Crystal Bay Villa

L'unico aspetto positivo della struttura è la vicinanza alla spiaggia Crystal Bay raggiungibile a piedi.

La proprietaria non era presente in struttura in quei giorni ed il personale che ci ha accolto non parlava inglese ed era difficile comunicarci. Avevamo fissato con la struttura un motorino da trovare pronto al nostro arrivo per spostarci nell'isola, perché lì non c'è grab, ma al nostro arrivo non c'era nessun motorino ed il ragazzo non sapeva di cosa stessimo parlando. Per fortuna abbiamo risolto trovandoci un motorino per conto nostro. L'acqua calda della doccia non veniva, abbiamo dovuto farci la doccia sempre fredda. Il servizio ristorante in struttura non è presente, considerando che la struttura si trova in un posto dove ci sono solo residence, menomale poco più avanti abbiamo trovato un ristorante (l'unico in tutta la via). La beffa più grande è stato quando siamo andati a fare colazione... arriva il ragazzo e ci consegna il menù colazione con tante scelte tra l'altro e dopo aver deciso cosa mangiare inizia ad elencarci tutte le voci che non può preparare e l'unica cosa che poteva darci erano le uova... siamo andati a fare colazione fuori in un bar.

Struttura curata, piscina graziosa, stanza ampia, discretamente pulita. Colazione sufficiente

È nella jungla, non ci si può muovere senza un mezzo di trasporto. Mettere in conto di spendere parecchio per i taxi, non si può usare Grab, quindi fanno i prezzi che vogliono. Attenzione: rispetto a quanto pubblicizzato, l'hotel non dispone di un proprio ristorante, nelle vicinanze solo qualche street food. Se si vuole mangiare in un ristorante occorre farsi venire a prendere e riportare da un taxi.

La verdure luxuriante fidèle aux photos. Le petit déjeuner très bien, la disponibilité du personnel .le restaurant Kana à côté très bon. Toutefois qq choses à améliorer dans les chambres. Prises qui sont mal fixées, papier toilette et gel douche non remis automatiquement les bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo à l'arrivée sont payantes il serait bien de ne pas payer les 1ère et payer juste si on a besoin de renouveler. Pas beaucoup d'eau chaude. nous avons malgré ces détails apprécié notre séjour.

El personal, la cercanía a la playa y la piscina

Lo cogimos por la cercanía a la playa pero está alejado del pueblo más cercano. Afortunadamente hay un par de restaurantes muy cerca pero si vas muy tarde te quedas sin cenar. Mola que esté cerca de Crystal Beach pero no que esté tan aislado.

La cama, la variedad de servicios disponibles (lavandería, scooter, piscina, desayuno), te ayudan con la organización de las actividades (tours, mantas, etc) y la amabilidad de los trabajadores. Mucha variedad de restaurantes alrededor destacando el Buda Kanto. Lia es la mejor!

Agua caliente limitada y zona rural por lo que hay ruidos de animales por la mañana temprano.

Ottima posizione vicino alla spiaggia più bella per i tramonti, super accoglienza e staff disponibile, bella la zona piscina e in generale molto riservato. Buona la colazione.

Presenza di fessure sulla porta di ingresso e dal paraluce sul soffitto che potrebbero permettere l’entrata di insetti. Più attenzione anche sul cattivo odore in bagno.

Lage mitten in der Natur, ruhig, sehr großes Zimmer mit einem großen, bequemen Bett; sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal; zwei sehr leckere Restaurants um die Ecke, ebenso wie ein kleiner Supermarkt, Massagen und die Möglichkeit, Fährtickets zu kaufen. Die Klimaanlage war eine der besten auf unserer gesamten Reise, leise und effizient, dabei nicht zu kalt. Wir hatten alle fünf Zimmer gebucht und der Transfer zurück zur Fähre war eine kostenlose Serviceleistung der Unterkunft.

