Breakfast!

Was quaint open air lobby with nice water feature. The rooms were comfortable with a nice shower. The onsite restaurant and bakery had some nice selections. The morning breakfast buffet included fresh made eggs. The pool was nice and fairly private. Loved the waterfall shower. Amazing. AC worked well in the room. Across the street from the beach.

The balcony on my suite was 1 person wide. Not big enough for a table or chairs.

Good location on the beach round. The pool & Street Bar are across a small side road from the hotel, both facilities were good. We had a family studio with two bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel is nice but is starting to show signs of wear. Balcony was very small and not good. Breakfast was just OK.

The balcony was tiny. Hotel starting to look tired and some furniture in need of an upgrade.

The room are spacious. It was clean and the beds are comfortable.

Vi boede på hotellet for 5 år siden og da var det meget bedre. Personalet er søde og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden kunne godt forbedres brødet var tørt hver morgen, der var små bider ost. Sidst vi var her fik vi serveret kaffe eller te (ikke denne gang ) så efter min mening er prisen for høj i forhold til standart.

Rooms are clean (although a bit dated) and comfortable. The rooms don't smell old or moldy unlike most hotels in the vicinity. The beds were comfortable, sheets clean. Having read reviews that rooms on the pool side could be noisy I was hesitant at first but to my surprise the rooms have good noise isolation and the music wasn't too loud. That said, while checking in the check-in staff did inform me about the noise which I thought was a good attention to detail. Staff were kind and accommodating. Lots of parking space for a car.

A good renovation will reignite its old glory, the furniture, walls and wood work require some touch up. Croissants and sweet confectionaries were stale. The rest of the buffet was good. When I mentioned about the stale food to the staff their immediate reaction was 'don't write about it online'. Seriously? instead of correcting it you're more worried about reviews? This sums it up for me.

Stayed for Wonderfruit and loved the location, was glad we opted for a suite as it was super spacious.

The furniture is quite old and the a/c is a little musty but most importantly none of the staff speak much English so it is very difficult to communicate with them about basic things whether it be requesting a room service menu or asking for housekeeping.

The furniture is very old. There is a strange smell like chemicals. The price is not fair. Breakfast is poor and not varied compared to the size of the property.

Clean, spacious, good value for money. Excellent breakfast. Staff were wonderful.

Being welcome with a request of 3000thb as a deposit in cash (no credit card) is a disgrace and makes no sense whatsoever. The manager accepted to wave this. 4th time in this hotel the breakfast has been downgraded and is not worth it. (Real coffee/capuccino replaced by machine). At this level of price... the location is what it is... not central and not on the beach. This one didnot change. Note there is no gym at the hotel. Service is going down. A pity. On a plus side rooms are quite big.

The bed is comfortable, place is well maintained, ok breakfast, although did not like the busy location and setting of rooms. They do not have a good view of the beach despite of the location. I don't think is price worth. Should be cheap as it is not that special. Staffs are very nice and the hotel decoration is dark wood kind of style. Nice potted plants, but at the pool lack some green. The pool area is a bar drive kinda of pool. We did not enjoyed. In general is ok hotel.

Good location if you don’t need privacy. Well-designed room.

Very noisy at night. The staff told us that there would be live music early at night but the music went on until almost midnight and the restaurant played music from their stereo after that. I traveled with a baby so this was a nightmare. We had to call the reception to tell them to turn it down in order to get some sleep. Staff was unprofessional and had a lot of attitudes. Not impress with services at all.

The breakfast was not mange for all community or country I mean it is not international . So suggestion for make it preferable for all cultures peoples a combination

Location wise price should be less

The quality of the resort and the services associated with it decreased a bit. (No more coffee machines in the room) Overall the service is decent as you would expect from a 3 star hotel... But it is rated as a 4 star hotel. Room design is good mixing modern style and traditional Chinese style. The hotel in on a busy road, close to the beach but far away from the city center... If you like to walk by the beach it is fine...

