Rooms are better than some described in the reviews, in a Turkish style with a bit of a luxury touch. The rooms are very well equipped with kettle, tea, coffee, water, mini fridge, hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo. Despite the furniture being a little worn out, the services and amenities match a European four star hotel. The cleaning is excellent, being done daily. The staff is very kind and helpful, available 24/7. Even if the nearby surroundings are a bit poor, you have everything you need in reach of a 5 minutes walk: Restaurants, Cafes, grocery stores, souvenirs, travel services etc. The most important landmarks of Istanbul found in Sultanahmet area (The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, The Grand Bazaar, Nuruosmaniye Mosque etc.) are within a 10-15 minutes walk. And above all the price is fabulous, an excellent value for money.

Am petrecut doar o singură noapte aici, așa că nu pot oferi foarte multe detalii legate de toate serviciile, dar prima impresie a fost una excelentă. Hotelul este foarte bine poziționat, la doar aproximativ 400 de metri de bazar. Deși este atât de aproape de zonă turistică unde te-ai aștepta la prețuri uriașe, am fost plăcut surprinși să constatăm că nu este deloc așa – prețurile au fost foarte accesibile. Curățenia a fost ireproșabilă, iar personalul a fost de o amabilitate deosebită, extrem de primitor și prietenos.

Ca singur minus, hotelul nu dispune de parcare proprie. Totuși, chiar lângă clădire se află o parcare cu plată (din câte am înțeles, aparține proprietarului unui mic magazin de peste stradă).

Trochu horší značení, měli jsme problém najít recepci. Seven days hotel budova vypadá zchátrale, ale vchod je nalevo u nápisu blue istambul hotel ---> matoucí.

Ubicación

En si el alojamiento es cómodo y básico. Por lo que pagamos realmente no pedimos más y cumplía con el objetivo. la habitación que nos dieron estaba en el -1 y se escuchaba todo desde una terraza que tiene fuera donde las personas fumaban y además entraba el humo, pero aún así no lo consideraría un problema porque cierras la ventana y se soluciona. Lo que nos molestó muchísimo fue que coordinamos el transfer al aeropuerto la noche anterior y el taxi vino 30 minutos tarde, además de eso condujo a exceso de velocidad y con una conducta bastante temeraria. El resto, bien.

La ubicación es perfecta a poco tiempo de muchas atracciones turísticas y muy bien comunicado con transporte público. El personal fue muy amable y ayudó en lo que pudo.

La habitación "económica" no se representaba a ninguna de las fotografías que aparecían en la web del hotel, era mucho peor, ubicada en el sótano con muy poca luz natural y con un ruido constante de extractores de aire. El desayuno deja bastante que desear.

Rooms are small especially the bathrooms. It is the old town so kind of expected it.

Friendly & helpful staff. Nice clean room. Very convenient location about 10 minutes walk from the Blue mosque. Made excellent arrangements for airport drop off at a short notice.

La ubicación, está cerca de todo. Por otro lado es un sector seguro, en sus alrededores está lleno de restaurantes y tiendas donde puedes encontrar souvenirs más baratos que en bazaar.

Il personale dell'hotel è disponibile

Quando siamo arrivati, il personale ci ha detto che la nostra prenotazione era per una camera senza finestre e ci ha proposto una camera migliore senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. La cosa mi ha sorpreso perché dalla prenotazione su booking non si evinceva assolutamente che la camera prenotata fosse senza finestre e credo che una cosa del genere dovrebbe essere segnalata. E in ogni caso l'hotel secondo me non è un tre stelle: gli spazi sono molto piccoli e la colazione per noi italiani è deludente. Il costo è contenuto ma dalle foto su booking e pure dalle recensioni non ci si riesce a fare un'idea realistica.

