This Riad is such a hidden gem. The staff were lovely and they made our stay extra comfortable. The room was spacious (we received a complimentary upgrade) and the surrounding was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of dishes. I’d also recommend getting a massage while you are there, it’s definitely worth your money.

Quero muito agradecer toda a atenção dos funcionários, em especial ao Rachid e a um outro moço que nos ajudou com um problema que tivemos com o carro! O alojamento é um paraíso, é a calma que necessitamos na correria de Marraquexe. Os quartos são amplos e maravilhosamente decorados. Muito obrigada!!! Certamente, é um local que recomendo muito.

Everything was perfect for us! As a plus, breakfast was delicious and varied, using fresh products and offers options including at least one local dish. There is lovely presented complementary tea and local pastries upon arrival and in afternoon if wanted, fantastique! Jacques, Rachid, Mohamed, Rashida, Abdu and all staff were amazing to us, we would come back any time. We liked the location because even though it is further away from tourist area it offered an authentic feel and less busy context than others. Once the park is finished on the back of the hotel, the view from the room and the walking around will gain a lot! Thank you so much for our experience! شكراً جزيلاً Merci beaucoup Gracias

Maybe the view from the room to the back but we know it is a work in process and once this park will be finished everything will be sorted. Maybe you can fix the windows so that one doesn´t get to see it until it is finished...Just a though... because the rest of the views are amazing...To be honest, we also liked the fact that you are transparent about this...It didn´t feel unsafe nor dirty as such...It is more the mess when we saw it because we are curious....

Das Riad ist eine wunderschöne und ruhige Oase im lebhaften Marrakesch. Die Unterkunft ist großartig und sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Danke für die Versorgung meines verletzten Knöchels. Ein Highlight ist definitiv der frisch Orangensaft, Danke Mohamed für die unermüdliche Zubereitung, bei unserem Konsum war es sicher ein ganzer Orangenbaum :)

Nous avons passé un super moment au Riad, et étions très triste de le quitter, on s'y sent super bien ! La chambre était magnifique, l'accueil très chaleureux, la cour agréable et fraiche, le petit déjeuner délicieux, et la petite piscine sur la terrasse parfaite pour se rafraichir. Nous reviendrons!

La ubicación,está en una zona de la Medina muy muy muy deteriorada,rodeado de basura y escombros y algo peligrosa,llevo años visitando la ciudad y sin duda la zona no me gustó nada.

Wonderful experience in an incredible place. So tastefully put together and so many lovely touches by the hosts in order to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. If you're looking for a little bit of original luxury in Marrakech and you don't mind walking a bit to get to the souks, this is absolutely where you should stay.

Riad molto bello, affascinante. Camere una diversa dall'altra, tutte molto grandi con dei bagni magnifici. Abbiamo anche avuto l'occasione di cenare nella terrazza e siamo stati molto soddisfatti del cibo e del servizio. Tutto davvero top. Non vicinissimo al centro ma in 20 minuti a piedi ci si arriva senza problemi, il riad mette comunque a disposizione gratuitamente di biciclette.

Wir waren auf den ersten Augenblick in unser Riad verliebt. Die Ankunft war sehr liebevoll und ruhig. Uns wurde alles super erklärt, Hilfe in jeglicher Hinsicht angeboten und wir fühlten uns auf Anhieb wohl. Nach einem Tag in den Souks oder der näheren Umgebung freut man sich richtig zurück ins Riad zu kommen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eine zusammengewachsene Familie und das hat man gespürt. An unserem ersten Abend haben wir im Riad ein Dinner eingenommen. Das war fantastisch gut.

Das Bett war sehr hart, aber das ist schlussendlich eine Ansichtssache :-)

Morgenmaden var fin og det andet måltid vi spiste på stedet var også godt. Personalet var venlige og hjælpsomme.

Det var virkeligt svært at komme i kontakt med personalet. I de fleste tilfælde, var der ingen at finde på stedet og det var ret irriterende. Stedet var talt op på booking.com. Beliggenheden var dårlig og vi genkendte ikke rigtigt det udtryk billederne gav på booking.com.

Such a lovely riad to stay in, quiet, stylish, and beautiful. The staff really make the stay so much better as well as the owner. We felt taken care of every step of the way and looked forward to spending time at the riad whenever we needed a break.

Location in the Medina

Rashid and staff did a fantastic job in welcoming us to Morocco. Moula met us at 2:00 am and walked us to the Riad. He made tea for us. The rooms were beautiful and authentic including birds singing outside our window. Wonderful healthy and hearty breakfast in the rooftop terrace. We also had a 4 course dinner prepared by staff. Highly recommend this property.

The photos don't do justice to how beautiful and peaceful this Riad is. We also loved the location in the northern part of the medina, which was at the time a bit less hectic. Upon arrival the hosts give you a great map of the city and walk you through some of the things to do. Breakfast was delicious.

Parking is very close to the property but there is a bit of a walk to the hotel. The hosts carry your bags and the car is visible from the balcony of the property.

Wunderful Riad, beautiful rooms, regretfully in an area in which we felt not secure/comfortable. The rooms even have a chimney in the evening. The staff is so kind and supportive, even late at night.

Eigentlich nichts. Das Riad liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, dafür ist es sehr ruhig. Der Ortskern ist in etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar.

