The property is top! The children enjoyed the pool, the room and most of all the food! We had a relaxing time and I didnt need to worry about anything. There are many attractions near the hotel, so it is not a boring place to be! Very family oriented hotel. There are bathrobes for the kids too! The staff are really accommodating and gives us all our requests.

It is a bit of a walk to go to the mainland, so we had to take a taxi every time we go out. The property is not beachfront as mentioned in booking.com, so we always need to take a taxi to the nearest beach. There was initially a problem in the reception as they did not understand that our booking is half-board, so dinner should be included. I had to insist several times that we paid for the dinner too, but eventually they called the management and everything was sorted out. It seems that it was not obvious in the booking that the dinner was inclusive. All in all, it worked out well.

The location is perfect for me and my family. The hotel over all is pretty good. The price is pretty good for what you get.

When I was planning to pay the property at the concierge, the price from their side was different from the price on the booking.com site. Staff was poor in English communication even though this is an international brand. No ushering or greetings from the staff when we entered the breakfast buffet, nor did they ask if we wanted coffee. I’ve been to this hotel before and management has really gone downhill from when I was here last year. I hope they will be able to improve in the future as this is honestly a lovely hotel in an otherwise great location.

Everything. Quite Location, polite staff ready to help. Food at the breakfast, the gym all good.

A bit out of the city and away from the shops. I guess that added to the charm.

Location and comfort

No entertainment specially on tv no english program and there was option of smart tv but couldn't connect due to very difficult procedure. Internet was also very slow and didnt work.

It's definitely an excellent hotel. It does look at western standards of good hotels, such as the availability of day services for laundry... actually even laundry services altogether, which can be a rare service in top Chinese hotels. Good services, clean, decent breakfast. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China.

1. I’ve never saw a singer SO GOOD as the singer in the restaurant/garden. I would return to the hotel just to listen to this singer again!! She is amazing! 2. The hotel is beautiful, the building is really nice! 3. The food is very well prepared 4. It’s a nice location, very comfortable to walk around!

1. The AC system works only in the hotel lobby. Doesn’t matter what temperature you set, it will be 26 degrees in your bedroom, which is the standard comfort temperature for China (super hot and uncomfortable for whom is not used to it). 2. Check the cigarette smell in the bedroom before entering (this is a general problem in China).

This is a gorgeous property with a very awe inspiring aesthetic and extremely helpful and friendly staff. The door man had the best smile and greetings! The desk attendants made every effort to understand my horrible Mandarin. The property is beautiful and my room has spectacular views of the water. The bike path along the water is very pleasant and renting a pedal car is a fun way to see the area. Breakfast is terrific. A wide variety of choices. I would appreciate more beverage options. The juices are great but not for my blood sugar. Unsweetened iced tea or diet cola would have made this perfect for me, but I'm not typical. I had procrastinated reserving this room and wasn't able to secore a King bed. The listing was a bit ambiguously worded, so I wasn't sure if we would get 1 or 2 beds. We did end up with 2, but my wife and I pushed them together and that was fine. And the housekeeping staff obliged our wishes and made the beds up as one the best they could. The balcony is a real treat and the room overall is very pleasant and stunningly decorated. The lobby of this hotel is impressively luxurious. The grounds are a nice place to walk or sit and enjoy the perfect ocean breeze.

The air conditioning did t work. The thermostat didn't even turn on. It was blank. Luckily, we were not often in the room during the daytime and the breeze from the balcony kept the room comfortable. The mini fridge, which I use to store my medication, was not very cold and had no freezer for my ice packs. The pool was amazing looking, but I mistakenly thought the small pool next to it was a hot tub. It seemed to be just a small pool for children. The pool is not really for leisure and lounging. If you want to vigorously swim laps, it's fine. But I just like sitting in the water and enjoying the view with a beverage, which didn't seem to be an option. The process of going to the pool with wrist band for the lockers, head cap requirement, and the automatic rinse is a bit tedious. I prefer a casual pool environment with a hot tub and drinks served / allowed. The hotel also has several ways to get food or a snack, but they're not in sync and none of them usually has everything I wanted from one of the sources. The breakfast area has a fridge with carbonated drinks and beer, but buying a coke from them seemed to cause a bit of confusion. The self serve store didn't have coke zero and the drinks were not cold. Their process is also confusing. The bar was the main place I found to be extra accommodating, letting me order a dessert and cola with ice to take back to my room. Room service requests from the phone confused staff and they had to have someone call me back, maybe to find someone that spoke English. That's fine, but by the time they called, we had decided to go downstairs to the restaurant. I like the location for the view and the atmosphere. But visiting anything outside of the hotel requires a really long walk or taxi. The nearest non hotel restaurants or shops seem to be about a 10 minute walk along the bike path toward the bridge.

