Sky View Hotel

　自分が用事が有る場所に近いので，都合が良かったのと 窓からの景色が港と遠くにかかる橋が見渡せて凄く良かった事です。

　何時も使ってましたが，マネージメントが変わったのかメンテナンスが良くなく，最初の部屋では室内の金庫が故障で使えず変えてもらい，今度次の部屋では，水道の蛇口の先端の部品が無いので周りがびしゃびしゃになり，備えてあるコップもザラザラしてたので良く見るときれいに洗って無かったでした。

Went to breakfast and was told to go downstairs to the desk and buy a ticket. Having breakfast included wasn't an option. When i checked in i wasn't asked if i wanted breakfast either. The electric outlets were not strong enough to hold a charger and cord.

I stayed three nights at the “Sky View Hotel” and had an extremely luxurious and comfortable stay. The room was big and beautiful with lovely views of the Port at Masan Bay. The gym was big and spacious with lots of cardio machines and weights, so it was possible to have a great workout. Staff are very friendly and speak excellent English. Housekeeping was excellent. There is a small fridge in the room, stocked with two small bottles of water a day, as well as a kettle. There is no microwave. Wi-Fi is reliable and constant, as is AC, but controllable with a remote control. In the vicinity are convenience stores and cafés. The fish market is a stone’s throw away. On the waterfront are lots of seafood restaurants. As a Westerner, none of the food on the menu looked appetising to me. I only saw one restaurant with pictures of seafood dishes that I recognised. The restaurant is directly across the road from the playground on the waterfront, on the corner. I don’t speak Korean, so therefore, I cannot give a name. The most convenient thing for me was to use the food delivery app called “Shuttle”. In today’s economy, it is hard to say what “value for money is” because if you want something of quality, you have to pay a lot. The only luxury lacking at the “Sky View Hotel” were big bath towels. BUT I have never stayed at a hotel in South Korea that offers big bath towels. The small ones, the size of hand towels seems to be the standard here. I would certainly stay at the “Sky View Hotel” again. The bed is big, beautiful and comfortable with giant pillows, from where you can see out onto the Bay. Please note that Masan is an area in Changwon. For guests coming here you need the train station "Masan" and not Changwon-Jungang.

There was no microwave. The only luxury lacking at the “Sky View Hotel” were big bath towels. BUT I have never stayed at a hotel in South Korea that offers big bath towels. The small ones, the size of hand towels seems to be the standard there.

The room was so comfortable and there were signs everywhere telling me how to use the room.

이번에는 먹지 않았지만, 예전 숙박에서는 아주 만족스러웠어요. 아침부터 뷔페는 많이 먹게 되어서, 오히려 한상 차림이 더 깔끔하고 좋은 것 같습니다. 합리적인 가격으로 네 가지 정도의 메뉴를 선택해 먹을 수 있어서 좋아요!

침대 매트리스가 제 기준에서는 좀 딱딱한데.. 불편하진 않았어요!

주차요원이 있어서 주차가 편리하며 객실은 깔끔하고 오션뷰가 좋았고 특히 침대가 숙면에 좋았습니다. 아침식사 비용도 1만원으로 주변보다 가격이 저렴했고 엄청 맛있었습니다

My husband left one of his polo shirts. He didn’t realize that he left it at the hotel but was aware it was missing. It was a very pleasant surprise When we received the shirt in a box. We were traveling so we used my mom’s phone number and they made the arrangements to return it to us. It really was a pure kindness and service beyond our expectations.

Great location few minutes walk from the waterfront and old Masan city center. Clean and spacious rooms - hotel facility is up to 4 Stars+. Spacious and gorgeous bathrooms. Higher level ocean view rooms provide fantastic harbor view. Still a great value for money

Not much. There are many local shops near around hotel but this massive port city of Masan is aging and its population is declining.

청결해서 아주 좋았습니다.

바다가 보이는 해변가에 있어 야경으로 마창 대교가 보여 좋습니다. 시설도 깨끗하게 유지되고 있으며, 매일 청결하게 정리를 잘해 주시는 것 같습니다.

There was nothing like a common toothbrush, toothpaste, or any lotion. The Netflix, too, wasn't free. Less expensive hotels have all these services.