Die Beleuchtung in den Zimmern und im Bad ist leider sehr ungemütlich und ineffizient. Ein großer Schrank war vorhanden, hier wären ein paar Bügel schön gewesen. Vier Liegen für fünf Bungalows sind zu wenig. Hier würden auch schon ein paar bequeme Stühle reichen.

Emplacement dans la cocoteraie, verdure et calme. Des restaurants juste à côté. Petit déjeuner très bon et personnel très gentil.

Peut être rafraîchir les salles de bain et mettre du rangement.

Great location walking distance to Crystal Bay. Very quiet and beautiful gardens and pool. Staff including Lia were absolutely wonderful- so friendly and helpful. Great tasty breakfast. Rooms are a little old but still very spacious and clean. Very happy with everything!

Hot water is limited at times but wasn’t a big problem. Roads on Nusa Penida are very degraded.

Las instalaciones en general y la habitación con mucho encanto, rodeados de vegetación. El personal muy atento y el desayuno muy bueno. Cama muy cómoda. Muy cerca de Crystal bay. Recomendable para desconectar si buscas tranquilidad.

Prachtige locatie, afgelegen, de omgeving, tuin, zwembad, zeer ruime huisjes, enorme badkamer. Prijs-kwaliteit is niet te evenaren. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, superlekker ontbijt. Ga zeker eens eten in het restaurant van de zo lieve Lia: Buda Kanti. We hadden echt een prachtig verblijf, een paradijsje!

Hier en daar klein opknapwerk nodig en wat meer ligstoelen aan het zwembad zou ideaal zijn. Maar voor die prijs vinden we dat er niet geklaagd mag worden!

Bel hébergement, belle piscine, proche de la plus belle baie de Nusa Penida, crystal bay et ses tortues, beau petit jardin. Il faut juste être véhiculé pour arriver à l'hôtel. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits, prévoir de manger le soir dans un très bon restaurant à côté, kana bay, même si ibu lia pourra également vous servir directement à l'hôtel en prévoyant les plats 2 heures avant

Zona calma, no meio da floresta, relativamente perto da praia crytal bay (2m de mota ou 15minutos a pé). Ambiente natural, cheio de natureza. Os quartos são espaçoso, com cama de casal grande confortável. Uma enorme casa de banho. Ar condicionado e mini frigorífico no quarto. Um pequeno paraíso.

Friendly staff and the bungalows are clean. There are a few restaurants closeby or otherwise its possible to have lunch at Crystal Bay beach.

The bathroom needs an upgrade. Breakfast is a bit simple.

Место шикарное, настолько красиво, что дух захватывает! Шикарный пляж недалеко, пока идёшь любуешься красотой, обезьяны по дороге бегают, лилии и кувшинки распускаются. Мелкие недочёты становятся не так заметны, слабый завтрак, даже очень слабый, постельное попадается в пятнышках, но расположение все побеждает😍 кафе хорошее рядом, вкусно и рядом недорогой качественный массаж

La ubicación era muy buena a 6 min andando de cristal bay beach, las villas eran bonitas y estaban cuidadas. El personal fue muy amable y el desayuno estaba rico

The property was lovely and clean and the staff really friendly and happy to help

The location is poor not many restaurants near buy to eat and the road leading to the villa is muddy so when walking up and down from beach or restaurant your feet get soaked and muddy. There was a bit of communication issue when booking the tour around the west of the island so make sure you go to the correct locations and know what your paying for as we only got to see two out of the four that was promised.

La pileta y el lugar hermoso en el que está y lo cerca que está de la playa!

Que la bañera no funcionaba aunque había una ducha pero la ducha solo tenía agua fría y el wifi justo ese día no funcionaba por un problema técnico. La señora que nos atendió fue amorosisima y nos explicó y pidió perdón varias veces y el chico que está en la hora del desayuno también!

Lugar hermoso rodeado de selva, con un personal muy atento y predispuesto.

El lugar esta poco preparado para poder llegar, el día que ingresamos habia llovido y estaba todo inundado, tuvimos que dejar la moto del otro lado del arroyo y caminar 500mts. El wifi no funciona bien, y el agua caliente tampoco

Красивая территория, хороший бассейн, почти нет насекомых и прочей живности, находится недалеко от пляжа Кристалл Бей, есть неплохие завтраки.

