The house is very near the beach. Very clean and easy to find. We stayed only night there because we had the fligt from Fiumicino. But 100% that we are coming more.

We got there early, and the staff hurried our check in process so we'll won't have to wait. Alessio sent all the details in advanced and was very helpful. the area was lovely' close to the beach, and at this time of year there was a lot going on at night right next to the house, a little fair, some music and artists selling their crafts. There are also lots of restaurants around. Thx!

A szállásadó nagyon rugalmas volt, hamarabb érkeztünk, így a mi szobánkkal kezdték a takarítást, és hamar el is foglalhattuk. A bőröndöket addig is lerakhattuk. A szobából nagyon szép volt a kilátás az éttermekre, és a tengerpartra. Nagyon jó helyen van, minden tényleg egy karnyújtásnyira van, mégis csendes. Az ágy kényelmes. A szoba mérete 2 főre és pár napra tökéletes. A szekrényekbe lehet pakolni. A közös részben van vízautomata, tea, kávé, stb, igazából rengeteg dolog. Mindennel meg voltunk elégedve. Csak ajánlani tudom ezt a szállást

Veľmi dobrá poloha, blízko pláže, pešej zóny. Hneď kaviarne, reštaurácie. Krásny výhľad z izby, aj keď je tam rušno,v izbe sme nič nepočuli. Náš pobyt splnil naše očakávania. Ďakujeme Alessio.

The room size was good and well kept.

This is a shared apartment. That means the hallway, kitchen and balcony are shared between all the rooms. The rooms have keys and a bathroom. We had no ideea about this and we booked the entire apartment. Quite disappointed. Plus we had NO HOT WATER for the entire stay

Great place. Very clean. The daily cleaning really makes a difference. You should know that the kitchen and dining area are shared spaces, as the photos confused me a little and I thought it was an apartment with everything included — the bedroom as well as the kitchen and dining area. The only thing missing in the kitchen is a stovetop for preparing a small meal. The air conditioning works perfectly. We had a small issue with the shower water — after a short while it turned cold and took quite a long time to heat up again. The rooms are practically right next to the pier, so everything is close by. Alessio is a very nice person who replies to messages immediately, no matter what time it is, and always solves any problems. We were also allowed to leave our luggage and stay in the common area after check-out, as our flight was in the evening. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

The location was very good. The accommodations were good overall. Additionally, the staff was very friendly.

The ad didn't mention that the kitchen was shared. We didn't feel comfortable when we had to share the kitchen with strangers. The WC was in a very cramped space—not suitable for adults, only for children.

The property was very clean, and so close to the beach! Lots of restaurants and gelato places around. The host was great, and very responsive to the few questions we had.

It was fantastic! The location is right in the heart of the city, with a beautiful sea view. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the bed linen smelled fresh and lovely. The shared area - a living room with a kitchenette - was very well equipped, with a capsule coffee machine, tea, tableware, a fridge, and everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. Alessio was always quick to respond and very helpful. Check-in and check-out were both completely hassle-free. We arrived early just to leave our luggage at the apartment, and the lovely cleaning lady kindly cleaned our room first so that we could check in earlier, which we really appreciated ❤️ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 😊

This place truly deserves the highest rating! :) The room was comfortable, spotless, and well equipped, with a beautiful view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge advantage during the hot weather. The staff and management were truly friendly, helpful, and flexible. I was able to stay in common area a little longer (after check oit) and work remotely there. I was super grateful for that possibility. So this is not only a perfect place for relaxation but also an excellent choice for remote work. The Wi-Fi was fast, making it easy to work online without any issues. The location is fantastic, the atmosphere is welcoming. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to relax :)

La sera nel fine settimana é un po rumoroso per via dei locali nelle vicinanze e I ragazzi che fanno festa in strada.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The location is fantastic: right in the heart of Ostia and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and everything you might need. The room was spotless, and all the amenities were convenient and thoughtfully provided. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Alessio was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay. Our son became sick during our trip, and we needed a late check-out. Alessio went above and beyond to accommodate our request, which allowed us to rest before continuing our travels. We truly appreciated his flexibility and generosity. Highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Ostia. :)

Apartmán je na skvělém místě, přímo v centru Ostie, kousek od pláže, nádraží i autobus (napr. na letiště) nedaleko. Je zde několik apartmánů, společná malá kuchyňka s lednicí a základním vybavením, pro uvaření čaje nebo snědení jídla u stolu dostačující. Bylo zde čisto. Komunikace s majitelem bez problémů, poslal nám skvělý návod na check in i check out. Moc děkujeme za pomoc s naším ranním transportem na letiště.

Nic zásadního. Spala jsem na přistýlce, kde byla hodně měkká matrace, nebylo si příliš kde usušit plavky (sušák).

