I’ve been to Tunisia before and haven’t had a great experience so I didn’t have the highest hopes but I was so shocked at this hotel. It was amazing, the food was great always fresh and so much choice. The staff were INCREDIBLE, the waiters, bar staff, animation team, life guards, reception, cleaning everyone is so lovely I couldn’t be any happier being here. Private beach is also a great touch. My old downsides is the hotel is little outdated but nothing too bad. Overall amazing stay! Would highly recommend

Tunisia is a country of differences! There is both a sparkling sea and a desert! High mountains and oases. In Tunisia is the border between the sandy and the cave desert. Baja Beach Hotel is a great place to explore the desert because it is located on the island of Djerba and it is very close. The hotel is 3 stars and fully meets them. We were there for a week in a family room - two adults and two children, together with two families. The rooms were cleaned every day, with the maid making sure to prepare bed figures and leaving water in the fridge. The food is varied, with an African flavor, slightly spicy. The drinks are pretty weird. Beer is the best. Pastis is also great. There are several pools, one with water slides, for the entertainment of all visitors. The beach is wonderful with crystal warm water. It has its own umbrellas and sunbeds. You can walk on it with camels. The hotel is great for relaxing and exploring the desert, the oases, the filming locations of Star Wars

Hello everyone. This is not my first time staying at this hotel. What do I like? Beautiful large territory, good staff, always positive, remember regular guests. Strong animation team, managed by animation chief Amor. Excellent entertainment program for the whole day and of course an evening show. The restaurant has a good selection of food, the bar also has many different types of drinks. There are many cafes and restaurants outside the hotel, you can have dinner for an average price, about 70 dinars per person. I love this hotel and its team. Thank you, chief Amor, for not letting us get bored with the team. 💞💞💞

I returned from the hotel a week ago. I liked everything very much, the staff is very polite and courteous. everything went quickly at the reception, registration, check-in. the room was given a good one, cleaning every day and towels were changed as needed. the restaurant is full of various delicious food, and there are many drinks at the bar. the animation is excellent, thank chef animation Amor, all the guests are always involved and satisfied. I will definitely return to this hotel.

The animation team is the best part of the hotel. Great programme, every day something new. DJ is great person and he plays great songs and mixes. Every single animator is kind and friendly and have a helpful boss. Barmans at the pool bar are friendly and kind too. Only reason to come back will be the DJ and animators. The rooms are old, the pool is damaged and some people have injured their feet from it. Some waiters are unpleasant and slow and help you only if you give them some Tip. So overall the animation team is the only reason to visit hotel. DM

Hôtel correct pour effectuer la quarantaine de 7 jours obligatoires. L'équipe est très compréhensive et arrangeante. Merci à Farid et Youcef qui ont tout fait pour que mo' séjour se passe bien.

Covidový hotel, prý otevřen jen kvůli covidu. Špína, humus, za celý týden ani jednou teplé jídlo.

La restauration déplorable, surtout pour des personnes confinées dans la chambre, et qui reçoivent leur repas froid quand on les a pas oublier.

Spina, jidlo se nedalo jist, vse ošklivé. Nikdy vice.

Des voleurs, c'est un hotel d'isolement Covid, ils nous ont obligé de payer au mois 7 nuits alors que ma tante est mourante. ils m'ont dit, tu paie et tu pars!

Je parcours la Tunisie depuis des années déjà, j’ai rarement été déçu, mais là, c’est au-delà de toutes imagination, en tout compris, nous prenions nos repas à l’extérieur (je veux dire dans des restos en ville), même les apéros, coupé a l’eau, et j’en passe… Bien sûr, le personnel est sympa, c’est déjà ça, mais il fait avec ses moyens, c’est-à-dire rien… Voyons la chambre, bien qu’a part y dormir, on y passe peu de temps et heureusement, humide, voir moisie, enfin exécrable… J’ai fait beaucoup d’hôtels dans presque toutes les villes de Tunisie, autant de restaurants, je n’ai pas pour habitude de me plaindre, mais là, même sans être difficile, je ne peux que vous déconseiller, et le mot est faible…

Etablissement propre,personnel sympa souriant et seviable. Super espace piscines avec ses toboggans, transats... Plage au pieds de l hotel...Equipe animations au top. Restauration un peu repetitive mais ça va... Je recommande cette hotel rapport qualité/prix

Hôtel très bien pour un séjour en famille, en couple ou entre amis. Toboggan amuse grand et petit et la plage privée de l’hôtel est très belle. Petit conseil : allez mangez à l’hacienda (buffet de l’hôtel) calme propre et très beau cadre.

La propreté et l’hygiène sont inexistant dans cette établissement (coton tige retrouvé à deux reprise dans les lits, pas de savon ni dans la chambre ni dans les lieux commun...). De plus le personnel n’est ni accueillant ni serviable. Rien de bon à retenir. Je déconseille fortement

Les extérieurs sont en parfait état’ piscines de très bonne qualité’ belle plage propre par contre certaines chambres les plus anciennnes sont de horrible état’ odeur d’humidité très gênante c’est franchement dommage de gâcher le séjour pour cela

Aime : toboggans Pas aimé : saleté dans les toilettes notamment, aucun savon dans aucun des toilettes des parties communes L’air hautain des tunisiens pas aimables du tout ( accueil , bar) Le fait qu’on soit harcelé du matin au soir pour vendre leurs activités et excursions Chambre : j’ai payé pour une chambre avec un grand lit double et un canapé lit On a eu 2 lits simples collés l’un à l’autre Nourriture : n’en parlons pas . Desserts : non réfrigérés tout coulait ou fondait . Idem pour les fruits Les bacs à légumes chauds ne fonctionnent pas : le personnel le sait et vous le dit ! Horaires resto : ex PDJ entre 6 et 10h . A 9h55 toutes les lumières du resto sont éteintes, les machines à café débranchés et tout est débarrassé Matin à 6h : rien est prêt Pour fini les employés qui se servent avec les doigts devant vous dans les plats en self alors ça dû jamais vu ! Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

le directeur de l herbergement est très bien mais celui de l accueil pas aimable un petit qui fait l après-midi limite de là politesse sinon chambre ça va mais faudrais plus de personnel limite trop attente au repas mal organiser cdlt
