La cortesia incredibile, la professionalità, la disponibilità di tutto il personale a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta, oggigiorno davvero rara. Un ambiente informale, accogliente e familiare. Pulizia perfetta, colazione più che abbondante. Location meravigliosa. Sarà il mio punto di riferimento per le prossime esperienze a Pozzallo.

The owners were lovely, responded very fast to all my questions, the place is wonderful!!! A 10/10!!

No one was there when we arrived, after confirming our arrival, and the taxi driver actually found a key in the flowers and opened the locked hotel. He cut a key off a to a room and said put your bags in there and lock the door. We had to go to a restaurant across the street from 3:00-7:00. I would never book it again.

Tre giorni in pieno relax in una struttura accogliente e deliziosa, un ambiente pulito e rilassante. Il personale disponibile e premuroso. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente quando si vuole staccare la spina dalla routine giornaliera.

Agradable alojamiento, personal muy atento. La habitación grande y cómoda, con un excelente baño. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno. La terraza con vista al mar ideal para tomar un café o una cerveza relajado. Servicio excelente por parte del personal y dueños, atentos a los detalles y necesidades.

It was very nice to have someone meet us at the train station to take us to our accommodation and then also take us to the ferry in the morning. The location is perfect for catching the ferry to Malta. I wasn't pleased about being in the room at the front of the house as there is some traffic noise and we had to get up very early for the ferry. If you book here, make sure to choose a room at the back of the house.

Impossible to sleep. The road outside the hotel is in pristine condition- one of the best in Sicily. It offers and extended stretch of coastline with no stops. Late at night traffic and pedestrians clear out and the road becomes the local racetrack for every kid with a throttle. Full throttle speed rounds down this street were continuous from 11pm through 3am. Your head (in bed) is literally only a few meters away from the racetrack. Also, the air conditioning was feeble and barely made a difference. There was no one there to check us in or welcome us. The process for getting into the room was hilarious (I won’t get into it). The manager told us he’d be there at 6pm to photograph our passports. We waited 45 minutes and decided to leave when he didn’t show and find something to eat. While at dinner I saw he left a voicemail saying that he needed to know what time we wanted breakfast and saying something about freshly made coronetti. I texted him back and gave him our preferred time and told him how grateful we were. I The woman who put out the breakfast seemed unfriendly and annoyed by our presence. We watched the fresh coronetti delivered but we were told we could not have any because we didn’t order any. Something obviously had been lost in translation. Further, The breakfast was not at all worth paying for.

Room fantastic and beach right on our doorstep. We had to leave very early the next morning to catch an early ferry and we got given our breakfast in a take away box, which was much appreciated.

Sensationelle Lage direkt am Meer mit öffentlichem (?) Strandzugang, am Ortsrand gelegen; Zimmer im ersten Stock empfehlenswert, da diese über eine große Terrasse verfügen.

Die Baustelle im Nebenzimmer war uns nicht bekannt und wieder auch nicht entschuldigt. Nur öffentlcher Parkplatz. Schlüssel-Übergabe nicht persönlich, sondern "im Töpfchen (in dem alle Zimmerschlüssel öffentlich zugänglich waren) auf der Terrasse vor dem Eingang" Kein Zimmersafe Schrank! Fehlanzeige

Non c è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Forse qualche rumore di troppo proveniente dalla strada ma non dipende dalla struttura.

Perfect location right by the beach, with lovely sea views. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and it offered excellent value for money. It is a three-star hotel, but it was honestly great for what we needed and exceeded our expectations.

There was nothing in particular that we didn’t like. For the price and standard of the hotel, it was perfect for our stay.

Fantastic breakfast, and the beach is right across the street—just cross the road. It's peaceful, clean, with fine sand, making it perfect for families as well as couples. The location is excellent, allowing you to combine relaxing on the beach with visits to nearby towns such as Noto, Ragusa, Modica, and Marzamemi. We absolutely loved them all. Last but certainly not least, Giancarlo is a wonderful host with a kind heart, always available to provide information, recommendations, and help whenever needed.

Siamo stati 3 giorni io e la mia compagna,dopo anni ci siamo ritornati e devo dire che Il B&b è curato nei minimi dettagli, accogliente e pulitissimo Il personale è eccezionale e super cordiale,ci hanno coccolato dall'inizio alla fine del nostro soggiorno,sempre con il sorriso e con cordialità Giancarlo,il proprietario,oltre ad essere una persona eccezionale e sempre disponibilissimo per qualsiasi richiesta o esigenza Nota di merito alla posizione,basta attraversare la strada e si è già in spiaggia,che tra l'altro è attrezzata egregiamente e a 100 dal b&b c'è un ristorante che fa una pizza buonissima e il menù di pesce eccezionale Super consigliato per godersi il posto nel massimo relax e confort

Small but cute hotel near the ferry port. Small room but with a big terrace. Faced the beach and 15 min walk to centre of Pozzallo. Useful to have a fridge and kettle in room. Excellent shower, ok air con. Helpful staff who let us leave our bags when we arrived early and gave advice about catching the ferry.

Stairs to the upstairs room are steep, so not great for luggage. Some noise inevitable from other guests due to small size but f the hotel.

Schöne Lage am Meer, nur durch eine Strasse getrennt, Sehr nah am Zentrum- Gehdistanz Unkompliziertes einchecken, Velos fanden über Nacht Platz im Frühstücksraum, Teresa vor Ort ist eine Wucht, hat für alles eine Lösung, ist warmherzig und präsent. Frühstück gut- sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin , super Gipfeli!