Noisy. Front of the hotel restaurant ( very good food) with life music. They play till 23:30. if you want sleep early, you can’t. :/

Very well designed hotel on Jomtien Beach, easy to find, easy to go everywhere, and 7-11 just at the corner. Beautiful room decor, firmed bed, great shower. we had the room on another road side, so no problem to our sleep. Breakfast line was ok, limited choices of western food but tasty Thai menus & Thai desserts. We had dinner at Street Bar, the food was really good, we enjoyed everything esp. Tom Yum Kung.

The design of bathroom door!! The glass door which was not from floor to ceiling, this did not give any comfort at all.

- The overall design and standard was better than expected for a small property. The room was modern, clean and well-furnished.

The location of the hotel was in a quiet part of Jomtien, perfect for family in close proximity to a number of excellent local seafood restaurants and beach. We had problems booking things to do for the kids but that was caused by my bank insisting on the application of the latest anti -fraud measures imposed by the EU. Some businesses haven't complied yet so payment is declined. Thought Brits had left the EU but obviously I'm wrong. Using pre internet solutions I organised a driver to take us around the attractions and paid cash at the venue. Worked well. Breakfast offered an insight to the local cuisine as well as western delights. I didn't bother with the bacon because Tom yam goong is far more interesting for the taste buds first thing in the morning. Staff were charming and most helpful, the sort of Thai hospitality I know and love. Thank you to you all.

There was nothing I didn't like. I appreciate things are done differently in this beautiful part of the world, but that is one of the attractions of coming here.

Nice stay in a nice hotel. Best part was the pool area. Noise from the street bar might disturb those who want to sleep before midnight. The hotel staff has taken seriously preventing covid19 spreading. The restaurant has maybe other management and lower actions. I wanted stay few more days but hotel was full booked.

The design and facilities are awesome especially the location is near to a beach and the local bus pass by to get around

Breakfast breakfast was amazing, so fresh. Very close to the Beach and local shops and market

Room was bigger than needed, I think thanks to a genius upgrade. Room was clean and well appointed with everything you need. The staff at reception were efficient and friendly, Location is good, being not too far along beach road so you have access to a good bus service (as you go further along to the newer part of the road the bus service gets more sketchy).

The restaurant that served Breakfast was not as good an experience as the hotel, in terms of cleanliness and service it was good if not special. I think though Covid has changed the market to be more local, so food choice was limited if your preference was western flavours. One warning I will give, in choosing salad, check if the dressing that looks like Rhode island dressing is the Rhode island dressing as the alternative is very hot.

Mahtava aamiainen ja muutenkin hotellin tarjonta hyvä. Aika meni lapsiperheen kanssa oikein mukavasti. Henkilökunta on todella auttavaista ja ystävällistä.

すぐ近くにセブンイレブンがあって便利、エアコンの効きも問題なし、朝食も美味しかったです。

Room was not so great. I booked one bedroom suit. this was just 2 adjacent rooms connected through a door. No seating area and bathrooms are too small and inconvenient.

We love here. Clean, Nice Staff and Comfortable place to stay in long week end.

This is our second stay at this hotel. Everything is the best you could ask for in this price, but this time we found that bathtub overflow of room 304 is un-serviceable. The overflow plate fall off (It's already off and place nearby tub when we reach the room) and leave us a big hole, so when we using bath tub water always leak out with our bath bubble!!!

I have booked this hotel after reading many good comments here and also on the other website, but unfortunate the service didnt meet my expectation. Its was my birthday, im expecting much more like room upgrade or maybe birthday cake but it seems like they didnt notice that it was my special day which I requested when I made the booking. Also upon check-in the staff took too long to clarify my booking. It must be more professional when you promoted your hotel as 5 star hotel. Overall for the room quite small but they gave everything you might need. Clean and well decorated.

Comfortable bed, in front of Jomtien beach. Nice service. Love the unique decorating style here. I got the room on 2nd floor close to parking area of the next hotel, heard sound of in-out cars.

Good location for relaxing stay. Close to the beach. Many street and beach food around. Easy route and many ways to get to downtown. Nice and beautiful environment. Room is clean and comfy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit late and confused but still good dishes.
