Крыс нет, только тараканы

Отель находится в центе, все рядом, очень удобное месторасположение. Персонал отзывчивый, в комнате убирались каждый день.

Единственный минус - нет балкона. Но!!! Нам предложили сушить белье на крыше. Мы этим предложением не воспользовались, Купальники/плавки в номере можно высушить. Рядом с отелем есть прачечные с сушкой за небольшую плату, мы ими пользовались.

الغرفة كانت ضيقة لا نستطيع الصلاة جماعة، توجد رائحة بسيطة غير مريحة في دورة المياه

Very clean, smart tv, kettle, coffee/tea and water every day, cleaning every day, staff ready to help with all issues.

Топовое местоположение. Снимали на пару ночей. Нас спокойно заселили в 5 утра. Если рассматривать как отель, поспать ночью, то это супер учитывая цену!

Грибок в ванной. Для меня матрас был жестковат.

J’ai tout aimé dans cet hôtel : - emplacement dans une petite rue très sympa - propreté au top (+ ménage tous les jours) - chambre impeccable on s’y sentait très bien - salle de bain de qualité avec équipements en parfait état - prix ultra compétitif - frigo bouilloire thé café et eau tous les jours - personnel extrêmement réactif et prévenant

My room was really nice and quiet. But I was on top floor in the only room on that floor, so can't speak for other rooms. Anyway was very nice.

The staff is excellent! Lan was very helpful and accommodating. She switched my room for me when I wanted a change and was very attentive to my needs. I can see that customer service is their utmost priority

It stated room came with a terrace, but it didn't have a terrace, I arrived at 23.30hrs bus was delayed, I mentioned to the male receptionist that the room did not have a terrace, his reponse if you don’t want it, you can find somewhere else and i will give you your money back, Not a acceptable reply

Dont book at this hotel. Do yourself a favour!!!!! Go some where else! The owner or manager cancelled the booking due to a “drainage problem in the room”. Looking through reviews this appears to be a common problem at the hotel. May be get your drains fixed!!!!! They don’t take into account the amount of time wasted looking through this dreadful app and trying to figure out honesty ftom receipt in the descriptions. The owner/ manager took me to get “other” hotel which was on a busy road, under renovation. I stayed because after a long bus journey couldn’t be bothered walking around Nha Trang looking for somewhere else

Showing up to no room

La receptionist è una delle persone più simpatiche che abbia conosciuto finora in Vietnam! Abbiamo avuto poche occasioni per parlare in quanto ho passato soltanto una notte in questo hotel, ma quando si viene accolti con questa gentilezza e col sorriso sai già che andrà più che bene. Si è addirittura scusata perché hanno dovuto cambiare la stanza che avevo prenotato (201, senza finestra) con la 801 (ultimo piano o penultimo, con finestra). Che dire, grazie!

The family running the hotel were very kind, they allowed me to check in at 6am on the day of my booking as I had just arrived from a night bus. I was very grateful for this. They also arranged for me to stay an extra night at the end of my trip Great location for the beach

the drains were apparently blocked so moved us to a new hotel Drains were blocked there too

The facilities of the room seems to be old. They just told me that my room is no longer available due to water leak problem. And I need to move to a room with only half the window and facing a wall (very familiar tones like the hotel I booked at Dalat Nature Hotel), they have to swap me to another hotel called Voilet Hotel in their group (which I found the hot water system does not work and have to swap again to a Hotel called Violet Hotel 2.

The hotel allowed me for early check-in free of charge.

마지막날 공항가기전에 잠깐 쉬었던 숙소인데 16000원에 이정도면 너무 괜찮아요 화장실도 엄청 깔끔하고 쉬었다가 공항가기에 아주 좋은 숙소임 사장님도 엄청 친절하시고 체크아웃전에 아이스팩을 얼려야했는데 얼려주심 나트랑에 또 오게되면 도착한날과 마지막날 0.5박숙소로 또 사용할거 같아요

방에서 아주 작은 새끼도마뱀을 봤는데 사람을 무서워해서 티비나 에어컨 뒤쪽으로 숨어서 사람쪽으로 오지는 않아요 도마뱀이 있어서 그런지 벌레1마리도 보지는 못했어요

Comfortable, clean room with everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area. We rented a scooter directly there: convenient, affordable, and ideal for getting around. Great value for money.

Good location close to the beach and the in the tourist part of Nha Trang. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The owners are friendly and clean the room daily if you require.

The air conditioner wasn’t working great at first but a quick clean of the filters sorted it and it worked fine after that.

I lived in this hotel for a month. When I came to Nha Trang again, I didn’t see the point in choosing another place to stay. The hosts are a nice and friendly Vietnamese family. I have experience staying on the 7th and 9th floors, and the rooms were well-maintained: no shabby furniture, modern interior design, and good plumbing. The room was cleaned regularly. And, more importantly, they didn’t wake me up in the morning to clean the room, which often happens in other places. I work remotely, and I didn’t have any difficulties with the internet connection (they have at least two routers - on the 9th floor, there was a separate network connection). I was allowed to use the kitchen and the washing machine. Great location: very close to the sea, and lots of cafes and shops nearby It’s an amazing deal for the price, and I’m happy I found this place. I wish prosperity to this hotel and good guests. Excellent services through supervisor

The hotel is really good: - nice location (close to everything, we didn’t use transport during our stay at all & it’s only 5 minutes walk from the beach); - there are all necessary facilities in room; - strong wi-fi all the time; - it’s very clean; - the stuff is just great! Our sincere thanks to all the people who run the hotel. They were very nice, patient & kind to us, ready to help at any question. In total, we surly recommend Tokia Hotel in Nha Trang. Worths every VND you pay here.

What got what we expected. It was the good stay for the price we paid. Placed in the tourist center of Nha Trang, so 3-5 minutes to the beach, many stores and cafes around
