Home2 Suites By Hilton Montreal Dorval

The facilities were very well maintained.

I stayed for one night. The experience from the get go was amazing! Linda was working at reception and she was so lovely and welcoming! Parking was really easy, it's either outside or you have underground parking in the garage. A word of caution, you need your room key to enter and leave the garage. The room was so big and comfy, with everything provided for a great stay. They had a full kitchen, complete with cutlery and plates, cups/glasses. The washroom was really big with a standing shower. The room and washroom were both super clean and the hotel itself was really nice. And the breakfast was perfect! They had a great selection of waffles, eggs, hash browns, toast, muffins, bagels, coffee/tea, etc. The location is very central as well. I cannot wait to stay here again!

Everything was perfect.

The staffs are very friendly and make us feel welcome. The room is clean and cozy. This hotel offer more than the regular hotel would offer. They provide FREE EV charging and free car washing which i never see such service along my trip. I love the room it comes with fully equipped kitchen which includes a sink, full size fridge (not mini fridge), dishwasher, counter top stove, kettle and of course coffee maker. They are very thoughtful and even prepared ear plug and humidifier in the room in case it's needed. Our stay also includes breakfast. They offer so many selections and high quality of food. Over all it's very pleasant experience.

A well-maintained property with exceptional service from all the staff! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the hotel offers great amenities, including space for games, a pool, and an outdoor BBQ area. I truly recommend this hotel!

Nothing to say :)

Les multiples commodités disponibles

Camera spaziosa e pulita. Non mancava nulla. Ottima colazione!!

⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – Not What We Expected from Hilton We booked this hotel for our annual Montreal trip because we were 7 families travelling together and wanted everyone to stay in the same hotel. We booked all of our rooms together on the same day, sometime in May, well in advance of our trip. Unfortunately, just two days before our arrival, the hotel cancelled 3 of our rooms, saying there was a technical issue, and transferred those families to another hotel. This was extremely disappointing because the whole purpose of booking early and together was for our families and children to stay in one place and enjoy the trip together. Because of this last-minute change, some of our kids missed out on the fun and activities we had planned at the hotel. The room we received was also very small and did not have basic amenities such as soap, shower caps, and other small necessities. We had to request these items from room service. The biggest issue was the bathroom design and ventilation. The bathroom had a sliding-style door that did not close or seal properly. Whenever someone used the toilet, the unpleasant odour spread throughout the entire room. It seemed like the exhaust fan was either not working properly or was not effective at all. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable. We have stayed at Hilton properties before and expected a much better standard. Unfortunately, this was one of the poorest hotel-room experiences we have had with Hilton. Considering the advance booking, the last-minute cancellation of three rooms, and the condition and design of the room, we were very disappointed with our stay.

Room service

Rooms, beds

Bright very clean lovely cheerful pastel colours everywhere spacious room and bathroom. Nice furniture. Lots of lamps huge top to ceiling window. Plenty of space for suitcases and clothes. Amazing kind staff that you can rely on for help. Good breakfast nice lobby area.

It is close to the airport. I wish a store wws closer but i was told there were stores and restorants within 10 min walk which I did not took.

Good breakfast, friendly guest services,

Noise from the road

Breakfast was great, cleaning services did a good job!

Prix qualité

Breakfast, underground parking

Didn't find anything

Super friendly and very informative staff. Good size room with all the facilities needed. Although it was about 1.5km walk to the station the new Rem network its a great connection to the city.

One of us found breakfast bland and weak coffee

Good proximity to buses, restaurants, shopping etc. Staff lovely and very helpful.

The traffic noise and the karting noise. Possibly a couple more gluten free options.

Staff is ok

Linda was really kind and the breakfast was good lot of choice

PAS QUALITÉ - PRIX, J'ATTENDAI MIEUX DE CE QUE J'AI EU.

LE BRUIT PENDANT LA NUITE EST DÉRANGEANT, LE PRIX DE LA CHAMBRE NE RÉFLÈTE PAS LE CONFORT QUE J'AI EU, LE GRAND MIRROIR AVAIT DES TÂCHES DE SALETÉ.

Tout

Rien

Good

Propre et personnels professionnel.

Break was good and location is good

Internet wifi

The neatness of the facility, spacious rooms and helpfulness of the staff. Even after I missed the timing for breakfast, the front desk lady and kitchen staff still made me some breakfast.

Nothing

Rien

Free parking, indoor pool, close to airport.

Too noisy, mattress had a huge dip in it which stayed all night, couldn’t sleep! Breakfast was atrocious with very grumpy staff! Coffee was horrible. Very disappointed in this Hilton hotel, a definite 3/10 , will not recommend!

There was an induction cooktop in the room but there was not any induction pan to use with the cooktop as the normal pans are not working with this type of the cooktop. I appreciate if you may consider adding the induction pan to be added to the kitchenware.

The rooms and cleaning

Excellent hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful the breakfast was amazing and rich. The room was very large and clean

Everything was perfect

They are cheap and don't clean the rooms properly and on a daily basis On several occasions i could not drive back to the hotel after going for supper due to construction I was not made aware of this

Clean, good breakfast, and free parking

Le service et le déjeuner

rien

Perfect location

Nothing

Very friendly staff. Nice to have fridge in room. Great that we could have our dog with us.

Would have preferred lower floor since we had our dog with us.

RAS

The indoor swimming pool

Its location. Far from restaurants

Rien

Clean , comfortable and jasmine answer all my questions

NA

Exact location for our trip.

Room was too cold, blanket was sufficient for summer but not for winter weather.

The staff is really helpful, and help the guest feel at home. At the room there is also a work desk and you can connect with wifi .

Have a working office space that you can pay extra and use it to connect to your job, if you are required to connect to ethernet. I understand most guests only need wifi connection.

It’s very clean and staff were very friendly and nice

One think I did not like is breakfast menu

Propreté

Bruyant sans arrêt, lits et literie médiocre

Studio bien équiper

Bruit des voitures de l autoroute

Schöne Zimmer, super Ausstattung, toller Pool

Leider laut, aber man gewöhnt sich dran ;)

Great staff. Easy location to highway.