Расположение розеток было неудобным или они вовсе не работали, горячей воды хватает на одного человека, занавески пропускают свет. Расположение немного затруднительно резким крутым спуском дороги к этому месту.

La chambre a un besoin d’un grand coup de rafraîchissement car par exemple la salle de bain ancienne des robinet cassé des toilette cassé et la baignoire qui ne fonctionne pas sans parler de l’eau froide constamment . Et pour le laundry quand vous dite en un jour c’est prêt , il faut que ce soit 1 jour et pas 3

Superbe hôtel, petit et mignon ! Le personnel est au top ! Surtout la petite dame du soir ! Incroyablement adorable.

Il manque de transats mais petit détail. L’hygiène pourrai y être encore mieux, mais pareil petit détail. Sinon top !

Das Personal war super freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage war super gepflegt und sauber.

Замечательный отель, очень тихо и спокойно. Чисто, хороший завтрак. Рядом пляж ( 5-7 мин пешком). Рядом так же есть два хороших ресторанчика и не большой магазин. Очень милый и отзывчивый персонал.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed. The location was quiet, rustic amongst village life and the jungle whilst being a short walk to the beach . Simple, but clean with great aircon and comfy beds. Great nasi goreng for breakfast! Was a great place for the family to unwind and take it slow after some hectic days in Seminyak and Lembongan.

Petit hôtel exclusif avec seulement 5 bungalows ce qui nous fait nous sentir unique. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil! La responsable est une dame généreuse, gentille, au petit soins pour ses hôtes. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et propres La piscine est superbe Lieu incroyable au milieu de la forêt

La route est un peu compliquée mais ça fait partie de l'aventure ! :D

Astiti värdinnan var fantastisk. Skön säng fint rum och ett jätte- badrum. Fint och välskött runt omkring.

Tv'n fungerade inte, var regn säsong vilket jag visste och boka därför med tv. 1 1/2 dag med regn blev det och då hade det varit trevligt att se på tv. Vatten fick man bara om man frågade.

The breakfasts are excellent. Varied and delicious.

It says there is a safety box in the room (on booking.com), but there was none. No biggie, but this should not be promoted in the marketing if not accurate.

Es war so wundervoll! Wunderschöne Anlage, gutes frühstück, die Liebsten Mitarbeiterinnen überhaupt. Wir waren 12 Tage da und haben es so genossen Nur 7 mn zum Strand ( Abkürzung durch den Wald)

Gentillesse du personnel, merci beaucoup Lia . Lieu calme, extérieur et végétation bien entretenu. Chambre très spacieuse, et salle de bain très propre. Proximité de la plage de Crystalbay.

Seulement 4 transats à la piscine. Localisation excentrée , pas de restauration possible sur place (seulement 3 restaurants à proximité), il est donc préférable d'avoir un scooter si on veut explorer les alentours (mais accès difficile car routes en mauvais état et abruptes).

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location looks like it is in the jungle. The people are great and the breakfast was so tasty. We loved Padan beach (25 min away in the forest from Cristal bay beach). Lovely times!

The villa may need some renovations but the price is accordingly I would say. Nevertheless, it is clean.

De huisjes waren ruim en plek was mooi

Het was erg afgelegen. Met een baby was het daarom een beetje saai, omdat alles met scooter moet en daar wilden we niet op met baby.

Les jus de fruits servie au p’tit dej sont trop sucré Les scooters proposé à la location sur place ne sont pas en très bonne état.

De locatie was toch wel appart, zo achteraf gelegen. Maar evengoed in de omgeving van leuke en goede restaurantjes. En zeer mooi zo in de natuur. Tevens een zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse deze je met alles wel kon helpen en dit ook deed. Zoals scooter huren, boot regelen, taxi regelen en noem maar op. Perfect.

De weg er naar toe was iets minder. Maar na enkele dagen aanwezig was je daar wel aan gewend.
