worth the 12 Euro cost

The checkin procedure needs rectified. We did not receive the door access code in advance, the property manager is not on-site, and if not for the chance meeting of a guest entering the main door, we would have waited on the street in the hot sun for quite some time. After entering the property manager was still not answering the phone calls for approx 1 hour but after answering it was quickly resolved and the remainder of the stay was wonderful. With a small fix of the arrival process the stay would have been perfect.

Habitación espaciosa, muy limpia, tranquila y cómoda, en una bonita casa perfecta para pasar unos días en Oporto. Tienes acceso a zonas comunes como una cocina totalmente equipada. Además, nos resultó sencillo encontrar dónde aparcar en las inmediaciones.

My second stay ! It’s so clean , airy and beautifully arranged . Foz is a great little town with a great market and bars/ restaurants and so easy to get into town.

I selected this property because it was only a few meters from where our friends live. The rating was a perk and I didn’t read anything else about the property. I was pleasantly surprised by our room. It was the only room on the first floor where the living room and kitchen are located. The room was huge and the bathroom as well. The bed was a little hard but not horrible. With all the walking we did, we were tired enough not to notice. The kitchen was a big surprise, since I didn’t read about the property. Luckily there is a lovely little grocery store a few minutes walk away August was in its name. We never met Rosario but did meet the housekeeper who was super sweet. We mentioned to Rosario that we had no soap and the coffee pods were out and she saw to it that those things were resolved. It was a home away from home!

I was an AirBnB superhost, so I am particular about having information for the guests. There are no instructions for kitchen etiquette, such as labeling food, what is “free to use” what is not sort of thing and if they have a policy of when they throw out food left in the refrigerator. The refrigerator had only a few things, and was clean, so not a big deal during my stay. But it could be.

It was a clean, stylish and cool property with good contact with the manager

Only one industrial sized budget liquid soap in the bathroom for shower, sink and bidet. No coffee making facility in room which meant going upstairs to a communal kitchen for our early morning coffee.

Beautifully decorated apt in a a great location in calm neigberhood in my favorite district of the city. Walking distance to the beach and nice restaurants, near the park, located 20 minutes by bus from the Ribeira.

The cheapest showergel in such a beautiful place. It just didnt match. Apart of this everything was great.

At first we were hesitant about staying outside of the centre of Porto, but we didn't regret - it was a wonderful place! The apartment is very comfortable, everything is finished at a high standard. There are excellent breakfast, brunch and dinner options at walking distance and the Atlantic coast is at 5 minutes walking, allowing for fairytale like sunsets. I'm already looking forward to coming back here!

A casa está numa zona tranquila e histórica mas fica perto de tudo (praia, rio, restaurantes, jardim). O pequeno almoço é muito boa e a funcionária muito atenciosa. tem uma cozinha bem equipada disponível.

Houve um equívoco com o quarto mas que ficou resolvido.

Exceptional! Gorgeous large home, the pictures don’t portray how beautiful and homey this hostel is. And the staff was lovely. 🥰 The place is immaculately clean. The bedsheets and towels are 5 stars hotel level.

Super Lage in Foz. Helles, großes Zimmer. Schönes Wohnzimmer neben an. Saubere Küche für Picknick genutzt. Obwohl Zimmer zur Straße mit 4 Fenstern war es sehr ruhig.

Gelegen in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Meer, Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Stadtzentrum ist ca. 15 min mit dem Bus entfernt.

Sehr hellhörig. Durchgelegenes Bett. Seife wäre schön gewesen.

Very nice room. Clean and comfortable. Common room was particularly nice and would be great if you traveled as a group. For me it became a good place to work while having a coffee.

The first floor room had open windows to let fresh air in. That made it feel a little bit too exposed. It was a safe place, but it was somewhat awkward to have open windows and a shared patio.

Die Lage ist besonders gut, man befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung in Strandnähe und ist in ein paar Minuten schnell mit dem Bus oder der Tram in die Innenstadt gefahren. Außerdem war der Kontakt mit der Besitzerin sehr nett und alle offenen Fragen wurden beantwortet. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung gut. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich und die Küche die man kollektiv benutzen darf ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Wenn wir nochmal in Porto sind werden wir sicher wieder kommen!

The room was clean fresh and really comfortable. The location was perfect, few minutes to the main road with lots of cafes, the tram and across the road from sightseeing tour pick up. Beautiful walks along the sea front. if you want the option to cook yourself, lovely kitchen and dining area, and ability to chill in the upstairs communal space.

The balcony was much smaller than expected 3fr wide and vertical tall hedg so not really somewhere to sit and relax but it was a clean nice space and as we were always out and about it wasn't necessarily a negative

We had contact prior to arrival about check in and despite us arriving early the room was ready. We were welcomed with a drink on arrival. We were given recommendations for tradiational Portuguese restaurants locally,, 2 of which we visited and both of which were excellent. As we were not flying until late on day of check out we asked if we could leave our bags for the day...we were not only able to do that which was great, but also were offered a delayed check out until 4pm so we could use the shower after being on the beach. A very charming property, clean and very bright...with aircon, very reasonably priced and only a 10 minute stroll from the main stretch of beaches on Foz.

It felt like home

Located 15min by bus from Oporto. Near the sea and beach. Restaurants and supermarkets close by. Rosario welcomed us and gave us excellent advices regarding restaurants and supermarket. She was very very helpful and available for us. The house is nicely decorated and the kitchen very well equipped if you want to cook. Very safe location away from the crowd.

No view at all. Our room was on the ground floor with a view in a very narrow street.

This hotel is in a great part of Porto and is near the ocean, nice beaches, shops, restaurants, cafes and a beautiful park. Our host and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful and made us want to stay an extra night! The common areas are beautiful upstairs with nice interior design touches. And we enjoyed our room that was cozy and quiet. It was nice to have a little outdoor area to sit outside and have meals or coffee. We would stay at the upstairs room if it was available as the balcony and room are airy and spacious.

There is not anything we didn't like about our stay! We wish we could have stayed in the upstair room...

Very good breakfast had it first morning in Porto So pleased we stayed In Foz 10 minutes to Porto on Bus 2 euro Porto was very busy visited Gaia and the Port Houses worth crossing the river Fantastic day trip 2 hours on train up the Douro and 5-6 hours return down the Douro a must in our opinion beautiful scenery fantastic engineering of the two dams and lock systems on the Douro Great food and wine across the city and Foz

We have been hosted very friendly by Rosario. She welcomed us personally and gave advice about Porto. The apartment was better than on the photo - it was clean and tidied every day. The staff was so friendly and the room was so perfect, that the only thing I can do is to rate it 10/10.

Loved that it was down a quiet side street. Very traditional. Veronika was very welcoming and Rosario very attentive. Lovely accommodation.

The house is great, very clean, beautifully decorated and smells great, too. The host was super nice, very hospitable and helped me with a small request. The lady taking care of cleaning and breakfast (which was delicious) was very nice! I went to Porto for the half-marathon and the house was 3 minutes from the starting line, it really couldn't have been better.

Beautiful bed and breakfast in a wonderful location. Close to the water, bars, restaurants and the bus that gets you downtown in 10 minutes. Rosario was a wonderful host and looked after our every need. I would absolutely come visit again next time I'm in Porto.
