Frühstück sehr gut

Die zentrale Lage und das auf Wunsch erhaltene ruhige Zimmer. Die TG unter dem Hotel ist hilfreich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und ansprechend - jedoch sollte hier mehrfach nachgesäubert werden. Die Bar und der Barkeeper war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Das Personal beim einchecken war sehr unmotiviert. Der checkin hat viel zu lange gedauert, so dass sich Warteschlangen ergeben haben (bei 3 MAinnen) an der Rezeption. Freundlichkeit hat komplett gefehlt.

Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr sauberen Zimmern und ausgesprochen freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Un ottimo hotel, appena entrati una bella ed ampia hall bene arredata ariosa. Camera ampia con grande letto comodissimo, aria condizionate efficiente e silenziosa, bello e ampio il bagno. La colazione alla mattina è stata perfetta con ampia scelta di dolce, salato, frutta fresca, succhi di frutta (buoni). Mi preme anche sottolineare l'adeguatezza dello staff alla reception. Per un malinteso ho parcheggiato la moto in garage perchè mi avevano detto che era gratuito. In realtà alla mattina ho pagato 18 euro. Ho fatto presente che mi era stato comunicato da un addetto della reception che era gratis. Al momento non hanno potuto fare nulla, ma alla sera via whatsapp con due messaggi mi hanno prontamente rimborsato. Bravi

De sfeervolle kamer, goede hygiëne, heerlijke douche, mooie inrichting van het hotel, voortreffelijk ontbijt met zeer ruime keuze in een prettige ruimte. Locatie was prima, je loopt in een kwartier een gezellig stukje Ulm in met een verschillende sfeervolle, typisch Duitse restaurants.

Het personeel bij de receptie deed het hoognodige, waren niet allemaal even klantvriendelijk (een dame negeerde klanten, gaf een norse blik) en vergaten handige informatie te geven over dat je b.v. je parkeerticket bij hen kon betalen waardoor wij weer vanuit de garage naar de receptie van het hotel terug moesten gaan. Geen ramp maar kan dus beter. Het restaurant leek dicht maar daar werd verder geen info over gegeven.

We had a wonderfully large room, extremely comfortable which was just what we needed after 10 hours of driving ! Super clean. All perfect. We took their garage for 18/night but there was plenty of on street parking - since we had a lot of luggage though the garage felt safer.

Not the hotel's fault, but there are building works all around the hotel which made it difficult to walk anywhere so we took the car even for all distances. Probably not the best location if you wanted to explore the city by foot and are only here for a short period.

Hotel moderne avec un joli design, bien situé pour les voyageurs en voiture (parking), proche du centre et des grands axes.

La borne de recharge du parking (qui est sous l'hôtel mais indépendant de celui-ci) ne fonctionnait pas.

Auch wenn die meisten in der heutigen Zeit auf die tägl. Zimmerreinigung verzichten, muss man doch im Hotel jemanden durch die Gänge oder um das Hotel herum schicken, um evtl. Müll zu entdecken.

Das Frühstück war herausragend. Eine sehr gute Auswahl . Sowie das Angebot Omelette frisch zubereitet zu bekommen. Genau deswegen würden wir das Hotel wieder buchen. Das unsere beiden Doppelzimmer eine Verbindungskabel hatten.

Die Tiefgarage kann mit einer Dachbox nicht genutzt werden .

While room shortcomings far outweighed the positives of this hotel, several aspects were satisfactory. The WC in my unit appeared to be new or recently refurbished, contrasting with the worn appearance of the bedroom. Regarding location, the pedestrian bridge from the main train station to the hotel helpfully connects directly to the station platforms via staircases, so the distance from one’s arrival train to the hotel may be less than a mapping program might indicate. (Note, however, that the city centre and Ulm’s sights, including the Münster, are to the east of the main station, whereas the hotel is across the tracks and to the west.) Additionally, the room’s air conditioning operated effectively, although it did not at all dissipate the room odor that I discuss below. Finally, the hotel breakfast was reasonably good; the scrambled eggs and Frikadellen (meat patties) were of good quality, though the bacon was mediocre and the sausages not, in my opinion, up to the standard of Nürnberg-style Würstchen.

Based on this hotel’s premium price point, I expected a clean, business-class standard for my 5-day stay. Instead: (1) There was a strong, foul odor concentrated just outside the bathroom area from the moment I arrived. I hoped that leaving the window open overnight would eliminate this, despite the resultant road noise, but when I returned the next evening, the odor persisted. I reported the odor to the evening reception clerk, even identifying its location with a diagram, then had to endure it for another night. But when I returned on the 3rd evening, the odor was still there. I again reported this to the evening clerk (now a different individual) and messaged the hotel via booking.com, and again endured it overnight. On the 4th evening, finally, I returned to find a note from the cleaning manager stating that the carpet had been wet-cleaned. While this treatment did partially mitigate the smell, why was this deep cleaning not performed prior to assigning the room? (2) When opening the window on the 1st day to try to air out the odor, I discovered extensive spider webs inside the window frame and a spider nest immediately outside. I had to clear a portion of this infestation away myself. (3) The room layout did not match the promotional photographs that accompanied my selected Deluxe room type when booking the unit. Instead, it had an awkward L-shape, with the narrowest section being the source of the persistent odor. (4) Upon my arrival, the sofa bed was fully extended and made up with sheets, blocking physical movement, although I had booked the room for single use. I had to explicitly request that the staff remove the linens and retract the bed frame so that the space was functional enough to use. (5) The laundry-list document provided in the room had already been filled out by a previous guest, forcing me to secure a clean copy from reception myself. CONCLUSION: Substandard room preparation, combined with a delayed response to the odor issue, ruined my stay.

Freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeitende. Gehen auf Zimmerwünsche ein.

Ich konnte erst ca. 2 Stunden nach dem angekündigten Check in einchecken. Normale Zeit ist 15 Uhr. Ich hab online Check in gemacht und angegeben, dass wir zwischen 16 und 17 Uhr ankommen. Zimmer war nicht fertig. Wir wurden gebeten, Platz zu nehmen. Keine info. Kein Getränk angeboten. Ich hab mir dann beim Automaten kleine Maltesers geholt um 3 Euro. Diese musste ich dann beim checkout nicht bezahlen. Lächerlich. Es kann echt vorkommen, dass das Zimmer nicht fertig ist. Aber dann biete ich zumindest kostenlose Getränke und einen kleinen Snack an. Wirklich beschämend, wie wir hier abgehandelt wurden.

The fancy coffee machine does not make it easy just to boil water for tea, and tea supplies were not provided. The parking was unsatisfactory. After saying it is provided, first a big surcharge is attached and then even the front desk unclear about how getting in and out multiple times works. Once charged for a day, they should give a ticket which opens gate multiple times.

Jó elhelyezkedésű, jó ár/érték arányú szálláshely. Modern, tiszta, igényes hotel, kedves személyzet. Finom széles választékú reggeli.

A parkolóházban drága a parkolás. 18 EUR/éj. Utazásunk alkalmából a hotel szomszédságában nagyszabású építkezés zajlott, ami a gépjármű közlekedést is nehezítette.

Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und liegt fussläuftig von der Stadtmitte und HBF. Grosse Tiefgarage ist vorhanden. Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, Bad hat eine tolle Größe. Frühstück SEHR umfangreich und lecker. Komme gerne wieder.

Everything about the stay was excellent: Room: Spaciously laid out, spotless, and very quiet. Bed: Exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Breakfast: Fresh, varied, and well-prepared with plenty of options. Overall, all was good!

Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, vielfältig und lecker. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, man ist in ca. 15 min in der Innenstadt beim Münster. Momentan ist die Anreise durch Straßenbaustellen erschwert.

Sehr modernes Top-Hotel in einem Quartier, welches gerade entwickelt wird, neben der Großbaustelle Blaubeurer Tor. Da stehen dann halt charmante bis abrissbedürftige Häuschen neben sterilen Wohnblocks mit teils recht spießigen Bewohnern (in einem Hauseingang hing eine FAQ, wie man korrekt Falschparker anzeigt). Da kann das Hotel aber nix für und die Baustelle verschwindet zur Gartenschau 2030, so die Planung. Dann befindet sich das Hotel auch in einer sehr guten Lage.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, lovely shower, friendly staff. They have 2 chargers for EV’s in the garage. Walk over the bridge of the central station and you will have lots of shops and restaurants. Check out the Halle restaurant. In the morning there are bakeries available around the station for breakfast.

Parking is 18 euros per night per car and breakfast is 20 euros per person. With 2 cars and 5 persons that was quite an add on to the price.

Zimmer OK, sehr sehr reichhaltiges Buffet. Gerne wieder,!

Het is een mooi groot en modern hotel met parkeergelegenheid onder het hotel. De kamers zijn ruim, modern en schoon. De badkamer is niet heel groot, maar wel modern en schoon. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is uitstekend.

Het hotel kent de mogelijkheid tot avondeten. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding daarvan is onder de maat. Bovendien was de wachttijd tussen hoofdgerecht en dessert erg lang (bijna 3 kwartier). Verder ligt het hotel op een goede locatie, maar door grote wegwerkzaamheden rond het hotel is de bereikbaarheid momenteel niet optimaal. Die slechte bereikbaarheid is het hotel niet te verwijten, maar ik had verwacht dat het hotel kort voor aankomst, b.v. 1 dag via email daarop zou hebben geattendeerd. Dat had bijvoorbeeld samen met de mail gekund om vooraf in te checken.

Ganska dyrt. Ligger i ett ”utvecklingsområde” känns det som. Mycket nybyggda hus och och pågående byggnationer runt omkring. Området mellan hotellet och staden känns lite skumt och ger känslan att man inte ska gå själv.

Omgeving en bereikbaarheid

La posizione dell'hotel, rispetto al centro storico era molto buona, la colazione a buffet era molto varia e ricca di prelibatezze, nel complesso un ottimo hotel.

Purtroppo devo dire che alla reception abbiamo trovato personale che parlava solo il tedesco, noi abbiamo provato in italiano, francese e inglese ma abbiamo dovuto utilizzare il traduttore simultaneo per chiedere informazioni...forse l'unica pecca.

Die RIIIIIESENBaustelle der umgebenden Straßen (bis 2030!!!), die Zufahrt war nur mit Google Maps zu finden! Der Bettdeckenüberzug hatte einen unappetitlichen Fleck - der Rezeptionist war leicht überfordert mit der Beschaffung eines sauberen Überzugs, da um 22 Uhr natürlich kein Housekeeping mehr verfügbar war. Aber wir haben das hingekriegt! Die Klimaanlage war auf 19 Grad eingestellt - wir mussten das Fenster aufmachen, damit die Sommerhitze das Zimmer etwas wärmen konnte…

Leonardo ketjun hotellit ovat sellainen varma ja hyvä valinta. Suomalaiselle samaa tasoa kuin Sokos hotellin paikat. Aamupala runsas ja plussana kokki tekee omeletit toiveiden mukaan. Plussana myös suodatinkahvi aamupalalla. Suosittelen paikkaa!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr guter Lage zum Zentrum ist durch Baumaßnahmen überall weitgehend davon abgeschnitten. Zuvile Umleitungen und Umwege ohne Einfluss des Hotels aber zu seinem Schaden.