Very good location - close to all the historic sites! The staff were very accomodating and have us an upgrade when we arrived and allowed us to stay an extra night as we got sick and were unable to leave Istanbul! Thank you

L'unico aspetto positivo è la posizione molto comoda per visitare le principali attrazioni

L'albergo necessita di una urgente ristrutturazione. Le stanze sono vecchie, con diverse parti consumate. Avevamo prenotato una tripla deluxe, ci hanno invece assegnato una tripla normale in una parte dell'edificio senza ascensore cui si accede tramite una scala non a norma, con scalini irregolari, fili elettrici a vista e buchi alle pareti come da foto allegate. Il bagno era fortemente maleodorante, con una piccola finestra che non si apriva e l'aria condizionata era inutilizzabile perché produceva un odore sgradevole. Dietro lamentele, e con parecchia insofferenza del personale, che durante tutto il soggiorno si è mostrato scortese e mal disposto, il giorno successivo ci è stata assegnata la stanza prenotata. La colazione è inesistente, pochissimo cibo a disposizione, bevande calde erogate da una macchinetta, quasi nulla di dolce

Decent room with sea view. The location is excellent.

Toilet seat was broken, tv too. Told the staff on arrival, nobody fixed anything in the 4 nights we spent there. We didn’t ask again because it wasn’t so important, but once should be enough. The stairs to the room were terrible: dirty, unfinished renovation. The room was completely different from the one in the pictures, but was decent anyways.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. We really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, comfortable room and the warm hospitality of the staff. The location was also very convenient for exploring Istanbul. Everything was well organized, and we felt comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. ❤️

There was honestly very little we didn’t like. Everything was comfortable and pleasant, and our stay was a very positive experience. Perhaps we would have loved to stay even longer! 😊

I liked the location. It is very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, all walking distance. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, which made our stay easy and convenient.

Our room was in the basement, but I understand this because I booked a budget room, so you get what you pay for. However, the slippers they provided were very thin, almost like paper. They could have offered proper slippers. I will post a photo. During our 5-night stay, they cleaned the room and provided new towels, but they did not change the bed sheet. They also did not provide a duvet - maybe because it is summer — only a blanket, so we had to set the air-conditioner to a very low temperature. Another thing is that when you go out of the hotel to the main street, you need to walk uphill, which can be tiring.

La habitacion tenia unas vistas muy bonitas al mar, es lo que mas me gusto de la habitacion, la cama era comoda algo importante, pero hacia falta mas ropa de cama y una sabana de verdad, ya que lo qu dejaban para taparse era muy pequeño y era como una toalla gigante, el baño estaba bien, pero si que es verdad que el gel se nos acabo y solo dejaban botes de champu, el personal del hotel muy majo, el desayuno estaba bien calidad precio, aunque si vas mas de 3 dias puede ser que se te haga repetitivo ya que siempre es lo mismo.

podria ser mejor la ropa de cama y la ropa de baño, la limpieza estaba bastante bien aunque en la ducha nos encontramos algun pelo en las estanterias, pero en general estaba bastante bien. hay que subir bastantes escaleras por lo que alguien con movilidad reducida o que tenga alguna lesion en la rodilla tendria muy complicado el acceso a la habitacion.

La struttura si trova vicinissimo il Gran Bazar e la Moschea Blu, in una zona tranquillissima. Lo staff è davvero gentilissimo e ti aiuta in tutti i modi, sempre disponibile. La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa e c'era tutto cio' che puo' servire con in piu' una bellissima vista sul mare. Ambuiente molto familiare. Lo consiglio.

It's a nice budget hotel. Rooms were clean and the staff were helpful to suggest things to do and see.

The street is a bit run down. I appreciate it's not under their control but it contributes to the feel of a place.

Расположение отеля, вокруг много кафе и мини магазинов, до трамвая 7 минут, до Голубой мечети 10 минут пешком. Все необходимое в комнате есть- кондиционер работал, вода горячая была, есть чайник, фен, и мини холодильник.

Интернет, как и во многих отелях в Турции это беда. В комнате был слабый сигнал, нужно было сидеть на ресепшн, там сигнал хороший.

I had to request multiple times for housekeeping to keep tea and coffee sachets with cups , much needed when you return to hotel after staying outside wholeday, and starting your tour. It should have been provided as a general rule

A good budget hotel in the city centre, within walking distance of the main attractions, shops and restaurants. For the price, everything was good, including breakfast. The staff were friendly, responsive and always ready to help with anything we needed.

The hotel is a little dated, and the furniture and room décor could use an update. However, this was still reasonable considering the price.

Great location, and the staff were so polite and nice too. They put me in a lovely suite. I got so much more than I was expecting to get with the price I paid. Would definitely stay again.