Everything is good except for the location is out of city area

Location too far and not convenient to travel by subways need to hail GrabCar or taxi whenever to the nearest subways

This is a new hotel in a new development area called huangdao in qingdao its about 1.5 hours from the airport and far away from anything its a filthy hotel with a magnificent view. Most staff don’t speak English at all the rooms are tiny but have a balcony with a beautiful view but. definitely not a hotel for a traveling business person Executive lounge is a joke closed most of the day and when open nothing to offer even at happy hour. Same is for the breakfast almost no fresh fruit and fresh vegetables. Service overall is very bad. I recommend to stay away for from this hotel again it's also very far from the airport.

I am a traveler and had been traveling for over two months before arriving at the Hilton hotel. During my travels, I mostly stayed at hotels under the Huazhu and Marriott brands. However, I discovered that the Hilton had a prime location on Star Island and also received a Gold card membership from American Express, so I decided to stay at the Hilton. I was impressed by the hotel's service and comfortable environment, and I would have given it a perfect 10 rating and stayed for two weeks if not for what happened next. During my first breakfast, I heard someone coughing loudly and found that it was the chef who was making dumpling wrappers, and he wasn't wearing a mask. I told a responsible server passing by, who then informed the chef and gave him a mask. I give this server 100 points! The next day, another server was sick and was wearing a black mask, and his voice was hoarse. The following evening, I felt tired and had diarrhea, and by night, I had a fever. On the fourth day, I bought a COVID-19 antigen test, and the result was positive! Even though I had not eaten any dumplings, I still couldn't avoid contracting the virus. On the fifth day, I left the Hilton with a tired body, wearing a mask, and gave a smile to the staff at the reception, knowing that it wasn't their fault. I have been at home for six  days now, and finally, I don't need to rely on medicine to reduce my fever and stop taking azithromycin, but I still need to drink more Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Syrup for a few more days. Thank God for feeling healthy again!

The hotel from the outside and the inside is very civilized and clean, but the problem with the rooms was that most of the equipment inside the room did not work, and the biggest problem at breakfast was that all items were specialized in Chinese food only, the thing that made us pay the value of breakfast without eating anything every morning The reception did not speak English and there was a problem with dealing

The elevator not working since many days , the breakfast is very poor.i paid for good breakfast but they have one kind of cheese and the tee is cold even the milk. The cleaning not okay ,very slow service, I will not recommend this hotel to any one

Just back from a three day stay and I was very impressed with this hotel. Very central area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely clean pool. Very good breakfast. Will defineltly be back again 😍

It has been quite a few years since I last visited Melaka. For this trip we specifically chose Double Tree by Hilton Melaka to stay. The stay in this hotel does meet our expectations. The location to the hotel was ideally situated in an exclusive environment. I particularly want to compliment the reception staff (my apologies for not taken down their names) for their efficiency, friendliness, being so helpful and more importantly for their accommodating service. I must say the room is well maintained, clean and tidy. The lighting was sufficient to provide a cozy ambience. The refurbishment was well furnished and reflect a spacious movement around the room. The toilet amenities were useful and of quality. We also enjoyed our sleep as the area was quiet and the feeling of peace. The carpark location may be slightly out of the way but nevertheless access to it was quite easy. However, the only setback was the lack of outlets and entertaining amenities within the hotel and outside surroundings. We do look forward to enjoying another stay in this hotel.

I wish to prize our wonderful, repeated holidays in that Doubletree by Hilton hotel in Kusadasi / Turkey. I would like to start by mentioning the exquisite and dedicated service of Mrs Belkiz, our housekeeper. Furthermore, I wish to mention Mrs Zeynep, a pleasant acquaintance from our last holiday in the hotel, who made our breakfasts experience smooth, pleasant and "tasty" :-) But to not be unfair for the rest of staff, I wish to thank the whole staff for our very pleasant stay in the hotel.

I had an amazing stay with Double Tree by Hilton,Agra.. The staff here is very polite and they have amazing sense of hospitality.. Saikat..Pritam..Rajkumar..Kirandeep serve me while having my meals in NORTH 27..All the staff was courteous and well behaved..

This hotel is superb. The service is impeccable, the staff are professional, kind and always there to help. They go the extra mile. Our room was done up twice a day. The waiters remember our usual orders and would get our English tea ready on our table by the time we come back from the breakfast bar. Gonca Karahan was so pleasant always there to greet you and make your breakfast experience extra special. The location is convenient. The tram line is right outside the hotel so you can jump on and head to the sultan ehmat area where the blue mosque and Sofia Haga are located. Definitely worth recommending!!

