Our suite was comfortable for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. The breakfast is so great and opens nice and early which we appreciate. Very pet friendly with an outdoor area for the dogs to go to the bathroom and nice sidewalks for walking.

Our TV remote didn't work and they didn't send someone up to replace it for over 2 hours. We also had someone bring extra coffee to our room by mistake. Both visits were after 8pm and woke up our very young children which we did NOT appreciate.

Clean. Very nice overall appearance. Great breakfast with made-to-order omelet. The value of the breakfast easily takes $40 off of the cost of the room.

They rent out their pool for swim lessons without notifying the hotel guests.

The breakfast was AMAZING!! Our room was beautiful!! The parking was very convenient in the parking garage considering how hot it was! Over amazing experience.

The system was down when we got there but it didn't really make it an inconvenience for us. The wifi wouldn't work at all and that did suck.

It has very nice rooms and a clean space with good energy.

Could be more around there to do. It’s a car kind of hotel. Which is not uncommon for the area.

The room was super clean and with great variety of breakfast. Also the front staff ( Raina) was kind of enough to honor our early check-in request and helping us few more request. All staffs are very friendly.

The front desk reception was super friendly and super nice. The rooms are a good size as well.

The bathroom in the room we were in had like an orange soap scum that looks like it trickled down the wall from the bar in the tub then stained it. The worst part about the stay was probably the kitchen staff. They were rude at times and came across like they were miserable. I saw a guy take waffle batter up to the chef that was making eggs and he handed it to her to make for him. So I thought that was a good idea and when I went up and asked for the same thing he just asked for, she responded with a snotty tone and said I don’t make those up here. I replied saying oh sorry I thought you did since someone else just was here and she said it again no I don’t cook that here that’s what the waffle maker is for. So I went back made my waffle but as I was waiting for it to cook a different worker walked up next to me refilling the toppings got mad because one of the topping spoons had batter on it. You could tell she was not happy and had attitude saying out loud complaining well there goes that. It definitely made me miss our stay at the embassy suites Anaheim North, the kitchen staff was amazing and super nice. There was only one staff member here in the kitchen who was nice and polite. It was the lady who was cleaning the tables. She was amazing and very helpful. The part that makes the embassy suites great is there breakfast but this is the first one I was at that made me feel unwelcomed.

The rooms were smaller than most Embassy properties and the cleaning agent used in the restrooms does not smell fresh. The property should consider a vent deodorizer like the lobby and halls have.

Not the usual size room we're used to in an Embassy Suites. It was small.

Wonderful, clean, large suite with a great breakfast and nice evening reception. It's in an industrial area so there is not much around if you don't have a car.

I ended up having dinner at the restaurant and there was only 1 waitress for the entire place. She did an incredible job considering. Kitchen was slow and understaffed too, but the food was good.

The brickstone had great food. Nice atmosphere.

Room wasn't as clean as expected. My husband found some strange stuff on the floor when he dropped his phone. The shower pressure or shower head wasn't the best. It was a struggle and I couldn't change the settings on the shower head. The lights also flickered in the bathroom and bedroom it was a bit creepy. I had a gorgeous view that's the best part of the room.

The woman who checked us in was amazing. I wish I could remember her name!

The night shift person did not treat us well when we asked for bottled water. The bed was not good. Needs to be replaced.

The pool area was dirty. Hair, fake eyelashes, and garbage all over the pool area. It was disgusting.

The laundry room was coin operated. Credit card laundry machines would be ideal.

Breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast. The omelet station was good. Plenty of options available for kids. The lobby was spacious with room for people to work and meet. This is clearly a hotel geared towards corporate stays. The parking garage was nice too and great to have covered parking.

The location isn't great for tourism. You will need a car to get to restaurants.

The room was nice and clean, a good shower that actually worked ok, the breakfast was wonderful.

The room pillows, were terrible! The room temperature wasn’t able to be adjusted and it was very warm in the room.

The temperature of the room was nice and cool, the mattress was comfortable. Elevators rode nice and quiet.

Being charged for parking without notice. Breakfast; the food was hard, dry and bland. Even though people were still eating, they shut down the drinks so no one could get anymore drinks with their food. Bedroom; the room was dusty, the floors we’re needing to be mopped, the pillows were flat, and bedsheets didn’t fit the bed, the microwave was dirty and had hair inside, didn’t heat up well. The fridge had a weird smell. The shower handle seemed to be broken, could only be either super hot or super cold. The staff never seemed to check the ice room, there was a beer bottle on the floor the whole stay. The master light switch is a stupid concept, turning off even the outlet to the tv. The light fixtures were broken.

Staff was present and friendly. Very easy to work with for requests.

Ice machines didnt work on any of the top several floors. Room cleanliness was moderate.

The property was out of water and the management. Kind of strung me along ..I finally had to leave the property and find a hotel with water . I had an important business meeting and needed to shower . I would kindly request a refund.. The on site manager said a refund wouldn't be a problem if bookings contacts them directly Thanks Mike

I do not like the shower heads they are to high and I would prefer a hand held option and a bath tub.

We always enjoy staying at Embassy Suites! Especially enjoy the complimentary happy hour option. The rooms are always quite spacious also. I absolutely love the fact that I can text the front desk at anytime with any questions or needs for our room.

I will mention that I think the sleeping room was TOO dark when all the lights were off. I ended up leaving the front room area by coffee-microwave etc light on all night with the door to the bathroom shut 3/4 of the way to leave some dim light available as I get up during the night to go to the bathroom. Secondly, I think there should be some pillow upgrade too.

Good location as was close to family. Breakfast was very good.

Coffee maker was not working the whole stay. Had 2 different maintenance men come. One said it worked we just needed to wait for it to heat up - still never worked and when plugged in caused the lights to dim and flicker. Hallway during the night was very noisy/ apparently some type of athletic event was occurring locally and the kids were very noisy in hallway. I have stayed here many times and never been disappointed as I was this time.

It was a very clean and nice hotel in business complex. There was nothing in walkable distance but we were able to find nice restaurants by driving a short distance. The breakfast included was excellen with a variety of options and omelets cooked on the spot.

Great location to shopping

Our room smelled very badly. Room service forgot all side items, said they would return to the room with them and never did. Carpet was ripped up and frayed in the room when we arrived. No bar soap. We were staying in the largest master suite (which is very rare bc we typically cannot afford that). Don’t spend an extra penny if you don’t have to. Staff is very kind, but we would not stay there again - do not recommend.

Gym, pool area was close to the check in desks. Easy to find and no mazes to find my room. Room was very spacious, clean and the photos did no justice for this room.

From the time. We got to the embassy suites f***** Until the time we left, the staff was very courteous. Very helpful. This woman pool was excellent with hot tub. The room. Or let's was excellent. Bed are very comfortable. Furniture is very comfortable. The morning breakfast is very good evening. Free drinks and snacks. What's the extra length?

The room was clean, there was a microwave, fridge and kettle so we could make lots of tea. Really spacious and clean. We were close to dinning, groceries and shopping options.

There was a door to another room (probably for big families) but we did not liked it.

Staff was excellent to work with. Kind, considerate, and very accommodating to my situation.
