Z attivo odore che proveniva dal bagno sebbene fosse pulitissimo forse le tubazioni….

Propres très organisée et style original.. les responsables d'accueil très compétent sympa et serviables.

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été mitigé. Tout d'abord, je tiens à souligner l'accueil de M. Hamza et nabil à la réception. Il a été exceptionnellement gentil, professionnel, à l'écoute et toujours disponible.

En revanche, plusieurs points m'ont déçue. Les matelas sont extrêmement durs : après quelques jours, j'avais mal au corps et il devenait difficile de bien dormir. Le bruit le matin était également très gênant : dès 9 heures, les femmes de ménage parlaient très fort dans les couloirs, sans vraiment tenir compte des clients qui dormaient encore. Certains clients parlaient également très fort dans les couloirs. Il manque clairement de calme à ce niveau-là. Enfin, j'ai également remarqué une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre, ce qui n'était pas agréable. C'est dommage, car avec davantage d'attention au confort, au calme et à la propreté, l'expérience aurait pu être bien meilleure. Encore merci à M. Hamza et nabil pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

La chambre était vraiment très petite et surtout, elle avait une forte odeur de cigarette, très désagréable dès notre arrivée. L’odeur était tellement présente qu’il était difficile de se sentir à l’aise dans la chambre. Pour le prix payé, nous estimons que le rapport qualité-prix est très mauvais. L’emplacement est excellent, mais cela ne suffit malheureusement pas à compenser la petite taille de la chambre, l’odeur de cigarette 🆘

Overall, it was a highly enjoyable experience defined by outstanding hospitality and a prime location. While the hotel gets almost everything right, there are a couple of plumbing and bathroom issues that management should address to truly elevate the guest experience. Hospitality & Service The absolute highlight of this hotel is its staff. From check-in to check-out, the entire team was brilliant, professional, and incredibly welcoming. I want to give a special shout-out to Hamza, who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Furthermore, the cleaning staff deserve immense praise; they are meticulous, highly efficient, and kept the room absolutely spotless every single day. Location & Dining The location of the hotel is perfect for travelers. It sits right in the heart of convenience, making it incredibly easy to walk to a wide variety of shops, sit-down restaurants, and quick fast-food takeaways.If you do not want to venture out, the on-site hotel restaurant is exceptional. We dined there and found the food to be absolutely amazing. The kitchen serves high-quality, flavorful dishes, and the pricing is very reasonable and budget-friendly for the value you receive. Conclusion Hôtel Marco Polo offers incredible value, brilliant staff, and top-tier dining in Tangier. Room 20 Layout & Areas for Improvement While I highly recommend this hotel, my stay in Room 20 highlighted two specific faults in the bathroom that need fixing: Lack of a Bidet: The bathroom does not feature a bidet or a hygiene hand-spray, which is a missed opportunity for guest comfort and standard washing preferences. Drainage Issues: The drainage system in the bathroom is quite poor. Water builds up quickly during use and clears very slowly, leaving standing water on the floor.

J'ai demander une 2 ème serviette de bain et la personne était désagréable avec sa réponse. Mais le reste du personnes était correcte rien a dire. Et 2ème ment je pensé payer sur place en espèces mais la je serai retiré sur mon compte bancaire.

لا شي اعجبني ، هذا لا يصنف كفندق ويعتبر شقق مفروشة قديمة ، وقد حجزت يوم واحد لاني لم اكن متأكد من ملائمته للإقامة المريحة . Nothing، I didn't like anything . This isn't classified as a hotel; it's more like an old furnished apartment. I only booked one night because I wasn't sure it would be suitable for a comfortable stay.

الفندق قديم وغير مريح ولا يوجد امن ، لايوجد مصعد ، السلالم متعبة ، لايوجد خدمة غرف، عند المغادرة لايوجد مساعدة في حمل الحقائب ، لايوجد خدمة طلب تاكسي رغم اني طلبتها ووعدني الموظف ولم يفي بوعده ، ثلاجات الغرف قديمة ولا تبرد ، الحمامات غير مجهزة . The hotel is old and uncomfortable, there is no security, no elevator, the stairs are tiring, there is no room service, there is no help with luggage upon departure, there is no taxi service even though I requested it and the employee promised but did not fulfill his promise, the refrigerators in the rooms are old and do not cool, the bathrooms are not equipped.

Para el precio que tiene no está mal, pero al hacer el check-in pase una de mis tarjetas de crédito en la que me apareció la operación cancelada, seguidamente pasé otra de mis tarjetas haciéndose efectivo el pago. Al parecer todo estaba correcto, pero al día siguiente cuando salía me paró el de la recepción preguntándome que si me habían hecho bien el cargo. Yo abrí mi cuenta de la que se cobró y aprecio el cargo. Pues bien, ellos ya sabían que me habían cobrado dos veces, una en cada tarjeta , por qué al parecer de la que me dio denegada también se cobró, dándome cuenta yo cuando ya estaba en España. Llamé por teléfono en varias ocasiones y dándome de largas diciéndome que tienen que revisar el cargo. He mandado 4 correos con los justificantes de los dos cargos, su contestación: ( no podemos contestar a su pregunta). Esto fue el 9 de mayo de 2026 a día de hoy 18 de Junio de 2026 no tengo respuestas. Pague por dos noches 180€ cuando el precio era 90€ . Lo peor de todo que ellos sabían de este cobro doble y se callaron. Así que CUIDADOO!!! Son ESTAFADORES

Séjour très décevant. La chambre présentait plusieurs problèmes : la baignoire était rouillée, une odeur désagréable persistait dans la salle de bain et le matelas était extrêmement dur, rendant les nuits peu confortables. De plus, la vue depuis la chambre était particulièrement décevante. L'accueil n'a pas été à la hauteur de ce que l'on peut attendre d'un hôtel : le personnel de la réception s'est montré peu accueillant. Enfin, mauvaise surprise au moment du paiement, puisque l'on nous a demandé un supplément par rapport au montant indiqué sur la réservation, sans explication claire. Compte tenu de ces différents points négatifs, je ne recommande pas cet établissement et je suis très déçu par mon expérience.

Reservé una habitación doble para mí (española) y mi pareja (marroquí). En el check in nos obligaban a reservar una segunda habitación porque según el recepcionista al no estar casados no podíamos dormir en la misma habitación. Yo le dije que en otros hoteles de Marruecos no habíamos tenido problema porque yo soy extranjera no musulmana. El tipo insistía en vendernos una segunda habitación y pagarla directamente a ellos no a través de Booking. Vimos claramente que lo único que querían era dinero.

Lo mejor del hotel esta la ubicación. Esta muy cerca de la Medina. A tan solo 10 minutos andando por el paseo.

Loved the location near restaurants and shops, and the beach was basically across the street. The gentlemen at the 24-7 reception desk were very helpful and informative. The hotel felt traditional and had a very nice "living room" space on the first level. Hotel is an easy walk to/from the ferry port.

Would have liked better water pressure and hotter water in the shower -- I had been looking forward to a soak in the bathtub but the water just wasn't right. Oh well. Loved my stay here anyway. Thank you!