It was a fantastic hotel, insanely beautiful inside and out. Very friendly and helpful staff. And the food was very good, delicious, fresh.Special thanks for the delicious cocktails 😁and the places were very beautiful, gorgeous clear sea,atmospheric landscapes..But most of all I want to mention the animation. And sonic is one of the nicest animations I've ever seen.Very professional, crazy cool👍👍👍 Thank you for this wonderful vacation.It was practically paradise 😍✌️

We booked our rooms at this hotel via Expedia. We presented our confirmation numbers at check in to learn our reservations had been cancelled. It took us 2 hours to get the issue resolved and to get our room keys. To top it off, when I checked in I told double tree that our room had been paid for via Expedia. Doubletree charged my credit card as well despite me advising them the room was paid for. When I contacted double tree, they told me I had to talk with Expedia. It took me more than 45 minutes to try and get through to Expedia, without success. We stayed in this high end resort and paid high end prices to do so but unfortunately did not receive high end service. Doubletree was not willing to make it right with either the 2 hour check in issue or the double charging issue. I would be very reluctant to stay at this hotel ever again since they are not client first oriented. So frustrated.

It was one of the best stay i had with hilton, my floor incharge mr Narayan and My room service attendent Mr Gaurav Sharma was very nice and professional guy he helped me a lot and kept my room tidy and bieng new to gurgoan suggested very good places to visit. thank you so much Hilton and special thanks to Gurav for Helping me out.

We had a pleasant time at the Hotel. Everything clean and personnel very efficient. At the front desk Sebastian was so helpful and Karen at the restaurant was very caring. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We felt at home.

The towels were not replaced upon request. One time a dirty towel was put on the floor to be changed, it was replaced again on the hanger. I know it’s the same one because it had a smudge of my mascara on it. The room service m did not speak any other language (only Turkish), so we couldn’t explain to them what the issue was.

The environment surround the hotel was nice and peaceful. It was quiet with just the right amount of entertainment noise at the surround beer bars in the area. The food service staff was amazing and the food selections both breakfast and dinner was absolutely amazing.

Upon check-in the receptionist was not professional by not knowing our reservation and the package that came with our reservation. The room was not properly cleaned and there were many items that was not at the right place. As VIP customers, we had to asked why there were no special welcome package upon our arrival (i.e. fruits, toy for our child). We were asked if we would like an upgrade of our current room and it was noted that the upgrade room is more modern with a better view. We took the upgrade just to discover the exact same room facing the beer bar street so we experienced more noise during the late evenings. We were moved to a floor with more kids which affected our sleep and morning routines. We had a problem with our balcony lights and we had asked the facility if they can replace the lightbulb, but it was not taken care of. The location was not convenient from regular traffic, so getting a taxi was not so easy. The staff was not helpful when we were trying to get to the train station to return back to our hometown. My wife accidentally left a scarf in the room and no one from the hotel informed us about it until we decided to call and inquire about it. There was a good 10 hours before we called the hotel and they quickly informed us that they found it, but they did not notify us right away.

We came to the hotel after a long day of visiting in the Taj Mahal, got a worm welcome and amazing rooms, swam in the lovley pool and got a massage. The dinner was amazing by the chef santosh nd vinayaka as part of Vijay awards food fastival. Also got an incredible service from saket and frankly, this was our best day at India so far-all due to the hotel’s experience. Very very recommended!!!

Rooms are all ocean front views. Rooms are excellency , house keeping fabulous. They provide towels for beach and pool , no extra cost . They have a pool bin full of pool toys and ocean toys for guest .. I.e. boogie boards , pool floats, … .private Beach is beautiful . Breakfasts , lunch and dinner is great . Rooms are clean , comfortable and relaxing. Thank you for a great stay !

トイレにウォシュレットがないので、今後、設置して欲しい。

It was a very nice and comfortable hotel, especially for the super sized King bed. But I wish there was a bathtub in the room.

Check in and check out, eachtaking more than 1 hour, they said it's normal !! Room is freezing , and call someone to come and fix taking 1hour, no apology !! 住房，退房 总共花了2个多小时，前台说正常，没有改善的态度。 住了套房，室内温度13度，叫人来看情况花了1个小时，说没法修理，说冬天是正常 早餐没有什么吃的，人太多了。

Very new and nice hotel ,staffs are helpful, worth that price, will chose to stay in this hotel next time when visit Qingdao.