Chyba zbyt duży klimatyzator jak na rozmiar pokoju. Nawiew był zbyt ostry. Nazwa "apartament" sugerowała, że będzie to po prostu mieszkanie z własną kuchnią. Ale był to pokój.

Everything! The room was spotless, comfortable and had a great view. The location was excellent and the host was incredibly welcoming. A wonderful stay from start to finish.

The place is wonderful. I had a room with two single beds—the view from it is amazing! The air conditioning works perfectly in the heat. The electric blinds on the window also helped us relax in the room during the day. The place was spotless, and the manager was very kind—we were able to leave our suitcases there a little longer. The common area had coffee and essential kitchen supplies. The view from the balcony in the common area was wonderful. We’ll definitely be back—11/10!

Siamo stato due volte nella suite e la camera come le pulizie sono state spettacolari, ci siamo trovati da dio. La camera era gigantesca, con divano, armadio bagno e un materasso comodissimo. Posizione centralissima a un passo da locali, ristoranti e mare👌 Il balcone vista mare è perfetto per una bella colazione e altri punti di forza sono la macchina per l’acqua ghiacciata sia frizzante che liscia e la macchina del caffè già fornita di te, caffè e in alternativa caffè decaffeinato solubile. Nulla da dire, torneremo sicuramente! Super consigliata come struttura

Świetna lokalizacja bardzo blisko plaży. Pokój komfortowy. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Fajnie urządzony. Sprawna klimatyzacja co było zbawieniem po plażowaniu. Szkoda, że byliśmy tak krótko. Zaraz przy wyjściu, za bramą restauracje. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścielem. Polecam :)

The room / bathroom ( la petit blanch) were too soooo small for 2 people. It is not worth to pay so much for such little space.

Camera semplice, ma accogliente, ottima la pulizia. Dotata di rete elettrica, tv, phon, WiFi gratuito, set asciugamani, aria condizionata. L'area comune attrezzata di macchina del caffè/the, acqua frizzante e naturale, tv, microonde e un bel terrazzo da cui si ammira il mare. Terzo piano con ascensore. Assolutamente ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Wonderful location, very clean comfy rooms, amazing view and very gentle staff. Was nice to have sparkling cold water to refill the bottles. Apartment is in the center, and one step to go he beach.

Blisko morza, dostępny express do kawy i dobra kawka, dystrybutor do wody, system otwierania.

W moim pokoju była szafa, w której brzydko pachniało. Okropne poduszki ozdobne i kapa. W kuchni nie ma możliwości ugotowania nawet jajka. Brak płyty grzewczej, tylko mikrofalowka. W lampach w kuchni są martwe owady i lampy te ledwo świecą. Trochę zbyt intensywna komunikacja z właścicielem. 7 wiadomości o konieczności zameldowania przez system w tym niektóre przychodziły co godzinę. Dodam, że nie było to dzień przed wyjazdem.

Ładny, bardzo czysty pokój. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia. Piękny widok z pokoju.

Telpu tīrība, uzkopj katru dienu. Varējām sarunāt atstāt somas pēc izrakstīšanās un pāris stundas nesteidzīgi baudīt pludmali. Apkārtnē daudz kafejnīcu, restorānu.

Speciāli izvēlējos apartamentu ar virtuvi (virtuve kolpietošanas), bet šajā gadījumā virtuvē varēja pagatavot tikai kafiju un sviestmaizes, jo plīts nebija pieejama. Ir arū mikroviļņu krāsns. Tagad zinu, ka Mc Donaldā ir garšīga omlete.... Sezonas laikā naktī traucē āra trokšņi. Itāļi māk izklaidēties.... Tā kā šis apartaments faktiski ir liels dzīvoklis ar daudzām Istabām, var dzirdēt ienākam dzīvoklī citus kaimiņus. Kopumā ņemot apmierinoši, bez kādām lielām pretenzijām.

Sometimes it gets a bit noisy in the night since it is so close to the city center but also maybe because it was a Friday night. Overall very satisfied with the room!

Struttura posizionata vicino al pontile in centro. Design semplice con tutto l’occorrente. Stanza spaziosa .La sua forza è sicuramente la posizione vicino al mare e ai lidi .

Bidè presente in un bagno piccolo praticamente inutilizzabile: il lato dx è vicinissimo al muro, poco più di 10 cm e praticamente anche se sei sottopeso non riusciresti ad infilare la gamba. Assenza di un piccolo frigo. Assenza di un dispenser di sapone in bagno per lavarsi le mani. Cuscini molto scomodi. In relazione al prezzo mi aspettavo qualcosa di più!

Perfect location- one block from the sea. Very nice common balcony overlooking. Great restaurant literally across the street. Common kitchen well stocked. Updated and functional systems. Quiet and peaceful. Prompt communication from host/owner.