We absolutely loved every moment of our stay at this extraordinary and unique Riad. From the moment we arrived, we were embraced by its quiet and enchanting atmosphere — a true sanctuary away from the lively streets of Marrakech. The roof top terrace is simply breathtaking, offering the most beautiful setting to relax and unwind. The style and decoration throughout the riad are stunning, full of character and authentic charm. Our cozy room, complete with a fireplace and an incredibly comfortable bed, felt both luxurious and intimate — the perfect retreat after a day in the Medina. The homemade Moroccan cuisine was outstanding — full of flavor and prepared with such care. Each morning, we enjoyed the delicious homemade breakfast prepared and served on the rooftop terrace in the most beautiful surroundings. What truly makes this riad so special is the amazing team. The staff take such wonderful care of their guests — and of each other — creating a warm, genuine, and heartfelt atmosphere that you can feel everywhere. This place is pure magic 💫

Do you know the feeling of growing your liking for something or someone by the minute? Well, that’s what happens there. There is so much attention to detail, divine aesthetic sense, atmosphere, genuine kindness, charm and intelligence of all kinds that actually need time to take it all in, absorb and appreciate it all. Of course, there will always be one person who loves the pillow while the other doesn’t quite as much - but there is never any worry because they will do anything to make you happy. And when you think you saw it all, a turtle will appear, a hidden couch awaits you, overlooking the Atlas Mountains. You taste the most delicious lamb tajine by candlelight, enjoy a long bath, watch the fire from your bed, have a superb massage, and find yourself surrounded by beauty, wonderful guests, and the two most gorgeous hosts imaginable! And the music!!!! All the rooms are completely different from each other ~ each a world with its own magic. You’ll find the most beautiful, soft and perfectly drying towels in all of them! I could go on, but words will never quite do it justice, so get yourself there and have a truly special experience! It’s eclectic, beautiful, inclusive and full of surprises.

This riad was the first stop of our trip and it met all of our expectations. From the incredibly warm welcome with tea and sweets at the very beginning (the most perfect welcome we experienced during the entire journey – thank you, Rachid and Moula) to fulfilling all our wishes and enjoying wonderful breakfasts on the terrace. We sincerely recommend this place.

Very beautiful. Feels like you’re living in a tropical area. The staff are really kind and hospitable. They helped me get set up with a taxi to the train station. Dinner was very elegant and the food was very good. The rooms were beautiful too. Artfully designed.

This riad has been the highlight of Morocco so far. It’s stunning, the staff are so kind, the massages were amazing, great food, beautiful comfortable rooms. We would stay here again and again. The airlines lost our bags for 2 days but we were so comfortable at the riad it didn’t even bother us that much! Definitely use the bathtub and fireplace and the view to wake up to in the courtyard is something magical.

Nothing about the hotel. The only small downside is that if you are walking home from the Medina you may pass through a bit of a flea market that has some unsavory characters. But it’s easy and cheap to take a taxi home.

This is a beautiful and unique property that in itself is an experience. The staff, the included breakfast, the small rooftop pool, the beautifully designed spaces and rooms and the overall vibe was amazing. Some people might disagree that this location is not convenient, but we loved that it was slightly removed, but yet still walkable to all the things we wanted to see and the tourist areas. As soon as you step out your door, there are so many sites and the people of Marrakech just doing day-to-day things. We enjoyed being immersed in this.

We had the most pleasant stay at Riad Khbour. It’s an oasis in the middle of the Medina, providing guests with generosity, taste and space. Ours was a luxurious room with a large window into the green, where we could observe the little birds. Hospitality was extraordinary.

Beautiful Riad in Marrakech. A little removed from the centre of town and main sites but you feel very well cared for here. The rooms are lovely and unique and the food was exceptional.

Come molti riad di Marrakech, dall'esterno è assolutamente impossibile capire la bellezza della struttura. Ci si arriva camminando per poche decine di metri attraverso viuzze e sottopassaggi. Una volta entrati, da una porta minuscola, si apre un giardino fresco e lussureggiante dove ti accolgono con té e pasticcini. Viaggiavo con mia figlia e con mia sorpresa ci è stato fatto l'upgrade di camera. Una bella camera, spaziosa, con due letti e un grande bagno. Una grande vetrata si affacciava sul giardino. Tutto molto bello e curato. Colazione buonissima e abbondante, con yoghurt, frutta, muesli, succo d'arancia, pancake, marmellate, tè o caffé, formaggio e pomodorini. E volendo anche le uova. Un'ottima scelta per Marrakech, forse non centralissima (15-20 minuti a piedi per arrivare al souk). Non un luogo lussuoso ma assolutamente perfetto ed accogliente, con personale molto gentile e disponibile. Attento ad ogni nostra richiesta. C'erano anche delle biciclette a disposizione, che non abbiamo usato ma che possono sicuramente essere comode per raggiungere alcuni luoghi più distanti da visitare.

Our stay at Riad Kbour & Chou was fantastic, with luxurious rooms and outstanding service that made the trip unforgettable. The staff members was extremely polite and efficient, making us feel very welcome. The accommodation was clean and bright, with a nice view from the window, an extra-large comfortable bed, and tasteful furnishings. This is the place to be if you enjoy nature. The highlights were the tiny buddies we enjoyed spending time with. The breakfast on the rooftop was delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed it. We adored every moment there; it was the highlight of our trip.

The riad's location was quite tricky to get to, but simply notify the staff and they will come to meet you at the drop off point.

We loved everything about the riad! It is so tastefully decorated and each room is unique - we had a hard time picking which room to stay in! The owner made us feel at home. He is so considerate and kind, nothing was too much to ask. It is located slightly away from the medina, which we didn’t mind for its peace and quiet. The riad gave us free bikes we could use which made our venturing out so much easier and more fun - no more standing in 42 degree sun waiting for a taxi! 4 course dinner was amazing, breakfast was amazing, we even had a bottle of wine with dinner. This is hands down the best riad we’ve stayed in in Marrakesh! Thank you for your hospitality!
