Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Για αρχή η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική! Μπορούσαμε να πάμε με τα πόδια στις θάλασσες της παλαιοχωρας και απέχει το πολύ 10 λεπτά από άλλες εξαιρετικές θάλασσες αν διαθέτεις αμάξι. Επίσης βρίσκεται πάνω στη παραλιακη της Παλαιοχωρας με αποτέλεσμα να είναι εύκολη και πιο ξεκουραστη η βραδινή έξοδος το βράδυ. Τέλος σχετικά με την τοποθεσία, αν διαθέτετε αμαξι είναι πολύ κοντά σε ένα δωρεάν πάρκινγκ. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό, φιλικό και προσχαρο, δίνοντας την ατμόσφαιρα μιας οικογενειακης επιχείρησης. Το πρωινό το οποίο περιλαμβάνεται ήταν γεμάτο και χορταστικό και διευκόλυνε πολύ την καθημερινότητα μας. Ήταν πολύ καθαρό το δωμάτιο μας και ανετο για 2 άτομα. Τέλος θα ήθελα να προσθέσω ότι είχε προκύψει ένα θέμα με το ψυγείο στο αρχικό δωμάτιο που είχαμε κλείσει και το προσωπικό φρόντισε να μας παρέχει ένα άλλο δωμάτιο για 2 βραδιά μέχρι να φτιαχτεί, μιας και είναι καιριο κομμάτι ενός δωματίου ειδικά το καλοκαίρι.
Το μοναδικό μειονέκτημα ήταν ότι το μπάνιο ήταν αρκετά στενό και όχι ανακαινισμένο. Ωστόσο παρέμενε εξυπηρετικο και η διαμονή μας κύλησε ομαλά.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο σε θαυμάσια τοποθεσία στην παραλιακή της Παλαιόχωρας. Ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό και χορταστικό πρωινό. Τα δωμάτια λίγο παλιά αλλά καθαρά και περιποιημένα.
Όλα μια χαρά, με μια μόνο παρατήρηση: η αποχέτευση του μπάνιου χρειαζεται λίγη συντήρηση

The reception face the sea front which you can't go to by car. We arrive by back of hotel by main road and that confused me a bit as I thought the establishment was closed 😅

An excellent breakfast served overlooking the sea by a friendly host who answered all our enquiries. Great value break in an area fast becoming the go to place for Greek families.

Reviewed Nov 1, 2025We booked for one night and then stayed for two! We were walking a section of the E4 starting in Paleochora and we enjoyed a couple of nights here before starting. We had a room at rear with a great view over the town to the mountains, and with the afternoon and evening sun on the balcony. The room was fairly basic but that suits us and with breakfast included it was great value for money. I think the breakfast might be the same each morning, but it was good and plentiful.

Reviewed Oct 18, 2025Our third time of staying at the Scorpios. A family run hotel in a great location on the seafront, great breakfast served by Nikos, assisted by his Dad Georgios and the family. Clean and comfortable room, cleaned daily. Sheets and towels changed twice during our weeks stay. Quiet at night. 2 minute walk into town along the seafront. Very handy for Halikia beach (just along the road) and a 15 minute walk through the town to the Sandy beach.
Breakfast was exactly the same every day (but was plentiful and very nice) Maybe a little variation would be good.

Reviewed Oct 9, 2025The hotel's location is excellent, right on the sea promenade and walking distance from the town center. Rooms are very clean and fairly spaced. We enjoyed breakfast and the very friendly service of the owner's son. Parking can be found at a 5 min walking distance.
The aftertaste of our stay was not very fell off on day 1). He also accused us of breaking the handle by applying force and not using the key. When i asked him which key he is reffering to and that we didn't have a key, he said that we should have asked for the key. How can we know that there is a key? As he did not want to accept that we did not break the handle nor did we try to hide it, i offered to pay the 100 Euro he said he paid for the repair. He declined and hung up the phone.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2025Wir haben schon zum 2. Mal bei Scorpios übernachtet, weil uns die Lage und die familiäre Atmosphäre sehr gut gefällt. Das Frühstück ist üppig und gut, auch besondere Wünsche wurden von der freundlichen Gastgeberfamilie immer erfüllt. Man frühstückt mit einem wundervollen Ausblick aufs Meer direkt an der Promenade. Die Lage ist ideal, nicht mitten im Trubel, trotzdem ist man mit ein paar Schritten am Strand Chalikia oder im Zentrum. Es ist sauber, die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und ist leise und es gibt eine kleine Küche (Kühlschrank, Herd, Spüle). Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Die Matratzen sind sehr hart, das „Doppelbett“ ist für zwei Erwachsene viel zu klein (140cm breit). Das ist der einzige Grund, warum wir eventuell nicht mehr hier übernachten werden, da die Nächte nicht wirklich erholsam waren… Das typisch griechische Nass-Badezimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Außerdem wären ein paar Haken im Zimmer nicht schlecht, z.B. für Jacken und Handtücher - die Haken im Bad sind viel zu dick, hier rutschen die Handtücher einfach runter.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025We felt very welcomed. Any issue we had the personnel resolved quickly and they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The location is excellent - we walked out to the main seaside boulevard and had amazing restaurants literally at our doorstep. The room had a smart TV which was nice and bedsheets as well as towels were changed a few times a week. It was very clean and comfortable. The AC worked well. The family who run the hotel were exceptionally nice and accommodating.

Contesto ideale per godersi relax, mare, sole e ottimo cibo con ritmo lento, come la Grecia di una volta. La camera affacciata sul mare è affascinante e la posizione, immediatamente sul corso è ideale per dolci passeggiate.
Nulla, era tutto perfettamente in linea con le mie aspettative e desideri.

Das Frühstück war lecker, toller frischer O-Saft. Und ein wirklich schönes Meer zum Schwimmen gleich vor der Haustür. Wir fanden alles super, Danke für die wundervollen Tage!

Reviewed Aug 16, 2025We had room 7, with balcony overlooking streets and mountains. It was too hot to sit there but great for drying clothes. Our room was simple and clean. Plenty electric outlets. Breakfast was adequate with fresh squeezed orange juice. Location is great, near beaches and restaurants. Parking near church 50 meters away.
Airco not as powerful as we like. Just warning about parking. We parked at church and car got scratched by clumsy driver.