마산에선 꽤크고 좋은 호텔같아여 마산어시장도 가까이 있어 먹거리도 좋아요 바로앞 편의점도 있어요

출장시 거의 고정으로 이용하는 호텔인데 이번에는 좀 많은 스트레스를 받았네요. 냄새가 나고, 바뀐방은 청소가 안되어 있고 그리고 수건 세탁이 잘못된건지 건조가 잘못된건지 수건에 물 닿으면 냄새납니다... 근처에 괜찮은 호텔이 없어서 가지만 생긴다면 옮길 생각이 많아지는 최근 경험입니다. 그리고 조식은 다 먹어보진 않았지만 불고기는 별롭니다. 고기는 적고 청양고추로 맵게 만들어서 불고기라고 할수없는 맛이네요. 직원 서비스는 좋아요...친절하고 다른게 문제

공간도 넓고 잘 관리된 호텔. 전망도 좋고, 주변에 어시장에 장어구이집들이 맛있음.

- 장점: 마산 시내에 있고 바로 앞에 편의점, 근처 다이소 있어 이것 저것 구매하기 좋음, 로비 1층에 무료로 이용할 수 있는 커피 기계가 있고 로비가 넓음, 스마트 TV 사용 가능함, 호텔 전체에서 향기가 나서 쾌적함, 침대 너무 넓직해서 잠 잘옴 - 단점: 화장실 타일에 물때 좀더 깨끗이 청소되면 좋을 것 같음, 타올이 큰 사이즈가 없어서 샤워 후 물기 닦을때 작은 수건을 여러개 사용해야하는 것이 아쉬움

작은도시에 10만원초반의가격대에서는 만족합니다. 샤워부스 청소상태는 미흡합니다

6층에 묶었는데 문을 열고싶었으나 방충망이 망가져 벌레가 들어올까봐 문을 못 열었어요. 그리고 이불에 냄새가 많이나요. 항상 마산오면 애용하는데 이정도는 개선되어아해요~

최상층 11층 방 주셔서 전망이 좋았고 룸 컨디션도 좋았어요. 특히 지배인님을 비롯해서 직원분들이 너무 친절해서 기대보다 더 즐거운 여행과 숙박이 가능했어요. 특히 조식이 저렴하고 너무 맛있어서 다음에는 조식 때문에라도 또 숙박하고 싶습니다. 1층에 커피 머신이 있어서 언제든 마실 수 있는 점도 너무 좋고 로비도 너무 멋있고 지상 주차가 가능해서 너무 편했습니다.

마산 처음 가봤는데, 숙소 자체는 진짜 좋았어요. 사실 대부분 호텔이 카펫 바닥을 쓰는데 여기는 일반 저희 아파트 바닥같은 재질이구 바닥에 온돌도 깔려있어요 아무 생각없이 맨발로 다니면서 따끈하단걸 알았어요 그래서 그런지 춥지않고 방안이 훈훈한 편이었고 깔끔해요. 어매니티도 있을 것만 딱 있고 드라이기도 다른 곳에 비해 출력이 세서 만족스러웠습니다. 아침도 꼭 드세요. 미국식 아침은 빵을 한바가지 주십니다. 국내 호텔에 이렇게 많은 부분이 만족스럽긴 첨인데 마산에 자주 올 일이 없다는게 아쉬울 정도로 괜찮은 곳이었어요

위치,뷰. 시설.침구.다 만족스러웠는데 금연실이었는데도 담배 냄새가 너무 심했어요. 그래도 조식은 넘 넘 훌륭해서 기분 좋았어요

Great hotel, very clean, friendly & professional staffs with an amazing comfy bed. Location wise it's alao great as there are many restaurants & Seafood market nearby. The sea view was also superb!

방이 넓어서 아이들이랑 보내기 좋은 숙소에요. 다만 쓰래기가 여기저기… 청소를 체대를 하셨으면 좋겠어요

All the staff were friendly and the room condition was very good. The bathroom is spacious, so it's easy to use.

Location was easy to find. Pleasant helpful staff. Vehicle was parked opposite the Hotel entrance.

갑작스럽게 내려간 창원에서 3성급 호텔을 검색하던 중 스카이뷰관광호텔에 묵었습니다. 처음엔 호텔 이름에 "관광"이 있어 반신반의 했는데 웬만큼 큰 규모에 깔끔한 로비, 완벽한 룸 컨디션에 놀랐습니다. 창원에 간다면 무조건입니다.
