Basic room with a desk that was too tall to sit at but perfect for putting things on. Room had a fridge which was a nice surprise. A/C worked well. Pool was nice for cooling off.

Very hard pillows and no mattress protector on the mattress.

Provided good parking and ride to dental clinic. Restaurant was good food, price and service.

A couple of flies in room, as well as dead roach. Shower was slippery and drain slightly backed up.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. A nice restaurant and café on the premises. Cold AC and free WiFi. Pool was clean for a refreshing dip.

Neighbors were a little loud at times, but by 9pm all was quiet.

A small botique hotel for a border town. Very well done and accomodations perfect. Other than my dental appt everything including restaurant/bar, shuttle srvc and friendly staff was all in one spot.. A fine deal and stay.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It has everything I like: Good food that is affordable. A swimming pool for this hot location. Nice spacious room with good A/C. Very friendly staff from the front desk to the servers and the ice cream lady. Their free ride service to my dental appointment was great.

COLD AC is very good and that is important! AC is on and cold already when I checked in, that is GOOD! Clean, comfortable room!

new pillow. When I stayed there before, it was soft pillow but they replaced all regular pillow to foam pillow which is not comfortable. AND, toilet seat is made of plastic, not great for heavy people like me. It feel like its going to break when I sit.

The shower looked dirty. There were some black stuff around the sliding glass door. The towels were ripped so I had to go buy a towel in town. They could also get a bigger tv to accommodate the room.

The room was small but clean and comfortable. There is a small tv and fridge. There is a small swimming pool. Very strong water pressure in the shower. 2 bottles of water provided per day.

If watching tv it goes through Roku and associated apps (like Netflix). There is a $30 cash deposit required for the AC and TV remotes. Wi-Fi was good at times but would drop making the tv freeze. It could be loud in the morning because of motor bikes and people at the restaurant next door.

I liked that it was quiet, and despite the temperatures outside it was nice and cool in the room. The bed was comfy. The shower was spacious.

My window blinds didn't cover the bottom, and because I was in a first floor room, anyone that walked by could easily peek into the room. Essentially, there wasn't much privacy. I also didn't like that I was sent across the street to an annex instead of being near the pool.

We paid for 2 nights but left early the conditions were so bad. Noisey, cramped, uncomfortable beds, broken toilet that was dangerous for me as a senior....

It’s above average for the price. It has good cooling and a fridge. Then it has a restaurant on site and a coffee shop plus a bar at very reasonable prices and good stuff.

Nothing. Maybe the pool was not so inviting because it was dirty at first sight and cold (the time of the year was not such that I wouldn’t have minded a cold pool).

I enjoyed the customer service with a smile. The room was very spacious with a tv in every room. Location is close to everything

Wasn’t advised how to turn on heat so was very cold. Apparently there was a separate space heater.

The staff was great and the restaurant being that close was wonderful. They don't have heat in the place they're little. Heaters, and it gets a little cold. Then, it gets a little hot and it gets a little cold. When you shut the heater off and you just go back-and-forth. And then the TV's don't have regular TV. They just have Netflix and some stuff like that. So if you ever just wanna watch the news, you can never get to do that. But it's a great place to stay. If you have to go to los algonis.

The shuttle back and forth in town. The food and service as well as price was great in the restaurant. The Bar upstairs was alot of fun meeting other travellers.

We had the King suite and jacuzzi spa. We used the jacuzzi and brown water came out!! I think we were first to use it in a long time. Hopefully will fix soon and let guests know it is bad now.

It’s was excellent! The room, parking lot, and the price! Very nice and clean. I was surprised to see a big room for only one person. The restaurant staff is efficient and friendly.

No electric outlet in the bathroom. Tv is a bit to small for my age. Can’t see that far.