Zimmer schön eingerichtet aber sehr starker Geruch nach Abwasser aus dem Bad! Teresa hat eine passable Lösung gefunden Für eine Nacht ok

Very good location directly across from an accessible beach with proximity to shops and the ferry if you're going to Malta. Staff were accessible and responsive. Breakfast good. Only stayed one night but it was a good time

I wouldn't say it's anything that I specifically 'didnt' like. It's a smaller coastal BnB, not an all inclusive 5-star resort, so you're value in what you pay for is there.

The staff were friendly and available whenever we had questions. The breakfast was great - very generous with a good selection of fruit, pastries and cereals. Plenty of towels provided.

Can be very noisy at night with passing cars and motor bikes. The rooms all come off the main dining area which doesn’t offer a lot of privacy.

Pozzallo is a relaxed spot, and this hotel makes the most of it. It is an easy walk from the ferry terminal, so arriving from Malta is effortless, no taxi needed, and you are close to the sea for an early morning swim. The rooms are large and clean with a big balcony. Staff are helpful and polite throughout, and breakfast is good.

The central location means a fair bit of road noise, even with the doors and windows shut. If you are a light sleeper, bring earbuds.

Imposible to see the sea, It Is a little bit difficult to see the beach. Nearby a noisy bar.

The accommodation is decent and clean, with nice, renovated rooms. The host, Giancarlo, is very helpful and proactive.

Unfortunately, the biggest issue with this accommodation is its location right next to a very busy and noisy road. In particular, young scooter and motorcycle riders speed past at full throttle, creating a significant amount of noise, especially at night. There is virtually no chance of getting a good night's sleep. Even with earplugs, I could hear every vehicle passing because they ride like maniacs. Also, expect very little sleep if you are assigned a ground-floor room, as the breakfast area is located in the hallway directly in front of the rooms. Noise starts early in the morning when guests gather for breakfast, and the sound insulation is not particularly good. Overall, it is a very nice accommodation, but you should not expect to get much sleep.

Es war wieder ein wunderbarer Urlaub bei euch!! Im Terrazze Sul Mare fühlt man sich immer wie zu Hause!! Giancarlo ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und kümmert sich bei Fragen sofort - herzlichen Dank für alles auch an das Team mit Teresa, Elsie und Valeria für die liebevolle Betreuung und das leckere Frühstück an jedem Morgen, das wir auf der sonnigen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Strand genossen haben! Wir kommen sehr gern bald wieder!!

Einfach alles - das Terrazze Sul Mare ist der perfekte Ort für einen Urlaub im echten Sizilien mit wunderbar freundlichen Menschen! Hier kann man sich so richtig erholen und herrliche Tage am Sandstrand verbringen, durch das kleine Städtchen bummeln, sehr lecker Essen gehen oder auch Ausflüge nach Syrakus, Noto oder Marzamemi machen und wem das noch nicht reicht: die Fähre nach Malta ist fußläufig erreichbar für einen Tagestrip ....

Alles war und ist immer perfekt für uns!

Very clean. Beautiful seaside stay. The dining room was set up in such an inviting manner. I would stay here again if needed.

Es ist immer wieder großartig hier im Terrazze Sul Mare zu sein! Es ist wie ein zweites Zuhause und hier stimmt einfach alles: schön ausgestattete Zimmer mit toller Aussicht auf den schönen Sandstrand Ranganzino direkt gegenüber, leckeres Frühstück auf der Terrasse - rundherum zum Wohlfühlen! Der Inhaber Giancarlo ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber und immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit, wenn man Fragen hat oder etwas braucht mit einem super-lieben, engagierten Team, die jeden Urlaub hier in Pozzallo zu etwas Besonderem machen!! Az ágy nem volt kényelmes a derékfájósoknak nem ajánlom. A szoba annyira kicsi hogy szék nem is volt benne csak az ágyra tudsz leülni. Aki az étkező szinten van annak a korán kelés garantált, minden szó behallatszik. Reggelizők az ajtó másik oldalán… Tusoló WC között egy férfi el sem fér ha a dolgát szeretné végezni csak oldalt ülve a WC-re.

The location was convenient to restaurants and to the port to catch the ferry. Unfortunately weather was rainy and cool on the afternoon we were there so we could not enjoy the.beach, but in better weather it would have been great. The room was spacious. The host was very friendly and communications were prompt and helpful. The host also provided us with a takeaway breakfast which was great.

Perfect location for the ferry to Malta, Gian Carlo was charming and helpful in advisng the time to leave for the ferry in the morning and a restaurant to have dinner and that he would provide a breakfast pack as we needed to leave at 07:00 before the 07:30 start of breakfast time.

Given our host was helpful in regard to the time to leave , he had forgotten his commitment to providing a breakfast pack and we had to leave without it

Chambre très joliment décorée, pas grande mais c’est largement suffisant. Salle de bains superbe, douche au top par rapport à ce qu’on a eu ailleurs en Sicile, notamment la pression d’eau. Petit déjeuner parfait en tous points.

Chambre au rez, donnant sur l'entrée de l'établissement et la salle de petit déjeuner. Donc un peu bruyant, mais ce sont surtout les autres clients de l’hôtel qui ne respectent pas les autres (en parlant fort à 5h30 du mat) qu’il faut blâmer...
